Laura & the guys at this location are fantastic & also the horseheads location.. no hassles, they work with you & are pretty timely in getting your tires/ brakes done for you. I've taken multiple cars to these locations & I'm never disappointed. Great shops!
They have just always been so friendly and helpful.. offer advice and help they don’t charge for and allow me to take care of my car due to affordable prices … not trying to take advantage of a female . I appreciate it so much and the friendliness every time o come from every single person there is a huge bonus and makes it an enjoyable wait.
Great customer service. They did great work on replacing my muffler system at a great price. I didn’t realize I needed tires and they showed me I needed two new tires so Bam got me some tires very pleased with this firestone and will only give my business to this Firestone

Jason met me right when I drove up and was incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions very professionally and I feel gave me some very good advice. I have never had a bad experience at Firestone but I have to say this one was one of my best.

Brought my truck in for a visual inspection and some brake work. They found a couple of things that needed to be addressed. Ordered the parts that day and fixed it all the next. Great team over there! Brandon went over the top to help me out and keep me informed on what was going on!
Great communication, and excellent customer service. The lady at the front desk was super understanding, and helped me set up a schedule that worked with my budget on what I needed and when I needed it by.
I got some great help from the manager Laura Goodison. She helped me figure out what was wrong with my tire sensors just by explaining the issues with her over the phone and I was able to get the right diagnosis. This saved me so much time and money. I took it over to Firestone to have the system reset properly after Walmart did it wrong. I’m glad it’s working properly now
The store manager--Laura--went out of her way to service my 2000 Chevy Corvette. She has a wonderful disposition and has excellent managerial skills. As a retired academic vice president at a fine liberal arts college, I found her to be an outstanding employee. She treated me as a client, not just a customer. She gets five stars plus!!!

I needed my pool float filled and wasn’t sure what to do because no place could help me out. I came to Firestone and jason and Laura were the most helpful with getting this done, WITH a smile on their faces. Loved this experience and will be back!!!

The staff was very helpful and informative, especially Brandon and Laura. Despite not being able to actually fix my car, they went above and beyond to do all that they could physically do. Even offered to take us to get a rental. Cannot say enough about them, they were awesome!!
Great experience here! The guy at the front was really nice and got me in and out quickly. I was able to schedule my appointment only a few days in advance. The NY state inspection was reasonably priced too. They don't have wifi but they do have a waiting area and bathroom.
