Every single time I come in I have to practically hunt someone down for support. The only convenience is location. I think the only time anyone cared to provide customer service was when I bought my MacBook Pro and my iPhone. Don’t recommend if you are looking for good customer service.

No one in this store has any idea what is going on. Upon being in the store I was told 4 different things by 4 different people in the same visit. I called 2x to leave my sister's name so she could pickup my repair phone for me. Both times someone in store said they'd take care of it. My sister went to pickup my phone and they would not release it to her- this is after I spoke to two different people. This store is disorganized and lacking leadership.

So I went in this store today with my boyfriend, we asked to purchase the pro max. They said great we have one left! I said great! They made us wait in line 25 minutes to speak with someone to set up the phone ( I thought that was weird ) finally she comes over gives us a whole spiel about setting the phone up scanning my phone logging into my icloud et. Another 30 mins were ready to purchase the phone standing there. She goes oh I just checked we dont actually have the phone! And Im like wait so we just did all of that for no reason?! I thought she was literally joking. No she wasnt we just wasted 45 minutes for nothing. They should have went to the back and checked if it was available before wasting peoples time. I dont even care about not getting the phone but its the principle. Very bad service. Also the girl didnt even bat an eye she didnt care at all. Its just a draining experience.

From innovation to pure frustration. Apple is no longer the same. Just left the store with one of my worst shopping experiences. After years using their products it is time to reconsider, I suggest you do the same. Design, innovation and costumer experience no longer matter.

I recently visited the Apple Store to pick up my pre-ordered phone and was very pleased with the experience! I arrived a little earlier than my scheduled time, but the staff kindly directed me where to go. The wait was very short, and the pickup process was quick and easy. Excellent service, attentive staff, and overall a great impression from my visit!

I had a frustrating experience at Apple Williamsburg that left me questioning their customer service standards and professionalism. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, only to wait over 30 minutes before being seen. When I was finally helped, I felt rushed and dismissed—as though the staff were more eager to move on to the next customer than to properly assist me. I was spoken to in a condescending manner, and at one point was told that my 4-year-old MacBook was likely no longer functional because Apple computers “typically last 3–5 years”—a statement I found both surprising and concerning given Apple's premium pricing. The tech eventually walked away without giving me a clear timeline on when they’d return; I had to walk around and find again the tech in the store. They weren’t able to complete the diagnostic on the spot and kept my computer, saying they'd follow up. I didn’t hear back for two days. During that time, I experienced fraudulent activity on my credit card the day after I dropped it off, which may or may not be connected, but the timing raised flags given I didn’t use my card anywhere for months. And the fraud led to a local pick up of a package bought fraudulently - near to the store. When I finally received a call stating I could pick up my Mac in “5–10 minutes,” I showed up—and then had to wait another full hour just to get my computer back. Overall, the communication was poor, the wait times unreasonable, and the customer service dismissive. I left feeling more frustrated than helped. I expected more from an Apple Store.

I was deeply disappointed with my experience at the Apple Store in Williamsburg. Christine’s attitude was cold and unhelpful; she seemed more annoyed by my questions than interested in assisting me. But the worst part was dealing with her indigenous colleague, who came across as even more rude, careless, and dismissive. No customer care, no professionalism. A brand like Apple should uphold much higher standards, but here I only found arrogance and incompetence. I truly hope management takes action, because this kind of behavior seriously damages trust in the brand.

I was made to wait for two hours, told I would be helped. Was almost scammed into buying a new product by the manager as if he was helping me when he failed to sell a working product to begin with. Would never return

I personally didn’t have a good experience here and have had better experience at the Atlantic Terminal location. I was told by a technician when I first had my phone diagnosed to come in for my parts during the week because the weekend was going to be slammed and I would be stuck waiting longer than usual for my phone replacement. Not the case, I still ended up stuck for FIVE AND A HALF HOURS. I end up going in on Tuesday instead, but coming in that day made my diagnostics expire and I had to re-process my phone again which no one told me I had to do. Then I was told to come back in two hours (6 PM) for my phone which I did but I was then told it would be another hour, which was annoying but manageable. I come back at 7 PM and a technician tells me it’s ready and ushers me to the back table to pick up my phone. I’m over here thinking that it’s only gonna take another 15 minutes and I’ll be out the door. I end up waiting another hour and a half for my phone. It wasn’t until about one hour in I had to proactively flag someone down to ask what the status was of my phone. I was frustrated because of not only several delays, being told it was ready when it wasn’t, but on top of that staff seeing I had been waiting there for for as long as I did and no one batted an eye. Once I finally get my phone and I’m turning it back on the third attendant tells me that my phone actually wasn’t supposed to be ready until tomorrow, but they cleared it to be fixed same day. To which I said if I was told that in the first place I would have activated my backup phone and taken care of all the other things I needed to do that day and would have come back. I ended up missing an appointment I had at NYU because of this. So it seems like various people weren’t communicating and relaying the most accurate information to me. I felt like I was jerked around aimlessly across the store and my time was treated with no regard or consideration. I also wasn’t from the area and didn’t have extra gear to keep busy (my fault, I was late to an appointment right before and didn’t bring/thought the phone fix would be quick) so I effectively was stuck in that neighborhood for a total of about 4.5 hours with nothing. I was pretty frustrated and tired with the whole experience.

