Great honest mechanics, would highly recommend. Don't let the smaller sized garage fool you, they are very knowledgeable, hard working and truthful. Can easily get an appointment and work with you if it's a emergency! The best part is if you need to be picked up they are great for towing! I had the worst time getting someone to repair my window which came off the track and they said "no problem!" They were super quick and great with all my repairs! Couldn't recommend more!
As a woman I feel I get taken advantage of when I walk into a garage for mechanical work. This experience when I came to Doolittle auto and towing was totally different than I’ve ever experienced. These mechanics were very honest and had no interest in just making a dollar off of me. They brought me right into the garage and showed me what was wrong with my vehicle. I will definitely be going here for all my future work.

Small shop big heart
Car stalled out along Route 90 over an hour from home and got off at the next exit. Thankfully my car was able to be checked with seconds of me pulling up. While he wasn't able to fix the problem, he gave me all the information I needed. Very grateful for his time and service.
Mike and Bill rescued a couple of stranded travelers when we rolled in with a problem with our trailer near closing time. Can’t thank them enough for their quick assistance offered up with a smile and a friendly conversation.
Doolittle auto had me up and running within an hour, traveling to Nebraska with a loaded trailer at a flat and electrical problem on the trailer. They had me fixed up and moving. In no time got me in the same day. No problem compared to other locations in this town. Who couldn’t get to me till the next day, even though they weren’t busy I recommend these guys to everyone passing through
It’s not easy to find an honest mechanic these days. Mike and his boys are exactly that! They are good honest people who go out of their way to help people and their cars. We broke down on I-90 in the late afternoon and these guys agreed to fix our crosstrek same day. They stayed late and got the job done despite another trip to the parts store. Can not thank them enough for getting us back on the road.
Stopped at Doolittle when my EPC and Check Engine light came on. As soon as I arrived they quickly ran diagnostics and told me that my repair would be covered under warranty if I went to the VW dealer. The gentleman who helped me quickly called the local dealership and confirmed the diagnostic code.
I offered to pay for the diagnostic, but was told there would be no charge. I really appreciated the kindness and generosity of this garage. Thank you so much!
I can't say enough fantastic things about Mike and his team. When they say "Call or message us if you need us.", they mean it wholeheartedly. From emergency calls to routine maintenance, I can count on them (unlike other places out there) to be honest and get the job done!
All service lights came on while traveling to Buffalo,.all others said no except for DooLittle who said yes and performed a diagnostic for us right away..very grateful for his curtisy and technical, expertise and reassurance that we would get home safe..

Doolittle's Auto Service station is top notch! I've been going to them for the past year for variety of simple fixes and bigger jobs and they are always very professional, courteous, fast and do great work! I love that they are available at moments notice at times, evenings and weekends when most other places are closed and very cost efficient and don't over charge. I'm a single mom with 3 teens and it means so much to have a great mechanic I can always count on to help me out! Thanks again to Mike and his family!!
I am definitely pleased with the service that I received today from DooLittleAuto. I called yesterday to see if they had a tire for the car and I was called back in a timely fashion with the information that I was looking for. They did infact have the right size tire I was looking for and when I called them today they not only had the tire but they mounted it for me and they even took the old one off and put the new one on for me. Not only did they do this for me but they were very time efficient, friendly and there prices are very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend DooLittleAuto to anyone that wants friendly,time efficient reliable service.
