Shanna Moran is a pleasure to deal with at the Ticonderoga store and always knows what she is talking about. she has always gone above and beyond when i ask her about certain products. and she always makes sure I am satisfied before I leave. It is a pleasure to see someone who take pride in their work and truly cares about the customers.
Went in for a couple items and found a bunch of clearance deals what a great store to shop at the staff is amazing the manager is one of the best guys around definitely recommended go shop here at your local aubuchon Ace hardware
I needed to replace kitchen sink basket an a broken plastic pipe under sink. Elliot showed me everything I needed an a tool that tightened the basket that made all the difference. As an older woman I would of been lost without his help. Great customer service.
I had to get a lawnmower in a hurry before I left for vacation. Found what I needed at ACE but it wasn't at my local store. I had to travel about 52 miles to Ticonderoga NY for the closest store that had it. I ordered online. However, was having problems when I tried to put in my rewards. End result was that my online order (unknown to me) never fully completed. I drove to the store, after work, on a Friday July 18th at around 530. They figured out that I didn't complete the online order which is why is was not waiting, assembled for me. Fortunately, they had 1 in stock. I didn't care that it wasn't assembled. The 3 young men that worked that night worked together to figure out why it was not appearing as an order. When they figured out that it was me, they did not treat me like an idiot. They quickly brought out the mower and loaded it. They thanked me multiple times for my patience which was crazy because I was the one who screwed up. They had me in giggles. It was like watching 3 crazy brothers trying to figure it all out. They could not have been more helpful, nice, and patient. It took a village but it was all figured out.
I have always liked my local Aubuchon's. Not only are they surprisingly big, they do everything. But I always found they have the most helpful friendly people working there. This store confirmed that. What a great store. I tried to find a corporate address to email my review but, as is the case in so many websites, they don't make it easy. Of course, I screwed up ordering online so....
But thank you once again to the 3 guys at the Ticonderoga store (sorry, but I only noticed Logan's name. Sorry computer guy and mower guy.) You made what could have been a frustrating trip into a very enjoyable one. I hope this finds its way to your bosses. And for the cherry on top, the mower was so easy to put together and works like a dream. This Craftsman product, at least, is still a good quality. Thank you, guys.
Shanna is a amazing worker always ready to help everyone and make them great sales ! she has helped plenty of people with the perfect paint match and finding the things they need she definitely has a special skill in paint coloring !!

I frequently shop at this store because they have items not found elsewhere in the area and the employees, such as Keort, are very helpful and friendly. I have also purchased paint several times and Shanna is extremely knowledgeable and provides great advice. I highly recommend Aubuchon.

The employees there are very helpful, especially Keort Morse i went to look at paint color and he came over and asked it I needed anything and he helped me find the color I needed.
I came here to buy some window cleaner. Im js gonna say your worker Keort Morse is a keeper he came up with good positive energy answered all my questions with detail and js overall is a hard worker.
Absolutely love Aubuchon! Been coming here since I moved to Ticonderoga almost 2 years ago, and they always have everything I need at a reasonable price. Placed my first online order today, and the staff were amazing and helped us put everything in the car. Just a great hardware store conveniently located in town!
My wife and I love this place. Its more then a hardware store. They have helped keep the house in shape with odd ball needs, they've saved friends camping at RR with last minute odds and ends. They are always friendly and seem to pack everything you need in such a small space! Don't go we appreciate you guys!
Please share this review with Aubuchon at the corporate level. I have been shopping at Aubuchon in Ticonderoga and formerly in Port Henry for almost 40 years. The folks at this location are friendly, informed, and incredibly helpful. From time to time rumors abound about closing this location. I truly understand that business is business and the bottom line matters most. However, this store serves a community in need of its services and would greatly miss them being there. I cannot say enough about every single person who works there that I have encountered. Even when I run into what seems like dire situations I can rely on the folks at Aubuchon in Ticonderoga to lend a helping hand. Thank you, Patrick Strack.
Always professional, always knowledgeable -- while I go to the Ticonderoga store mostly, I've been at two others and my experience is the same. This is a top-notch regional chain which serves the communities they are based in -- and they're focused on their communities. I always go here before going to other Large Bigbox Places.
Had what I needed. I very seldom give 5 stars. They are pretty close. Being out towards the boonies it's nice to have a store with good amount of needed items. People are nice / helpful.
