The prices are really good. And if it was made, you have a good shot of finding it there, you could spend a day there and still not see everything I love. The place I am a new fan and is well worth the trip. I recommend anyone looking for antiques or whatnot. give it a shot, you will become a fan too kudos. To the owner. You have a fan in me.I'm sure I will be back many times to spend more money.
Great place especially if one is visiting from the city or Long Island where you'd pay three to four times as much for the item you pick up at Hoffman's Barn. Visit twice a year and will keep on visiting. Recent purchase: Two rusty Pick Ax heads, an old intricately designed wrought iron railing panel 12 x 24, one old perfectly chipped and distressed antique wooden shutter, and one old 12 inch by 8 inch tin perfectly weathered and with some old signage on it - 50 bucks. I would have been asked close to 150 or above in the city or on Long Island. Highly Recommended.
We've managed to find a number of exceptional Bargains here over the past year and a half, so we keep checking back! We used to go to a large antique Warehouse in Hudson, but the prices here are so very much better that it's unbelievable! The whole crew is exceptionally helpful and very friendly. My only complaint is that it sometimes it takes quite a while to get my wife out of here.
Love this place. I’m grateful for how affordable their pieces are and what an interesting, unique stock they have. Always my first choice when I need furniture and the owner/workers are really nice.
An always rotating assortment of items to look through. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. They're knowledgeable about seemingly everything somehow. The prices are fair. Also there's a cat there usually by the heater so that's nice.

Roger Hoffman and crew are the absolute friendliest and most helpful neighbors you'll ever meet, and if you like second-hand stuff, you'll be here all day because the place is chock-full of treasures.
Lots of goodies to be had. Picked up a nice 4 cu ft wheelbarrow for my son. Wire wheel + Rust-Oleum = fun for years. Super friendly folks! Check it out.
Fun place to search for things that you can't find and the unusual things that you've been looking for for a long time. You have to go every now and then as new things are added all the time. What you are looking for just might be there this time.

What a find! Eclectic and dynamic inventory - visit often for the best results. If you don't see what you're looking for, ask Dave or any of the helpful staff. They might know where it was last seen. We got interior french doors for our basement renovation.
I bought a vintage sewing machine that I'd been eyeing for several weeks. It had numerous accessories with it. When I finally bought it the store personnel put it all together in the case after he sent me away. The next day when I opened it several valuable parts were missing. Two phone calls asking for a return call to discuss if it was an oversight, we're ignored. Buyer beware.
Love, love, love Hoffman's Barn! You can get lost in the treasures to be found here. Bring your imagination, too. So many cool industrial pieces just waiting to be turned into some new objet d'art.

Small, musty and loaded with junk. I think if you buy something, the dirt on it is included free of charge. Waste of time and hazardous. The floors are very uneven.
Super friendly very fair prices and a great selection. Also they are very knowledgeable and it's the kind of place that you'll never know what you're going to find.
They always have a great Variety of useful and cool items. Lots and lots of tools! Anything you could possibly think of they have! If you're in the area you should definitely go to Hoffmans, but remember it's only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Their prices are also very reasonable.
Fantastic antique center with a wide selection of all kinds of items all priced very fairly. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We stop in here every time we are in the area. Saw this AWESOME Firestone Cruiser bike there today.
Going to Hoffman's is always a joy. Last week I found an incredible old carved Santa. I collect them so this was a fantastic find. Discounted at the register, and I went home with Santa. This week I'm buying a brass headboard and footboard there. I love the place!
I love this place - unlike all the other overpriced antique shops in the Hudson Valley, Hoffman's Barn is the real deal - it's huge, has a great range of tools, furniture, crockery, old records, magazines, everything, all at great prices. It's just a joy to look around. They also constantly get new stuff in, so worth repeat visits.
