So I had important documents to print. No one greeted you at the door or in the store. The Wait time was long. Obviously previews customers have big jobs because they were with them long. Finally got to ask my question, they gave me directive and then I was left on my own. Things were not working and I had no help and couldn’t get anyone’s attention. Now the line is extensive and I just walk out. An hour later I get a notification on my phone saying I spent $5 at Staples. For what? Someone explain to is to me. I’m not happy with this branch at all.

Isaiah was not the geek squad at printing but he was the only one that helped and since he came all the way from where he was to help I tipped him just out of pure thanks but this place has no customer service outside having to wear the uniforms.

Staples is Amazine, I made my order on line and My daughter had No problems picking up our order. They order didn’t contain everything however the salesman completed my order by finding the rest of my school supplies. These Supplies were Donated to our church to help the parents in our Community and I brought some for my granddaughter as well . The prices were Phenomenal and fit my budget quite well ! It’s really a Blessing to have a store that appreciates there Customers.Thank You Staples

Poor service at the printing department the young told ne he is not doing my printing at the moment there was literally one other person in line. Not like they were busy and his disposition was as if he didn't want to be there. He sucked his teeth and blatantly showed he didn't want to do the print.

I been trying to exchange my brothers printer black ink cartridge LC103bk that is full with ink but my printer it keep telling me to replace the ink cartridge. I think it is really unfair to purchase Ink, paper and printer etc. at Staple for so many years and a cashier and store manage couldn't give me an exchange on ink and look into the problem because I shown them that the Ink cartridge was full compare to the others cartridge that I had with me at the time of matter. It's very sad because for 20 plus years I have been a customer and reward member with Staples

I was able to get great help with the product I needed and checked out in a timely fashion. Also, the store had an easy layout which made it easy to find what I needed.

Horrible Staples. I been here for 45 minutes waiting to print out ONE small picture. It’s like the employees don’t know what they are doing, they are slow and don’t care about their jobs. The manager only gets his exercise when he’s at work cause all he does is walk around and not help customers.

Poor Customer Service! I was greatly disappointed during my last visit to Staples. There are now two lines. One line is for Amazon pickup and the other is for regular checkout. A woman stood in front of me as I waited to be checked out. I quickly asked if there are two lines or one. I was told there are two lines. The lady refused to wait in line instead she went to the next available cashier. He did not tell her that she had to wait on line. He checked her out! When I went to the register the cashier checked me out and left my merchandise on the counter. No Bag! No Courtesy! I guess this is what I get for complaining about the lady skipping. The staff need better training but some of this is just commonsense. Staples is responsible for a safe and healthy environment. This includes explaining the rules to customers and treating all customers fairly.

I was in need of replacing my old office chair. I was going to order the chair online and decided to visit Staples. My visit was very positive as I was able to locate the office chair that I needed and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Assembly of the chair was easy and love my new chair!

Don't go here for professional printing. The print color was uneven and the sticker template was completely off. When I showed the associate, they blamed me. I centered the image correctly, but they didn't align the paper for the print or check for print quality. While they offered for me to come back and they could reprint - I wasn't going to waste anymore of my time and money. They also don't pick up the phone. Overall staff seemed overwhelmed and undertrained.

Ample Staples for basic needs. Stock is okay. There are better stocked Staple stores. Encountered open or broken products in an aisle or two. No associates to help on the floor. One cashier working.

Always receive courteous and prompt service in this location. Today, Mr. Josh assisted me with downloading my Staples Reward app and aided me to parking lot with large, bulky equipment packages

I waited at customer service for over 15 minutes, and two staff passed by me, and neither acknowledged me. After waiting a bit, I decided to go to the sales line to pick up my item. Once I met with the retail cashier (two other customers ahead of me), I was told to return to the customer services desk. I then indicated I was there for 15 minutes, and no one serviced or acknowledged me. I was then told we were all busy. I understand that entirely; however, a simple we will be right with you would have been sufficient, and instead of assuming, I knew that you would service me after you completed your several tasks. When working in customer service, communication is imperative. It makes a huge difference and removes ambiguity. I gave three stars because I did get excellent service from the staff who was working the Amazon counter just before I walked to the customer service desk. Nevertheless, I frequently visit this store and get excellent service, hence the stars above. Today, I'm not sure why the above occurred.

