I hit a deer couple weeks ago and the Lacey’s auto towed my car it was just couple miles away from the shop to the spot. My car wasn’t that bad it was just the driver’s side headlight and the grill broken. But I just don’t know why they charged me $2400 for towing a car.

Lacey’s towing absolutely the best! My truck got stuck in mud and ice and needed to be pulled out from the side of the road. At 11pm I called four different towing companies and none of them answered or returned my call. One towing company said they would be there in 30 min and never showed. I called Lacey’s towing and the owner was friendly professional. He arrived at my location within 15 minutes as promised and my truck was out in 20 min. one of my cars was in and accident and they were suppose to bring it here.The man on the phone smarted off to me telling me tough s*** its not going anywhere and when i told him he didnt have to be mean he just replys bye bye B***H and hung up..Is this anyway to keep your business up and going is by treating and talking to others like crap...Reported to better business bur.
