Had an emergency RV battery situation and the staff here was very friendly and helpful.

Stopped in with some battery troubles with my trailer (read: not used to the draw from our new fridge and underprepared). The staff was super helpful talking through the situation, and the battery testing & charging was a great service!

Today was a day… nothing was going right, but in the end after a lot help from Chris, Ricky, Brandon, and another employee (didn’t catch her name) my issues were resolved. Thank you all for bearing with me and going above and beyond.

We've been buying parts daily for over 15 years now. We know a lot of customers and all of the crew at advanced auto.

Why is Everytime I need parts the saranac lake store is never open. What kind of parts place isn't open past 2 o'clock.

I went here to grab some parts and they were not open and my car battery died in their parking lot around 530 and I had to call a tow truck to get my car towed.

I was in a pickle and dropped by to see if they had what I needed. They didn't, but instead of just saying, "sorry, we don't have that here", the friendly guy who met me at the door, Rodney, went above and beyond to be helpful. Not only did he MacGyver a solution, he even came out to the car and implemented it. Great guy, great service. 5 Stars!

Well. They had a battery for me so they get some stars for that. Double check their torques. The techs need a bit more e-learnings.

Looked up a part for me, it was wrong But whatdya expect. I don't think she'd worked on cars before. Answer your own questions, they only know what they have stocked, not what you need.

Just bought a battery from auto zone in Saranac lake for $242 with free installing paid for battery I asked installation I was told no I never go there again

Bought a Gold series battery , like close to 200 dollars, lasted not even 2 years, DEAD !! BOUGHT A CHEAPER INTERSTATE GREEN TOP BATTERY , ONE OF THE BEST 160.00 .

Feeling very annoyed. This is the THIRD time I’ve checked to see if the store is open and online shows it being open, drive to sL and nope there closed. Waste on gas and time. It be nice if you updated your hours listed with Google.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately the steering wheel cover I purchased was not in store or look anything like their description?

Advance Auto Parts were so good to me, the young man put my battery in my car and was not easy. There are a great company, will to help out anyone. Prices was good too.

Needed wipers this morning, one of mine broke. They had what I needed and had no problem replacing them on my vehicle in -12 degrees weather....Thank you very much 😊

Bought a battery and they installed it, all within 10 minutes. Fast and awesome service.

I went inside and asked for help with my bike lock. It wouldn't open and I was stuck there. No one would help me and there were 5 people standing behind the counter in uniform. I went in the hardware store next door and someone got a bolt cutter and cut the lock for me. There is NO reason whatsoever why Advanced Auto associates could have helped me. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!! and ta huge thumbs down....

Says on the web site they sell what I went in for...two kinds. The man at the desk asked what I wanted and why then focused on his computer screen and said he didnt have it with a big grin ...with others present. Looking elsewhere.

Open at 7:30 am. The redesigned mechanix gloves are nice. No need to remove gloves to use cell phone touch screen.

Honestly, I went here to get motorcycle oil and they tried to have me buy synthetic oil, even though my bike is a 1988 honda shadow, which makes it seep through the gasgets

My battery had kicked the bucket and made it to autozone off a jump start. Taylor was there and immeditely helped me find and replace my battery . He then put in the extra effort to ensure my battery was secure . Great experience

Both my parents batteries failed within 1 year of purchase..Gold Level..replaced 1..I had to pay another shop to replace the other..nah

I went to get a tube of touch up paint today and above the display was a Five dollar off sale but when I cashed out it rang up full price. I told the cashier and he went to check and came back with the five dollar sale tag and said the sale had ended and would not honor it and charge me full price. When a sale price tag is on the display it has always been honored everywhere else why not at advance auto.
