This towing company is a complete joke! They were supposed to be here an hour ago, and now it's been THREE HOURS! I've called multiple times, and they keep making excuses. Don't waste your time with these guys – find someone reliable!
Zero star rating .. horrible does not take responsibility when their employees damage your car..don't patronage this company. My car was parked next to a car they came to tow out of a parking lot. In the process of the employee towing the vehicle he broke my passenger side mirror and the company refused to take ownership of the damages.

I’m sorry to say this about Mike towing. I called to tow my truck from New York City to Rye. They told me it was gonna be $1100. I gave him my address to pick up the truck at Jain St., New York City. I said this to the dispatcher which was a lady she sent the driver to James Street After I called back at 3 AM waiting for this truck over three hours. She said she called me back four times. I only received one call with no message no test saying that they were there and they never saw the truck on top of that to resend another truck to the right address They charge me $250 more People be careful if I were you look for someone else
Today was a nightmare because of a situation but Justin Colon their driver and Cynthia from there dispatching team were amazing. Despite complications they handled it perfectly and were always ready to help and easily reachable. Thank you!

Disappointing Experience with Mike Towing
I had a frustrating encounter with Mike Towing today. After experiencing a flat tire, I contacted AAA, and Mike Towing was dispatched to assist me. Upon arrival, Mr. Rivera noticed that my battery was dead and informed me that he wasn't being paid to provide a jump-start, only to fix the tire. Unfortunately, he left without resolving my issue.

My car was towed from in front of my home and I was given no information on who towed it or how to get it back. Called the police and they said they had no record of it being reported and I should file a report for it being stolen. Checked my ring camera and saw their ”Truck Doctors” truck driving by again, I called the company and the woman who answered very rudely said “nope, wasn’t us.” I said it was you, I see it on my ring camera. She said again nope, it wasn’t us. She connected me to a man who said “did you look on the service road?” Why would I look on the service road for my car which was parked in front of my home? They had towed my car to the side of the GRAND CENTRAL SERVICE ROAD four or five blocks down. The woman was extremely rude and acted like it was common sense for my car to be on the side of the highway for no reason. If it wasn’t for my ring camera I never would have known what to do. It seems like the police had heard of this company and knew they were suspicious.
Their drivers have no consideration for anybody else on the road. I understand that they drive a large vehicle however when there is a car in the lane next to you You let them proceed forward before you change lanes. I was just ran off the road by one of their drivers and ended up on the sidewalk. While the driver continued to drive recklessly I have two young children in the car in the way to school and he almost killed me and them!!!!
Mikes Towing has saved the day for my small trucking business on multiple occasions. Many times we have had trucks break down due to battery or starter issues and Mikes has been there in a timely manner to help get the truck back on the road whether they have to drive and get parts or fluids to do so. In my most recent experience E-Rock, a Mike’s towing driver, got to Tribeca within 30 minutes and helped me service my lift gate on a Saturday night so I could get the truck back on the road. 1000% recommend mikes whenever you’re in a jam.
Don't call them at all not even for help. The Tech came out and said he can't replace a coolant hose without take off the turbos.. I drove to the shop and the techs there knew how to get to the hose without take the turbos off. I go to Fleet net to pay my repairs, I had tow bill 1.5k and they didn't even tow my truck. It was a long and drawn out process had to keep calling over and over again, But it got fix. Save your self don't go there...
