I have used this company twice. Both times have been top notch work. Yes, the charge a little more than others. However, they are professional, work is done right and in a timely manner. You pay for what you get. Highly recommend

Super friendly and honest people. They work on everything you can imagine, they can probably fix it. Reasonable prices, it's a family business so they understand. They won't nockle and dime you.
Called this morning as my motorhome would not start. In an hour Rich got there and had the problem diagnosed- batteries dead, he said we could try charging them with the onboard generator. Tried it, couldn’t get them above 18v. Rich said he could replace them with new and I said do it as I didn’t trust the old ones. Rich also found a broken ground wire on the alternator and fixed that, said that’s why your batteries are dead- they are not charging. Bus fired right up, showed charging on the batteries, he also found and repaired a small air leak. I cannot say enough praise about this service man and the company. (Although I have not got the invoice yet LOL). It’s worth it, as we leave next week to go south one less thing to worry about!

Widrick Truck & Diesel Service got my Kenworth T680 into their shop quickly and replaced the water pump in a timely manner so that I could get back out on the road and pick up my next load.
DO NOT GO HERE! This place is extremely dishonest including lying about prices. They quoted me “just over $100” for a new battery and then ended up charging $300. When questioned about it, they told me “oh that was just a misunderstanding.”
Their labor rate is DOUBLE anywhere else in the county. You ask why they have so many 5 star reviews? They filter all the bad ones and don’t allow them to be posted. I posted a review on their website and they took it down. I believe they create their own accounts and write positive reviews. Mark the individual i worked with was dishonest and took advantage of me. DISHONEST and OVER PRICED!
During the heat wave my AC quit and I needed a new compressor. They were so nice and professional to talk to and got me in as quick as possible whereas others were weeks out. Once in they said it depended on how quickly they could get the part. To my surprise, they called the very next day to say my car was done!! I am thrilled with the service and will definitely contact them in the future even though they are a 45 minute drive from my home! Many thanks!
My experience with Widrick is more negative then positive. I did clutch repair with them, after 8 hours of driving I came to destination, stop the truck, went to open trailer doors go back and........ truck became not movable. What happened, clutch was ok, but after I tow my truck to the nearest garage, local mechanic diagnose problem with Transmission Shifting module. So, my complain is that Joel Widrick doesn't check this module, instead he replaced CPC that I suggest it wasn't necessary. Also I have to say that Joel Widrick doesn't even apologize for my big money lost for towing, labor expenses and loosing 6 working days. So wouldn't recommend this garage unless you have no choice.
Who knew a commercial truck shop could work on luxury cars, but they can and knocked it out of the park. The staff in incredibly friendly and willing to work around your schedule. If I ever any any more issues “which fingers crossed I don’t” this will be the shop I take my car to.
My experience at Widrick Truck & Diesel Service was great! Mark, Keith and Heather were great to work with. I made my appointment with Mark, Keith was the one who performed the service and Heather handled the check out portion. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere! I recommend this family owned local business for all of your vehicle needs!
I had a lock out of my transmission and they came within an hour and a half or so and had me up and running shortly thereafter The tech was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job with highly recommend these people if anybody needs work
Mr. Mark was the gentleman that worked on my truck, dude was great, polite and kept me informed on on everything that happened. He didn’t push any extra crap on me just did his job to get my truck back on the road. The only annoying this is that when you use a card to pay it’s an extra 3.8% on the end. But i will be returning for all major work for my vehicle
This place is awesome! We drop the truck off the day before and the truck gets done quickly the next day. When you need something done the shop doesn’t try selling you a bunch of extra crap. They stay focused and the price is absolutely reasonable. We had an issue with the truck and the shop found out it was under warranty corrected the problem and call us when it was done before we had an opportunity to think twice. 100% recommended to any diesel owner with confidence.
The customer service is outstanding. The team here is exceptionally professional and courteous. They maintain excellent communication throughout the entire process and consistently deliver on their promises. This level of service is incredibly rare these days, and I am deeply grateful for their help and dedication. I truly cannot praise this place enough.
I recently brought my Class A motorhome in for some rear suspension issues. The entire staff at Widrick's were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and were clearly precise to explain to me what they have found and how they are going to fix the problem. I love being kept in the loop and they did exactly that. I am new to the area and glad I have found Widrick for my future needs. I highly recommend their services, you won't be disappointed.
We took our truck into Widricks for service they kept it for over 3 months, constantly giving different reasons it didn't work, blamming it on parts not coming. They then sent it to sytacuse and another shop had it for a month and wanted $10,000 to fix it. Widricks then billed us for i believe $12,000. So four months no vehicle, it was our work truck we had to buy another truck to leep our business going. It's amazing you can charge such a ridiculous amount and not fix the vehicle. Plus they would dodge phone calls and never call us back. If I could rate sero stars I would.
Needed a new transmission in my '08 Jeep. They were understanding with me and my situation. Great team, great customer service. Highly recommend. I will absolutely go to Widricks for any future needs!

I had an issue with my truck not starting, mechanic showed up within the 1 hour time frame they said he would, he found the problem on the ground wire loose on my battery and fixed me up in about 20 minutes or less. While I thought the price was a bit high (It's New York, everything there is expensive) I was just happy to have been back on the road and rolling again. Thanks again.
I was having a hard time getting in anywhere for an inspection and then I found Widricks Truck and Diesel service. They were able to get me in when I was available and it was the quickest process! The staff were great and very welcoming, I was in and out and will definitely be going back! Definitely recommend them.
I called the company super polite willing to help they sent a truck told me what time they were going to be there and they showed up at exactly that time. The mechanic showed up, diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and got my driver on his way. It was the quickest service I’ve ever seen for a company in the US. Thank you guys very much for getting my guy on the road.
I know that Travel Trailer problems are not what their concentration is, but they did not hesitate to help with my electrical problem and NYS inspection. The staff are the model by which all businesses should pattern their customer service standards. Not only did they solve my electrical problem in a timely fashion, but also accommodated my trailer while I had to be out of state. The staff is prompt, polite and courteous and these qualities appear to come naturally to all employed there. They leave a customer feeling like they are glad you chose them to be of service. The cost was very reasonable for what needed to be repaired. I highly recommend this business and am so pleased that they operate in this area. My thanks to all.
These guys that Joel has working for him are top notch. We WILL NOT go to another shop. Hands down the best. You get what you pay for and that’s quality. Our truck was down for the time they said it would be and not a day longer. They will always be our go to from here on out.

Great service a difference repair shop recommended them to me and I’m glad. I have a Acura and not many shops work on them but Widirck took care of my vehicle. They stayed in contact with me and took the time to Explained everything that was going on and how it was repaired. They have definitely earned my business and referrals. Also left a thank u card in my car which I appreciated.
We have been using Widricks Truck for a couple of years now and have NOTHING but great things to say about them . Our fire department has always been able to get right in and always have our concerns addressed immediately. The best part is , we never have to return for the same issues unless they have had to order parts . The technicians always listen and make sure they completely understand our concern. These guys worked on our camper. Friendly staff and fast. Weve sent our camper to the shop before and they've had it for weeks and they are full camper service places. These guys are great and the people were really nice
