Good dealership but nobody on ball down there takes over a week to get financing you got to keep calling or they dont check on approval we put in last Friday I been calling all week today is Thursday so it's been a week they kept telling me waiting to get green light to proceed finally Josh the good salesman called they need more documents as if the finace supervisor was doing his job they would have known,,so we went to upstate auto in saranac lake got new Jeep same day

I went to Christopher Chevrolet for the first time to see about trading in my 2021 Trailblazer for one I saw online a 2023 Trailblazer. I spoke with Riley multiple times leading up to actually going there discussing and answering any questions I had. Riley is amazing, him and the entire team made me feel at home. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to buy to go see their team. You won’t be disappointed!!

Took my truck there in July and it’s still there for warranty repair . Nobody returns my calls for updates on the repairs and there’s no end in sight for when it will be done! Hopefully nobody else has to experience what I’ve been through for the last 6 months!

We were traveling to NYC from MTL and had to stop at Christopher Chevrolet to get help with a charging issue with our Equinox EV. The team was so helpful and let us charge at the dealership. Nicki helped us find train tickets so we wouldn't miss our vacations and Joe even gave us a ride to the trainstation and made sure we were all right for the rest of our trip. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Thanks for everything guys!

Recently purchased a 2016 Honda pilot from this dealership off of the lot with all standard info on sticker in window upon test drive noticed some service items appear on screen informed dealer of said issues and was told they would be taken care of I made this purchase in summer and all items that were supposed to be delt with have not vehicle had been to their dealership and to a member of Della group Honda dealer since Christopher is a member is the Della group I have received no work order info on what was performed to the vehicle or any diagnostic info all that was done was a bandaid to get the vehicle out of their hands and attempt to push me out of my 30 day warranty the only reason they haven’t been able to do so is because the original issues reported at purchase are still an issue I was even informed that they had hired a new mechanic with better software then they had at dealership for diagnostic of car which blew my mind I am still in an attempt to have original issues felt with going on 6 month time frame of lies and false information again the vehicle is off of the lot and was a trade in that they felt was suitable enough to place on lot and after being sent to another Della member which was a Honda dealer shows me that any business conducted with said group is not a wise choice hopefully said issues will be delt with before I am left with no option but pursue legal action

Shawn, Josh and Joe were all excellent! Shawn was persistent to find a truck in nearby inventory that was close to my specs (vs. ordering a truck). Shawn and Josh answered all of my questions, let me preview the vehicle before committing to the purchase, etc. there was only one issue with an accessory installation that will be resolved soon at no cost. I believe Christopher is committed to my 100% satisfaction.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION. WORST DEALERSHIP I EVER DEALT WITH. NO COMMUNICATION, STILL HAVE NO INVOICE OF ACTUAL WORK DONE ON MY VEHICLE AND THEY HAD IT FOR 2 WEEKS. BROKE EVERYTHING TO GET TO MY RADIATOR, THAT NOW I HAVE WIRES HANGING ON MY ENGINE. ********DON'T GO TO THIS DEALSHIP!!!!!!!********

They were helpful and fair until problems after the deal was complete. Paperwork was lost, not filed with the DMV, and ended up costing me more then I expected even though they said it wouldn't. I had to fix their mistake and be on top of it. The responsiveness after the deal is complete and when problems arrise is terrible. When problems happen you are given the run around, given incorrect information, and told things happened that never did, very unprofessional. Never had a purchase experience like this before and I will not return despite the fair sales and trade prices. Cost you more in the end and more hassle and time then it's worth. Do not recommend. Also heard of other people having similar experiences from DELLA dealerships after the fact.

I had a problem with my radio and heater in my Ford F150 and Nickie and Tyrone worked hard on my truck and could at least shutdown my heater until I could decide the next option. Forever grateful they worked on my Ford. Much thanks, Nancie .

So I went to Christopher's for a vehicle which was great everything was great they didn't have something in our price range but quickly found something called me up said I could come pick it up with money down my wife and I showed up at 11am and waited until 3pm just to be told they made a mistake and running our credit a bunch of times meanwhile telling us everything was good to go just some final paperwork come to find out they couldn't put us in a vehicle and the whole time knowing we weren't getting into one there.... Ventured down the road where we found an actual salesman that was very honest and put us in a vehicle same day. Take lessons Christopher's you'll get more business. This dealership is a joke and wouldn't refer my cat to them.

