It's a nice store. The workers there are always helpful and reliable. I just don't understand what the owner was thinking opening up another auto parts store in a town with THREE others.
Love this O'Reilly location. Staff is always super helpful and very knowledgeable. The manager I believe his name is Bruce is super friendly, very engaging with what I needed. Will continue to return to this location for what I need.
The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find the exact parts I needed. They didn’t just hand me what I asked for—they made sure it was the right fit for my vehicle and even gave me a few helpful installation tips. The inventory was well-organized, prices were fair, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. This is now my go-to place for anything car-related. Highly recommend!
Great place and prices not to mention the folks who work there. They are exceptional people who will help you in anyway they can. Very friendly folks too
They get a 5-star rating strictly based on their customer service. They make value-based recommendations to make sure I get bang for my buck. I never feel like they're trying to upsell me. Product selection is great and store is always clean and shoppable. I prefer this place over the competition. All of the competition.
Came in for wipers. The young lady who helped me suggested another blade that was equally good but less expensive. She saved me $10 on wiper blades. Very impressive. Tremendous customer service. She wanted to make sure I got value.
There are 5 other auto parts stores in town. Don't go here. The people are friendly and they have what you need most of the time, but their brand is lower quality in my experience. And whatever you do, definitely don't let them touch your car or anything goes with it.
Today I needed a rear window wiper blade.
The gentleman was very polite and helpful. He even installed the blade for me.
Next time I need parts, I will go back there.
I was given the part based on what the computer had said i needed. Sadly it was the wrong part. I am very grateful that the management brought the correct part 40 minutes to my house. Customer service like this especially today is unheard of. I know where my new parts store is going to be.