And he said obviously you will not know the difference between SSD and HDD, i think i know more then actually he knows! Sorry i didtn het his name!

Went in for a simple repair - my iPhone 15 Pro stopped charging. Turns out, not a single Apple Store in this city is doing any repairs this entire weekend because their stupid new phone just launched? AND all of the wireless chargers in their store are only compatible with the new iPhone 17. Are you kidding me? My phone that’s less than 2 years old is too outdated for your products? This company is completely backwards and I’m now turning in my phone for an android since Apple hates their own customers. Absurd.

The woman didn’t believe my changing box didn’t work. Had the receipt so I could get a new one. So I ended up just buying another one because I didn’t need to waste any more time. Upset didn’t get to use the benefit I paid for.

Darius was amazing! 5 STARS!!!! I Went in to get a new phone on Aug 9th. It’s been many years since I’ve upgraded. Prior to going I was working with T-Mobile across the street but they didn’t have the phone I needed so they told me to try to get it in store. When I first went in a lovely young lady helped me and told me the steps I needed to take before trading it in. I have 40,000 photos on it and needed time to back up my data. It took a while but I finally got it done by leaving my phone alone overnight and for half a day. I then went to apple around 5 thinking it’ll be a quick trip. I did the whole transaction with Darius who was extremely helpful. After doing the trade in and trying to reset my phones he realized that I never backed up my photos. This is 5 years of my son’s life and of my 3 month old daughter. After realizing that I was so distraught. The store was about to close and I haven’t been able to figure out how to sync all my photos. As we tried to come up with a plan , Darius, who was so patient and understanding and didn’t rush me, went to go speak to a manager to see if I can somehow figure what to do. Manager : 0 STARS! The manager came over and as I was trying to explain my situation he stopped me and said “I know how syncing works” also kept meantion that my phone is now apple’s property. You would think I was getting a free phone the trade in was $200. In retrospect I should’ve never even tried to trade it but once I realized the past 5 years, my sons whole life, might be gone my brain turned to mush. The manager was extremely condescending. If I wasn’t so distraught I would’ve said something. This man was on an ego trip! I actually never had such a bad experience with anyone at apple. And I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. The manager wasn’t even helpful he just kept making remarks on how the phone is no longer mine. Darius being the great employee he is still tried to help me and spoke to his colleague , who was also very helpful he helped me figure out what IPad I should get since I also need a new one. The colleague mentioned that I could just buy back the phone for $200 and take it home with me to finish the syncing and keep the same plan I made with T-Mobile. So that’s what we did. The manager even made a smart remark that if I do bring it back to not expect to get the money back right away. Again you would think we’re speaking of thousands of dollars here lol I just kept the phone as a back up baby monitor for when we have a sitter. Or travel. I still can’t believe I went through all that for $200 but being newly postpartum I could barely think straight. I’m grateful for Darius and his colleagues help! But the manager was on an ego trip and ruined the service. I thought it was nice to have an Apple Store in my neighborhood instead of having to go into the city. But I think I’ll stick to the SoHo or Flatiron locations.

I enjoyed my new iPhone 16 Pro Max. I finally upgraded from my iPhone 14 Pro. I also enjoyed my experience there. I’m very happy with my new iPhone 16 Pro Max. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

I am not a fan of Apple and how they price gauge and close you in on their ecosystem. Customer service at this specific location is exceptional. I have always gone in with various issues with my Apple products and always leave with my issues resolved. This store has the best team and I enjoy coming in here for that reason. Big thank you to the genius support

What happened to Apple customer service? It used to be so turn key, convenient and "awe" inspiring. The last few visits I've been, I was quoted one hour for a phone repair, then once they submitted the request it changed two hours. I'm here now to pick it up two hours later, and it's going to be another 30 minutes. Impossible to plan life around this, this level of service is aligned with every other disappointing customer service experience out there, certainly not Apple. Lovely staff, disappointing operations.