My wife and I were traveling on vacation to Wilmington NY when the check engine light came on. Our SUV lost power and eventually shut off, luckily we made it to the nearest hotel for the night. I called a few dealerships the next morning to see who could look at our car the quickest. When I called Christopher Chevrolet I was greeted by the most helpful and friendly individual, Nicki in the Service Department! She said she would fit us in even on a busy Monday morning. Nicki our Guardian Angel! We had our SUV towed in and they began looking at our SUV immediately. Nicki couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. She kept my wife and I very informed throughout the entire process. The dealership only replaced what was absolutely necessary. As it turns out we needed a new alternator but not a battery. I didn’t have our extended warranty information with us but Nicki handled everything with them. The entire service department along with the mechanic who we met rocked! I couldn’t recommend Christopher Chevrolet and especially Nicki more highly. If you’re looking for an outstanding customer experience, honesty and quality work look no further. Thanks Nicki you saved our vacation!

Don't buy vehicles from these guys. I just bought a 2019 Silverado Trail Boss from them and the y-pipe on my exhaust was broken when I bought it it's been in three different times for this problem. They still have yet to order the part or fix it they just keep giving me the run-around I just don't understand how they can treat customers like this. Its ridiculous mind you this has been over a month now and I'm still getting to run around they should be able to have that pipe overnighted for my exhaust there's no reason for this.

I called Christopher Chevrolet Thursday morning at 9 o’clock to cancel our 930 appointment for a fuel sensor that wasn’t working. At 9 o’clock we had run out of gas. We had been driving from South Glens Falls to Ticonderoga with what we thought was a full tank. After waiting for R&B towing, which was excellent in service, we arrived around 11 o’clock. And they took it in. They loaned us a vehicle to “ test drive.” We were able to go to a little café at that time since my blood sugar was going low and I am a diabetic. When we arrive back, my husband mentioned putting in 5 gallons of gas and drive it into the shop. The sensor came up a quarter of a tank and we realized having been on the tow truck it probably moved the sensor enough to be working. So we had them fill it and we went back to South Glens Falls. No service was needed but they were very courteous Riley had been a very good sales person. Even delivering our truck to us when we bought it. Yes we would highly recommend Christopher Chevrolet. I'm giving 5 stars. Our family was on our way back from a small visit to Albany. The Acadia started bucking and shaking out of nowhere so we rerouted to Christopher Chevrolet by our Della Honda dealership because we are under warranty. We didn't have an appointment but took us right in! They used every resource to find the problem. They found a wheel bearing bad but that wasn't the cause of what was going on. They went out of their way and drove us to a hotel for the night so we wouldn't have to walk with our 9 year old. Took two days and they tried Litterly everything to find the problem. They sent us back to Plattsburgh the next day before closing on the back roads. And when we get there Nicki is going to personally talk to them for us for a loaner car and all the issues etc. I have to say I've never felt more seen and cared about at a dealership than I did yesterday and today. Even without it being fixed, I appreciate THIER team. Absolutely wonderful ! I would def take my car there again and buy a car from them. We talked with Nicki and Michael . And he others made sure my son was ok . 💙 I have zero complaints and highly recommend. They absolutely care!Ty all!

So far I haven’t put enough miles on the transmission to tell yet. But the right front hub you replaced on 2/28/25 and charged me $674.18 is making a chirping sound and heats up to a temperature that is twice as hot than the left side. Right now my wife’s car is in the shop so I need my truck. I know that you are owned by the Della auto company so I’m just going to talked to them.

Couldn't get the truck i ordered, settled for one they had on the lot the same color, but they were going to add the options to match what I ordered. I have had the truck for 3 weeks, and they still haven't been able get it right, but also don't return calls. Now I am expected to chase around after their installer to figure out why they did not do the job correctly. I am frustrated and just want it right or they can have the truck back.i waited from early January until the end of May for the truck I ordered to never come in

I would rate this place a one. They have no communication whatsoever. I got a call from them yesterday about setting up an appointment to test drive a car after I did the pre approval. Then I got a call today for the same thing. I tell them I will be down around 3:30pm I arrive there at the time and walk in for him to tell me it was sold because of not communicating. Therefore I wasn’t very happy.

