The job assignment was to take my car 3.5 miles from my house to an auto body shop. They took my car from Queens to their "safe storage facility" which is trashy, dark little parking lot all the way to Brooklyn Mc Donald Ave and Ave P, which is 15 miles away.
They refused to turn around in route there and to release the car from Friday 5 PM until Monday morning.
Payment wasn't an issue, as it's covered by roadside assistance. They just wanted to fraudulently inflate the charges.
However, repairs on my car were scheduled at the body shop to be started Friday 5 PM right after the delivery.
I waited for the time slot for a week.
Tow truck company claimed that the auto body shop was closed between 4-5 PM, which was an ABSOLUTE LIE.
After my car was loaded on the tow truck I ubered myself to the auto body shop and was waiting for them until 5:30 PM and started calling them.
The shop was opened that Friday night until 9 PM.
They saw an opportunity to charge the insurance company for 15+ miles x 2 and for storage of the car from Friday evening to Monday morning.
After being on the phone all Friday night, going to the parking lot, arranging for different towing company, getting police involved, and again spending all Saturday on the phone with insurance company and road side assistance company I got my car back Sunday after 11 AM.
Initiating insurance company internal investigation and taking legal action.
Worse service ever, they hang up on you when triyng to get information, they wont give you your fee over the phone, they tell you they only take cash, after holding your vehicle hostage, they dont have an office so you have to sit and wait for whenever someone shows up. They give you 1 price then turn around and double it the next day.
This place was called to tow my car after an accident, but now they're charging me $1,000 a day cash for the storage & additional fees.
This place does not have their prices listed, they do not have an office, they are unprofessional, and the want CASH ONLY FOR PAYMENT!
- Absolutely the Worst Business Experience I've Ever Had
If I could give zero stars, I would. This business operates like a scam wrapped in a customer service nightmare. From start to finish, my experience was riddled with shady policies, complete lack of communication, and blatant disregard for basic professionalism.
First off, the customer service is non-existent. They don’t answer the phone, and if you’re lucky enough to leave a voicemail, don’t expect a callback. I spent days trying to get a straight answer and was met with silence or the classic “someone will call you back” excuse that never materialized. When I finally got someone on the line, the runaround began — each person shifting blame to someone else, offering no real help, and wasting more of my time.
To make matters worse, this business seems to run a tow truck money grab scheme. My vehicle was towed under questionable circumstances, and the fees they charged were outrageous — clearly designed to exploit people in stressful situations. When I tried to dispute the charges or at least get an explanation, I was stonewalled. They hide behind "company policy," which is clearly designed not to protect the customer, but to milk as much money as possible without accountability.
Their so-called “policies” are nothing short of predatory. You’ll find yourself paying absurd fees for things you didn’t agree to or weren’t told about until it’s too late. It's a textbook example of a business built on deception and lack of transparency.
Bottom line: Avoid this place at all costs. They’ll waste your time, drain your wallet, and leave you feeling scammed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and take your business anywhere else. Better believe go through the right channels to have this place feel the pressure.. Then they identify as black owned. How insulting is that! Anyways Be AWARE. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
If I could I would give 0 stars! They are scam artists! They towed my car from Lowe’s on Saturday 8/30 it’s is now Monday 9/1 and I still have not been able to get in touch with anyone to retrieve my car. They have not answered and they are not at the site where they claim the business is. While I was wrong for parking in Lowe’s parking lot. They towed me and when I called Saturday they telling me they were closed but they can drop my car off for me for nearly 400$. Absolutely not! So I told them I will pick it up on Sunday they said come at 9AM. Came at 9:30 on Sunday and a whole bunch of other people were waiting waited until 12PM. I one answered no one showed. I could see my car front and center. It’s now Monday been here since 10AM been calling since 9 AM I can see my car, but it has now been moved further back and the tow truck has been parked which wasn’t here yesterday. They continue to not answer and when I got through to an extension dispatch was very rude and unhelpful telling me I need to call extension 4! Which I have been calling but it keeps ringing out. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. They have inconvenienced me all weekend & I need my car to go back to work tomorrow. Worst tow company and all they in it for is the money and not helpful and rude and unable to contact anyone. So those other reviews have to be made by friends because they are horrible!!! See my photos the first photo with my car is from Sunday morning. The second with the tow truck is from Monday morning. Y’all had time to come here and move things around don’t not answer the phone so people can get there car. Ridiculous!
so unprofessional. I understand towing when it’s not supposed to be parked, completely reasonable to tow. But to go through hell and back just to get the car back? The customer service is unprofessional, the employees are unprofessional. This place sounds like a big scam.
I’ll admit, I was wrong for parking in the Lowe’s parking lot while visiting a nearby shopping mall. However, when I returned, my car was already hooked up to a tow truck that hadn’t even left the lot yet. The driver told me to call the number on the truck, and the person on the phone demanded $300 in cash to release my car on the spot. I was not given a receipt, and I felt extremely pressured to pay because I didn’t want the tow truck driver to drive off with my car. While I take responsibility for parking where I shouldn’t have, the fee I was charged was far above the legal towing rate in NYC, which is $125.
This experience felt aggressive, unfair, and borderline predatory. If you’re in this area, be very cautious — this tow company does not seem to follow proper procedures, and they take advantage of people who feel stuck in a stressful situation.

I was charged $450 to get my car back. They Refused to accept credit or debit cards, even though NYC law requires them to take at least two major credit cards.
Demanded cash only, making the entire process feel shady and exploitative.
Did not provide a proper receipt which is also required by law.
Were rude and dismissive when I asked for explanations or paperwork.
Worst towing experience ever.
This guy is so nasty and disrespectful. He curses and hangs up the phone on customers, and makes you run around from lot to lot to find where your car is.

Never deal with this business they towed my car the person was high smoking weed under the influence while towing people cars he was very nasty and disrespectful even when you call the place to see where you car is at they are nasty
David is man of his words. He had a slight issue with the truck but fixed it quickly and towed my car to its destination. I would 100% recommend and definitely use this company again ! They are great people and very good with communication ! Thank you so much David !
