A staple location for us! This Walmart does Walmart Delivery which is incredibly helpful and convenient. Thanks for their ability to provide that service, our whole family is able to forgo the entire “grocery trip”. When we do need to go to the Walmart ourselves, the store has been clean, filled with items & a good selection from brands to preferences, and helpful staff.

Very convenient place get the necessities in life.

I don't know which walmart this is trying to rate, but we just had our worst walmart experience EVER! Williston, VT walmart has always had terrible customer service, but today they entered the record books for VERY WORST. We are seniors. I bought my wife a mobility scooter (supposedly light weight) through walmart.com a few weeks ago and couldn't get it to work. My wife asked at a walmart and they told her we could return it at any walmart. We tried to return it in Ticonderoga walmart, but they said it had to be returned within 30 days, so I rolled the heavy thing with stuck brakes back and loaded it back into the car. My wife called walmart corporate and they told her since we had a 90 day warranty, the 30 days didn't count and sent us a code to use to return it. So today we're in Williston and I unloaded the nasty thing again and pushed it into walmart. After waiting patiently behind five people I showed the "customer service" person the barcode and scooter. Instead of helping, she got on the radio and called a manager, who said they couldn't take it and gave us the phone number to corporate. The person at corporate was very apologetic and tried to get management to accept it. This went on for another 45 minutes when a senior manager came out of her office and showed us a plain sheet of paper that displayed several so-called policies. It took her so long to show up, she could have just typed them up. One of her alleged policies was that the she didn't have to accept the scooter because it was too heavy. We left with the scooter and got it halfway in the car before another customer helped me finish loading it. The staff from customer service to Dana the manager were all so very unprofessional. Great? Best store ever went in. Spotless, well set up, fully stocked with many new and best quality items. Pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable staff of where to find things.

went in early as they open at 6am no checkers. I don't want to work for them.. left food in cart and will find it elsewhere. this has happened many times. if they don't have the help don't open....

Walmart Ticonderoga charges a New York State bottle redemption fee of 5 cents per can when my wife purchases Spindrift flavored sparkling water. The cans are non-redeemable and are not accepted in the Walmart can redemption machines. Don't know if they pass the money on to the state or pocket it themselves but buyer beware!

Today 12/22/24 around 130 pm I was at this Walmart send an employee female with a long blonde pony tail went above and beyond! The store was crazy crowded and I was looking for a specific holiday item. She went and found it and brought it back to me in a different part of the store . I didn’t catch her name but It was such a nice gesture and such great service . She deserves employee of the year!

Seriously this store is ridiculous! This is the only grocery store in our town, and the produce is always rotted or molds within a day, they are always out of stock with animal food, they just started delivering which I thought was amazing for the disabled in town...yet they charge extra for express and the time I did it they just didn't show up wouldn't refund the fee, and not a singular time like today has a delivery been on time. I work early in the morning so I did a delivery of flowers to dodge the having to rush to the store wait in lines, both bouquets were broken and falling apart when they arrived, drivers pick and choose what they want to bring and often it comes damaged.

Big fan of the $1 loafs of bread in the bakery. Came up for about a week to visit my grandpa and I got my entire week’s worth of snacks for less than $6. For anyone curious it takes me a bit more than a day to slowly eat through the whole loafs, which is really good considering I will go through a party sized bag of chips in half that time.

The only reason I put a 2 is because of the delivery drivers, and I am pretty sure they are from a 3rd party company. This store is ridiculous! I do mainly deliveries, but sometimes will go into the store. Why can you guys not develop a better system for out-of-stock items?! I will get a notification stating an item is out of stock, and a few hours to 24 hours later- it still says it's in stock! Produce is rarely that good and often is garbage within 2 days because it rots and develops mold so quickly or was already in bad shape. Furthermore, I currently have an order in and so far out of 29 items, 15 of them are unavailable and that order is not even done yet. Walmart is the main store that supplies MANY. The surrounding towns really need to figure out another fricken grocery store because this is just becoming outrageous. Walmart, y’all are aware you supply to a multitude of people, and I understand that you can't snap your fingers and have supplies on hand- but you can at least do better on letting people know what is not available! Not everyone can jump in their vehicle and go to the store or Hannaford, Tops, or whatever it may be. But I, and so MANY others have had it ( again, not necessarily Walmart’s fault). We have so many unused stores that could be turned into another grocery store. Something has got to give here.

