Wish I could give no stars. They get auctioned off cars in there lot and I bet more than half of them are defective and they just don’t care, including the car my significant other got from them. We’ve put more than 7 grand into fixing the car and the one time we brought to them to get it fixed, there mechanic had no idea what they’re doing too because as soon as we got it back there was another issue with it. They give you a problem when they give a piece a doodoo car. Gave it to us with a cracked turbo and didn’t even say anything! A ripple effect of things happened after that. We are tired and broke. Don’t buy from this place, stay clear. Sad because it’s a local shop, you’d think they’d do better. Have a 2018 with less that 70k on it and we basically have everything new in it now. Hopefully nothing else goes wrong
Mechanic was spitting at my boots, & touching mirrors with oily fingers, revving my engine and ripping around the parking lot like they owned my vehicle. Mechanics will get in your face with little man syndrome. I would not ever take a vehicle here I strongly recommend you go to another option in town. Lots of attitude & aggression from the “head mechanic”. Do not go here
This place is a disgrace. I bought a truck from them knowing the actuator to the transmission was bad. They said they would fix it. It took 2 weeks for them to schedule my appointment for a month after I bought it. a week before my appointment, the truck started going in and out of 4wd on its own. I brought it to the shop to ask if they would fix it on emergency and they immediately gave me a hard time. Then they treated me as if I was a problem for complaining. I couldn’t work for three days because I ran out of material. I lost 1500 dollars and when I complained about it, they acted as if I was the problem. Then when I came to pick up the truck, their mechanic tried to instigate a fist fight. Stay away from this place. They’re arrogant and will treat you good until you have a complaint.
Really nice people. Stopped in to make sure my truck was safe to drive home and they checked it out for free. Will happily come here again when I need actual work done.
I had an excellent experience with Evergreen Auto. I wanted to purchase a used vehicle, and ended going through the process with Kevin. He was patient, honest, and not pushy in any way. I found a vehicle I liked, and we came up with a fair price. They had done an impeccable job gettin the ready, and took care of some of the usual used car considerations, such as a small ding and a missing part. After I purchased the vehicle, there were a few small issues that came up (glove box didn't close, rattling underneath the vehicle). Kevin and Dave (in service) went out of their way to get all of those things taken care of. Almost a year later, the car is driving well and I'm quite pleased. Overall it was my most easy and satisfying car purchase yet. Thanks everyone!
By Far the best auto dealership i have ever dealt with. from repairing my four wheeler to various vehicles through the two vehicles purchased they have came through every time. Ron,Kevin and Dave are outstanding folks who go above and beyond to get the job done at a fair and honest timeline/price.
I’ve overlooked these guys for years as I’ve been servicing my cars at dealerships that have disappointed me. Finally decided to give them a try after my last awful experience at the dealership and I couldn’t be happier. Service is excellent and fairly-priced. The owner is a very honest and humble man and it shows in all facets of his business.
First of all, I'm nobody's idea of a reviewer of vehicle dealerships. In some ways, seen one, seen 'em all.
But this place --- these guys --- are different if not aesthetically, in their approach.
This is an independent dealership that may be small but knows what its doing.
This is a place run by people who know what they're doing.
This is a place owned and operated by people with roots in the community, who have an interest in what happens with those around them, and who have sold me just today my third vehicle.
The first two were delights, and served me well.
I'm looking forward to driving this one --- one that owner Ron Bowler himself found at auction in Connecticut three days ago. It's used, yes, and that's A-Okay with me. I know that since it came through Ron's hands it will serve me very well.
Were you able to answer my questions about my plow and in the past have been very friendly and helpful and fixing my plow, very nice people to deal with they have a nice operation mechanics on site and quite a nice selection of used trucks and cars check them out
Open and honest communication about car service and repair. Clearly knowledgeable and open to suggesting other businesses in the area to complete work that did not fit within their scope of practice.
Great all around! Have had my car serviced here since I moved to the north country and they are always pleasant, helpful, and reasonably priced. They were so wonderful with service that when it came to buying a vehicle I went through them and couldn't be happier
