No dealership came close to the level of confidence, integrity and expertise that I recieved at this dealership. This included Phil Lombard manager Mike in administration finance and Lei including Sasha! They were extremely professional and knowledgeable which put me at ease. From financial, to sales to car prep these people offered a great experience. I thank them my wife and I really like the car nice product. I was impressed by the dealership and how well organized everyone was. One last thing all were super great at there job of moving and selling car's! However there's one guy there that was super great at his job but not so great at giving directions! No names please lol !! I highly recommend this dealership.

I was looking in to Nissan Sentra or Kicks so I figured going to my local Nissan dealer would be my best bet. I’m so glad I did. My wife and I walked in without knowing anything about this place and start asking questions. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and patiently helping us until a gentleman politely stepped in and started a conversation. He happened to be one of the sales and we started talking. That was our encounter with our sales rep, Mr. Joel Almanzar. He was very calm, polite and started showing us around. We hate aggressive sales but he was nothing like that. He was super friendly and so easy to talk to without any awkward moments. We needed little more time so we came back 5 days later. Until then he kept up posted with new inventory. We finally bought the Kicks and our experience was truly amazing from start to end. Everything went smooth and effortless on our side. Also Mr. Dwayne Small, the financial advisor, was very cool and polite as well. He explained every single details about our payment clearly that made us feel comfortable. I bought my Subaru Forester at Nissan Empire, and the dealership asked me to handle the registration, inspection, and title transfer myself because they “didn’t have time” to do it. They promised to reimburse me if I did them that favor. It’s been over 3 months and I still haven’t received anything back.
They gave me a temporary transit permit, which expired because they never completed the process. I had to rush to handle everything on my own in Philadelphia, wasting my time and money. I’m still waiting for my refund — that money is mine, and I already paid it when I bought the vehicle.
Very irresponsible and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all.
I recently visited a dealership Empire Nissan of Bay Ridge in Brooklyn after seeing an ad online for a car priced at $28,000 on their website and $26,000 on Carfax. I BOOKED THE CAR. However, when I arrived, the car was no longer available. The staff was polite, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I traveled nearly 3 hours from Bridgeport to Brooklyn, only to find out that the vehicle I was interested in was sold without any prior notice. This experience was a waste of my time and energy. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. It was the worst experience I've had so far.