I'm from VT so sometimes I come over here for better prices and bigger selections. For the most part everything seems to be in stock. Their baby selection is on the small side but they have all the essentials. In general, everything about this Walmart is much better than the Williston option. Also, it was super nice that most of the checkouts were actually manned so we got out fairly efficiently. Thank you!

Would be zero if I could. They can't ever have there prices correct. Tag on the shelf said 9 dollars toy rang up 17.50. The upc matched on the toy and tag and they still would not honor the 9 dollars. If it wasn't the only place to shop in this got forsaken town I would never step foot in there again. Thank you for nothing you absolute garbage of a store. You just upset a mother and a child.

The Walmart in Ticonderoga is probably the best Walmart in the country. And once their remodel has been completed it will be more spectacular. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. I must admit it's fun coming here to shop. Now let's talk about their home delivery service... amazing! Every item that has ever been ordered arrived in perfect condition and within the scheduled time. Even the bags the items came in were perfect. This store needs their own delivery car, delivery truck and in the future delivery drones. Word of mouth is one of the best forms of advertising and I brag about this Walmart. Not sure if Walmart corporate reads the reviews but just in case here's and idea. There's an empty Lowe's building next door, how about putting in a Sam's Club! Thank you to the entire staff at the Walmart Ticonderoga, you do an amazing job. Retail is hard, very hard and your efforts are sincerely appreciated. You do retail right!!!

Products on the shelves need to be pulled forward. Not everyone in the world is 7ft tall. Produce also needs to be gone through to make sure there is no mold or slimy greens. Please stop moving stuff around in the stores. You have made the aisles narrow and moved items up higher than they were before. Also the floors are now extremely slippery, I hope there are plans to put something more down.

We don't have many options for stores around here. I've never had any problems and I love the self checkout. The scan and go is easy to use and very convenient. I'm pretty sure if you have to be a Walmart plus for that though.

This store is a joke !!!! 99% of the time at least half of my list of things to purchase is out of stock !!!! Today at 7am there's 20 employees standing there talking while loads of merchandise on carts waiting to be stocked just sitting there in all the food isles.... God forbid you ask one of these idiots for help you get the biggest attitude !!!! Do yourself a favor go elsewhere !!!! They lost my business today left the cart in the Isle with the things they did have... Might as well close this place !!!!

I like this Walmart specially the place close to the hill where you can see the mountains

This store continues to have empty shelves and not enough product especially during holidays and summer. Whole sections can be found empty. Wish they would stock more frozen products especially ice cream like frozen yogurt.it would also be nice to have more name brand choices. Frozen section is lacking. Also the quality of many of their clothes are cheap brands with cheap logos on them.

Historically, this wal mart has been a consistent winner in customer secice, cleanliness and great clearance deals It is very sad to see that most everything there is switching over to self scan, do your own bagging and so many shelves with out products. The craft section that once has a great selection of items is no much smaller. Many things I used to be able to buy now hove to be bought on line. Needless to say, I am still waiting on packages that say they were delivered but I have not received them.

A good store and some really nice people! I was even able to pick up a couple of boxes of 12 gauge. Everyone else around the country is pretty much out. And thank you so much for letting me spend the night in your parking lot, you have no idea how much I appreciated after a long drive yesterday. Thank you!

People were pleasant and helpful, bakery selection was limited and had a hard time finding a decent bag of sandwich lettuce even though there were at least 4 shelves with 3 different expiration dates. Found everything else I was looking for, great price on 5lb. bags of ice.

Gluten free and Friendly service but wear your mask if you want to move faster through the aisles because people start to fill up the aisles in the afternoon (less conflict). Heads up: freezer section will have gluten free items and there is a specific gluten free aisle but it is small.... I gave it 4 stars cause there isn't as much for us allergy type peeps then other Walmarts.

I found the store very empty on a lot of shelves. Outdoor and fishing supplies shelves were almost empty. Cleaning supplies were gone but can understand this. Fruit and veggies were were stocked but pizza/subs etc were gone. Rough time for everyone.

Somehow this place is always busy, but lines tend to go quickly. Good food selection, good beer selection. Nice staff, they have helped save more than 1 family camping trip in one way or another

Employees always very helpful. Cashiers are fast & efficient. The store itself is always running out of what I need. Don't like to have to make repeated trips just to get what I need for the week. Need to increase the size of the meat & cheese section. The Plattsburg Walmart is much nicer as far as selection!

Not bad a location when you need a few items. I needed fresh dill and kosher salt. Busy during the summer weekends! Would come back again while up in the ADK region.
