I had a very disappointing experience at Nissan Bay Ridge with advisor Jack Chang. I came in with concerns about my car and asked for pricing, but he couldn’t give me a clear or set price—only vague ranges. Instead of addressing my actual concerns, he kept pushing promotions and services that had nothing to do with the issues I mentioned. I eventually told him not to work on my car and that I’d come back for it. He said they were closing, so I asked if he could leave my keys with the sales department. When I returned later, my keys weren’t there, and I had to wait until the next morning to get them.
The next day, when I arrived, Jack seemed uninterested in helping, likely because I mentioned I’d take my car to Nissan Garden City instead. I ended up doing just that—called them, got clear prices right away, and had no problem scheduling an appointment. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