Prepare to be judge and racially profiled if you go here especially if you black. I had a appointment for 6:05pm on 08/01/25 I walked in and no one is at the front to assist me all the workers looking at each other to see who going approach me, but a white lady walk in after me and and sales associate approach her and I was already standing there waiting. Stop thinking black people don’t got money cus I could’ve walked out of there with some new Apple products if I wanted to

Brian and Nay at this Apple store should win an award (maybe the Nobel Peace Prize) for their help during my iPhone emergency—which they completed in record time! I am grateful for their fast thinking and good-naturedness. I hope you come across them in your time of need.

Person helping me was very condescending , treating me like if I was stupid. I put in a complaint with the store manager. I explained my camera wouldn’t focus and kept telling me it’s just my phone he can’t help me. Will be switching my phone to a better option and Will be reaching out to corporate. That was disgusting behavior.

I had an issue with my iPhone and didn’t speak English well. Ashley was absolutely amazing. She immediately offered to help, spoke with Apple Support together with me, and made sure everything was clear and taken care of. She was kind, patient, and extremely professional. Employees like Ashley make a huge difference in customer experience. I truly hope her management recognizes what a valuable team member she is. Thank you so much, Ashley!

This happened over a year ago when I went to the Apple Store in Brooklyn to pick up an online order. The staff member assigned to handle mobile pickups that day seemed completely uninterested in doing his job. When it was my turn, he told me there was an error in my order details—even though I had all the necessary information and confirmation. Instead of helping me, he told me to call Apple customer service. I did just that, and the representative on the phone attempted to speak directly with him to clarify the situation. But instead of resolving anything, they got into an argument, and I was still told I couldn’t pick up the order. Eventually, I managed to resolve the issue myself over the phone. When I returned and it was finally my turn again, the staff member completely ignored me and began helping other people. In that moment, I felt completely dismissed—like I didn’t matter. It honestly felt like he assumed I wasn’t the rightful person picking up the order, maybe judging me based on how I looked. That’s when my patience ran out. I found another staff member, possibly a manager, and explained everything that had happened. When the original employee was confronted, he acted as if he were the victim and became emotional—yet at no point did he acknowledge how poorly he had treated me. That experience left a lasting impression. I felt disrespected, humiliated, and like I was treated as less than. Since then, I’ve made the decision not to shop at Apple Stores anymore. If a company like Apple can’t ensure fair and respectful treatment for all its customers, I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

Excellent and truly thoughtful customer service. I went with my brother to purchase the iPhone 16 Pro Max, and from the moment we arrived, we asked for someone who spoke Spanish—because we truly value understanding every detail when making an important purchase. Erick helped us with incredible kindness, speaking our language clearly, patiently, and respectfully. He explained everything about the phone and how to make the most of the Apple credit card. He made us feel comfortable, confident, and well taken care of. We’re truly grateful for his attention and professionalism. Thank you, Erick, for making the experience so special!

The friendliest staff ever. If you’re searching for something at this store ask for Denzel, he was super helpful and friendly, knew all the answers to my questions and was very patient with me. Clean and nice store, highly recommend

Nice and spacious However, they are not really well organised. There are so much staffs go around without client in exhibition area while client have to wait in pickup’s area. Also, there are some staff are not friendly. I asked one in pickup’a area to take my order. He scan my qr code and walk away without saying anything.

Great Apple store inside - spacious, clean, organized, air conditioned, minimalist. There was a guy demoing how to use an iPhone in the background. Knocked off a couple stars because of how dystopic it all felt and how long the retail experience is. You have to wait at least 20 min before actually seeing someone about buying a phone. When we asked to trade in two phones toward the price of a new one, the clerk only let us trade in one and said we can get a gift card for the other one. Can’t we just get the gift card first and use that to help pay for the new phone? I don’t understand the policy against letting us do that.

Great experience! Friendly service. I had my electric scooter and was able to come right in with it to take care of my business. Friendly employees, I was helped promptly and got my order within minutes. Clean store, very hip ambiance all around. Plenty of space although there were quite a few people shopping. I bought the iPhone 13pro for filming and art tutorials.
