I have always trusted Gary's with all of my auto body repairs over the years. They are the only body shop I will use. A few times other people have hit my car while it was parked, a deer damaged my car a couple of times and I've been in a couple of accidents over the course of 15 years and 6 different cars. Each time, they have done an impeccable job and for a great price. Jason went out of his way to make sure they did a beautiful job and accommodated my time schedule most recently, but the entire staff is amazing!
I brought my car here to get some minor body work done. I am very satisfied with the result. I definitely would return in the future if I needed too. The work was completed within the promised time. The customer service was excellent, everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful.

I had a person run into me last month and called Gary's to fix my car. They did a great job on the repairs. I was new to the claims process and they helped me out by explaining everything to me. They handled everything extra that came up with the insurance company and got me back my car. If I ever have a problem in the future I will be taking it back to them. Thanks for helping me out guys I really appreciated it.
My husband had an accident in September of 2022. We decided that we would have Gary’s body shop do the repairs, because they have been a part of the local community for many years. We picked our car up on November 14th and couldn’t be happier, they did an incredible job. I would never know my vehicle was in an accident. Although it seemed like a long wait, they were always kind and professional when I called to check on the status multiple times. I would chooses Gary’s for body work if I ever needed work done in the future.

A word of thanks to Tim and the good folks at Gary's for promptly coming to a loved one's rescue tonight, after hours, when a visible bulge was discovered on his car's front, right tire. A bulge in a tire's sidewall is a dangerous condition that needs to be rectified before a vehicle can be safely driven. Gary's prompt response to a call from State Farm Emergency Roadside Assistance and his man's swiftly swapping out for the spare, helped put my loved one confidently back on the road. Thanks again.

Very rude. Called this morning for a potential tow job. And me being professional, I ask “do you guys do towing”... he ignorantly replies “well this is Gary’s towing” ... first of all, it’s always great to confirm the job can be done before even initiation a conversation. Just very rude and will never get any recommendations or jobs from me
I had a flat happen on the highway and came and towed me to his shop, and changed my tire to the spare I couldn't figure out how to remove from its storage area, and jumpstarted my car for me after my battery had went dead.this was all well after midnight. Aaa participating garage. He was soooo friendly and helpful to me. Thank you so much!
There is no dress rehearsals for a car accident, but at Gary's Body Shop in Elmira, N.Y. , they are ready to help you after this unexpected situation as there was a rehearsal!!!!They worked with all the insurance details with Met Life, my insurance company, they arranged for a car rental to pick me up when I dropped my car off to be fixed and made arrangements with an excellent experience with Enterprise Rental. They all blended in with Gary's Body Shop and all of them worked as a team to make my life go easily and smoothly for me. The day I picked up my car there it was in his front parking lot and looked liked it was at a car dealer spanking brand new and that please take me home look and It brought tears to my eyes with joy I was so-so- happy and thankful I picked Gary's Body Shop. They even had my inside and outside of my car cleaned and it made the inside smell like that new car smell when you first buy the car and drive it home!
I can honestly recommend Gary's Body Shop without any reservations as they know how to be prepared to help you because they know there is no dress rehearsal for a car accident and its aftermath!!!!! Your life will continue during this period of getting it fixed like nothing ever happen!!!

Anytime I need bodywork done I go to Gary’s. The staff is nice, professional and fast getting your vehicle back to you. They take care of their customers.
They did great with the 2 repairs that were requested, very nice staff & locally owned is always a factor in choosing a body shop. Watch out for the newer models of cars as the body metals are very thin & hard to carefully repair- I appreciate the improvement they made on my door although not perfection (no fault of the shop). Thank you!
Unfortunately our new 2020 Toyota was hit twice in a parking lot during a recent trip. Thankfully Gary’s was able to restore the vehicle exactly as when it rolled off the dealership lot. Great workmanship, good responsiveness, overall excellent experience. Thanks Gary’s!

Last Saturday my car broke down in Horseheads. My Allstate insurance roadside assistance was a nightmare however Mike from Gary's was awesome!!! He kept in contact with me throughout the evening and i feel went out of his way to get the insurance information that Allstate wasn't sending him so he could tow my car. Mother in law arrived at Elmira airport at 10pm to find her car battery dead. Gary's towing was there to help within 20 minutes. Fast and courteous, I would highly recommend.
Wow! I called Gary’s Towing at 12:18 PM and I was told it was going to be a half hour to 45 minutes. Imagine my surprise when they arrived 5 minutes later. They started my car and gave me advice as well. Just so you know, they are an OnStar service. I am very appreciative! Thank you, Gary’s!!!!!
My car was picked up on Friday by Gary's towing.
I called on Monday with the name of the repair shop to take it to. I called again on Tuesday to find out why the repair shop didn't have my car yet and was told that it would 24-48 hours after location notification before the move would be completed.
It's my only car! Now I have to rent a car for at least two additional days before it will even be looked at!