HI, I WENT TO THE STAPLES ON UTICA AVENUE IN BROOKLYN ON SATURDAY JANUARY 11TH,2025 @6PM TO HAVE A COMPACT DISC OF MY VERY IMPORTANT MEDICAL RECORDS DUPLICATED. THE TECH SUPPORT SPECIALIST DWIGHT DID AN EFFICIENT JOB IN TRANSFERRING ALL OF MY MEDICAL RECORD DOCUMENTS TO A NEW COMPACT DISC. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ADD THAT DWIGHT IS EXCEPTIONAL AT MULTITASKING. WHILE BURNING MY NEW DUPLICATED CD, HE WAS ABLE TO ASSIST A SENIOR CITIZEN WOMEN WITH THE REMOVAL OF A PAPER JAM FROM HER PRINTER. THE WOMAN WAS VERY PLEASED AND HAPPY, I WAS IMPRESSED. I WILL NOW 100% FREQUENT THIS STRAPLESS A LOT MORE OFTEN.

Hello world, I want to take the time to recognize both Jessie for his attentiveness to patrons. I observed that he stopped and asked every customer what assistance they made need and either assisted or connected them with an associate. Such a wonderful thing to witness a leader whom is also willing to jump in and assist. I am also so pleased to recognize Kimberly associate on Printing for her willingness to assist no request was too much and her kindness made the process absolutely welcoming and comfortable. There willingness to help clearly shows that this is more than work it is in their nature as kind people working an honest living and ultimately genuine in their approach to help any way they can. Had several issues with my existing Epson multi system scanner, printer etc. I was able to speak with Jessie the assistant manager and he was very happy to walk me through the available options and manufactures. His friendly attitude, demeanor and suggestions were excellent and welcoming. I cannot stress enough how important it is to possess these qualities. This is why I am always going to use the location where he is stationed as my go-to store. Thank you Jessie.

If you have time to waste, then come here. Waited an hour just to pick up a printed order that was already paid for. There were 4 people working in the entire store. 1 in printing, 1 on UPS returns, and 2 in the front of store. Mind you the majority of the traffic was at printing and copying. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Asked the store manager if he could help assist and he told me he has no one else here.

The cashiers and other associates are so welcoming, inviting, pleasant and helpful. There is a wide variety of school supplies at the best price in town. I will always return to staples for all my back to school shopping.

I like the fact that it’s close to home. The few times I have visited to print, were decent. Prints usually come out well for the most part, but I did have an issue with a booklet. Printers were jammed and they couldn’t staple my book for whatever reason. You will be waiting in line for a while and I don’t hate the service entirely but a few things can be adjusted for a better experience overall.

The area for Amazon returns and printing is shortstaffed. I waited almost 45 minutes to do my Amazon return, I was next in line at that.. However, everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful. I received a 15% off coupon just from returning stuff to Amazon to use at Staples the same day. I found some items in the clearance area. Diane was my cashier who was extremely helpful and pleasant. I absolutely loved our interaction. Thank you, Diane and please continue to provide the outstanding customer service that you do.

The store is conveniently located, in terms of buses. If you're a driver, it's even better, because there's a lot of parking. Upon entering the store, you can see the place is clean and organized. The staff seem friendly, depending on who you bump into. I pasted five employee and no ask if I needed help finding anything, so I asked for the pick up counter was directed there employee . The wait a bit for an empty store but someone finally showed up. This place can be easy to navigate but it's great to have help.

Came in to look for a small safe. Found really good options surprisingly. Got my desired purchase and also recieved help by a few sales reps who saw me struggling to find what I was looking for when I got to the aisles. Reps were very friendly and helpful and one even came back to check on me and show me different options after I was already looking. Staples still does sell home phones for those who still want landline access. Copy and printer center in the front and self serve copying center.

Staples is ok, the staff is generally helpful, usually clean and organized, i do find that wether there is a long line or not there is always a wait to be checked out
