A hidden treasure! You are sure to find what you are looking for in this antique store. We enjoyed chatting with Craig, the owner about the various items. Allow extra time to go through the massive collection of antiques. Items are reasonably priced. We will definitely go back!

8-23-25. I found this great building that goes on forever. I loved treasure hunting. I found a gem that I had never seen before. I highly recommend. A ton of military memorabilia.

I've loved antique shops all of my life as I used to go with my mom as a kid. So many interesting things to see. My grandson was thrilled to see the Revolutionary War guns and found himself a Black Powder Horn to hang in his room. Very nice owner and staff !

Came on a Sunday. Google said it was open until 5pm. Got there and it was closed. Wasted driving 40 mins out of the way to visit

This places is packed to the gills with everything from Spanish American war weaponry to books from 2010. There is quite a bit of militaria, including a very nice collection of old muskets, uniforms from WW2 to GWOT and all sorts of bayonets, helmets, canteens, powder horns, etc. The majority of stuff seems to be home decor and books. It was fun looking around but prices are just over market value, so it's definitely not a place for impulse buys. But if you find a piece you can't live without then go for it

WOW!!!!! an incredible and extensive collection of antiques (kitchenware, furniture, photographs, military clothing, glassware, artwork, fishing and hunting gear, toys, books, the list goes on…) and Amy and her mother were so incredibly friendly and kind.

Amazing place to poke around the multiple rooms and go through history of various centuries! Endless possibilities of adventure as we survey the abundance of treasures. Multiple generations have been collecting and researching these things and it is just an amazing place to spend an hour or two...

I'm giving the store five stars as I am in fear of the demon that possesses this building. I'm quite confident this is either the seventh level of hell or a dimension to the to chotchkeville, either way, I was impressed and still am in fear for my soul. If you want an old cannonball or some eye of newt you found your place.

A real antique shop. Nothing from China. Lots of very old goods, but not cheap. Has large collection of ancient guns. Millions of non restored items to see. Very interesting.

Absolutely love this place. Made the kids go an hour out of our way to stop in and shop.

Absolutely love going there. Been going since I was a kid and loved (carefully!!!) Looking through all the interesting things. But if you have little kids, don't bring them in as there's a lot of things a kid could potentially trip on. But digging is half the fun!

This place is one of the best antique stores I have found in the Lake George area. You do need to dig through stuff to discover the treasures, but there is a wide variety of objects. I saw paintings, stacks, and stacks of books, hunting, camping, fishing, snow gear, glasses, lamps, lanterns, wood crates, postcards, shirts, hats, posters, toy soldiers, model trains, ships, and a lot of old military surplus. It's right off the road, so it is easy to miss. Drive slow, and don't let anyone push you to go faster, this area is gorgeous, and you don't want to miss anything. PS. I bought a men's large Johnson Woolen Mills, Inc., flannel, red with grey checkers for $37.50 with tax, was a little more than I wanted to pay, but to support the senior guy who runs this place, I would have paid double.

We always have to stop here. The place is awesome, owner may seem salty. He's not, hes a great guy. We have been fortunate enough to get to know him over the past 8-10 years. Honest and fair. You treat him with respect and he'll return the favor. Understand this is a passion for him, not a retail store. Allot of history in one small barn, take it all in and enjoy it. Truly a hidden gem.

Great if your looking for items from pioneer days. Don't bring children. The place is packed with antiques and narrow passages.

Too much stuff and too high of prices. The man was super nice though. Street parking.

Great to look. But beware, roof is open and many items getting damaged. Prices were very high when you realize they are overstocked and losing items to the poor building. The walkways are VERY narrow and items piled and blocking each other and walkways. Lots of cool stuff, some junk and other items turning to junk while waiting to be sold. Seems more like they just like having ppl look at there crazy collecting then trying to make a sale.

There is nothing you cannot find here. Walk carefully as aisles are narrow to give the treasures more room.

I absolutely love antiquing. Have done it globally. In North country few actual antiques shipped exist. Mostly junk and second hand. To actually see this Shoppe open, a surprise. Please don't let photos fool you!!! This shop has passed some interesting military pieces...but the place is a barn...the roof really no longer is a roof. It is cold damp.. WET..so filled with stuff rotting away an average person has to move sideways...very slowly..as there is barely room to move.. the owner stands in the cross spot blocking and babbling..so looking is nearly impossible. Upstairs is mainly a heap of decaying chairs...too bad. Through are sheed snake skins.. amongst the merchandise...so beware of creatures living in ship. Porcelen silver filled with ice...well it was an early winter...so roof leaks. No heat. Antiques being distroyed by frozen water. Animal mounts, furs clothing all rotting away in damp and bugs. This is not a fun discovery antique barn. It is a sad example of why antiques heritage are distroyed forever. Bad care. Pricing is typical . Not appraised..it is the add zero to a guessed price. Many historical notes on items..but for sales..not fact truth...so watch yourself. Love antique stores..this is sadly not a shop..it is a decaying mess.

I have been going there for many years, the shop is great, has a lot of antiques that no one else has, very rare items, has been in business 60 years and very knowledgeable about what he sells, definitely worth the trip