Best customer service we have ever seen in a dealership. Joe Tucker did an exceptional job making this all happen for us. He pulled together a challenging situation with professionalism. He took care of all logistics including the transfer paperwork, delivery of the new vehicle and transport of our trade in. The Silverado had all the extras we had requested and was in impeccable condition when it arrived. Highly recommended!

I brought my car in July 2nd for a timing belt change. I knew what the issue was. I made it clear. My appointment was at 830 am. Due to my work schedule I dropped it off the night before. After not hearing from them at 2 pm about the estimate I requested I decided to call. I women I spoke to was rude and said the only thing I can tell you is the car is in process. She said she called out to the service men and the didn't answer. I drove by 1/2 an hour later to see my car sitting in the same place I dropped it off in. 3 pm or so I received a call from Dusti saying my car needed the belt but it wasn't in stock. They could have it in about 15 minutes and my car would be done soon. 345-4 pm I received a call again from Dusti saying it was to advance of a job to be done before closing. I would have to wait until Wed the 3rd to get my car. She asked if it was okay? I replied what choice do I have? My appointment was at 830 am why was my car not looked at until after 3 pm. I never received a call until after 2 saying my car was finished. I understand that it wasn't an easy job due to where the belt was but there was no need for it to take that long when I had an appointment that I scheduled 3 weeks before. I went without my car for 3 weeks waiting for that appointment. I am highly disappointed in the service there. It's not the first time I have been to Christopher Chevy in Ticonderoga and been disappointed.

Once again I’m not only compelled to write another negative post about Christopher’s Chevrolet in Ticonderoga I’m feeling forced to do this weekly now to persuade people not to go here. As I initially wrote on my first review I spent 3700 dollars to fix a check engine light. I picked my car up in a Sunday when I started my car the check engine light was still on but now there was a delay in my ignition as well and being a Sunday couldn’t talk to anyone about it. I called them back, it took two weeks to get it back, then they charged me another 800 dollars which actually did seem to fix the issue. Then, after a few days my low engine oil light came on. When I got out to investigate there was oil all over my right wheel well. It cost me 400 plus dollars to have it towed back to Christopher’s. I was then told it would cost me another 3500 dollars to fix. I stayed patient and attempted to work with them still, however after six weeks of getting the run around I realized I was getting completely screwed by this place I’ve been loyal to for far to long so I wrote a very accurate review of what happened. This place knows I couldn’t drive it off the lot so what have they been doing the last month while I’ve been desperately trying to work this out ?! Charging me 700 dollars in fees because I can’t afford to get my car nor do I even know what to do with it at this point. I also bought my sons car around the same time as I was attempting to fix mine to give THEM my business. The muffler has almost completely fallen off but of course that can’t be their fault neither. This has been life altering and completely devastating for what I once thought was a legit business and defended against others who went through what I’m going through, I have now came to to the conclusion that they are frauds ! This should never happen to ANYONE but Christopher’s is seemingly gleefully doing this to me and my son. As I’ve stated do not bring your vehicle to this place If they will do this to me they will absolutely do it to you ! How disheartening I even have to write something like this as it brings me no pleasure at all to write something this negative about a local business yet I feel I have no choice in sparing others as to what I’m still currently going through with Christopher’s. I was warned now I’m warning everyone else do not take your vehicles here ! It will cost you more than you know and they don’t care one bit !

The service department did an excellent job of helping me pick out the right tires for my new GMC Canyon SLT and helping me achieve the trucks appearance that I was going after. When the tires did come in (The next day). They actually took me in as a walk in and installed them right away. The service team at Christopher's is quick, professional, David Fleming the Service Department customer service representative that handled the transaction.... Went to every extent to get every discount he could on the high end tires. That extra effort alone saved me a little over $270.00. Once again I left very happy with their service team!
