When the driver of this company was collecting cardboard boxes, he hit someone else's car and ran away without leaving any information. This is very irresponsible.

I had a minor issue with delayed garbage pickup three years ago. I spoke with Ralph, the AE, and he worked relentlessly to resolve my issue. He went above and beyond, and I have not had any issues with my garbage pickup for the last three years.

Being a month and the pick up is never on time / always had to make call to remind them of pickup / I would like to know is this your responsibility or ours? The most ridiculous part is that the trash is actually held until being pick up by the government / until today we got a ticket off from leaving outside unpick. Worst service worst company trust worthless , will never work with it again.
Im going to change this companyyy im not going to work with them again they r been 6 times they dont pick up garbish bags from the place that i work thats not nice .

I called in to make a address change and was promised a million times that the new address was put into the system but nothing doing. When I call them (not yelling) I'm being transferred a million times until they tell me that my address wasn't changed.
My landlord has since gotten a sanitation ticket of $250 and threatens to kick me out of my location.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEIR THE WORST!!!!!!!!
