  This place has the worst people working there. One workers says go to a area and then someone in that area tells you that's wrong and to go some place else. They speak with zero professionalism, rasing their voice and barking orders without allowing you to explain. The lady at the weigh station was extremely rude. I will never come back here again or recommend this place.

  Everything looked to be very well organized. Prices seemed okay but definitely on the low end. I wasn't waiting very long but I can see how the line can get long at the end of the day. My biggest complaint is that they give you a voucher to use at a check cashing place 10 blocks away. Who does that?? It's been weeks and I haven't been able to cash out the voucher because of how inconvenient it is. Get it together!!

  I went there with 24 foot beam . They took 1500 pounds from me . I knew for sure the beam was 2500 pounds alone from another place . That really made me upset . In search of my own yard now .

  Great prices. I went there for the first time and they paid good. The second time i went somewhere else and i got ripped off so i went back to Gershow and was happy again! I even got 2 sweaters! Ill be coming here for a long time. Thanks a lot guys! Your the best!!!!!

  Honestly this conpany rob people I took a lot of copper their 2 months back and their was a Chinese guy their and he rob me he gave me back $75 now I took the same amount of copper last week to a scrap years on 100st on Atlantic and they gave me back & they gave me $230 now see that's a big rip off sorry gershow you was my only spot I use to come to but I can't waste my time on somewhere I know I'm being robed I'm tired of being ripped off.

  i to have been taken for a ride by these scumbags,they prey on people who are trying to make a living on scrap! I took 288 lbs of clean aluminum and got 80 bucks for my hard work.they need to be reported to the BBB by everyone that's been there.they are the true definition of greed.

  I definitly agree wirh one of the reviewers. I called to get the latest pricing for copper, and i was told from .49 cents to 1.49 per pound. These clowns have taken scumbags to a whole new level. I lfound a more reputable place called donjon in Staten Island. Good luck everyone.

  my experience at gershow was not a good one, Eric the racist ass hole who steal me out of my weight and give me less that what it was. as nasty as he look his attitude is the same way don't get me wrong they have ok people who work there but he act like the big ass bully who scream at people and act like a big fat jerk that he is, going there for almost 1 month this is my second encounter with him and he take the jerk of the year to everyone who go there or decide to go there look for out for ass eric
