To whom it may concern, don’t ever buy any thing from this store . If he gets you the part and it the wrong part! There is no returns on your so special order?? Now like someone just mentioned he don’t have any parts but some American parts in the store. He never stated what’s a special order nor the return issues ! I order a sensor for a bmw m3 , is this a special order??? He ordered the wrong part I told him and he stated, it’s a special order I can’t take it back ?? I asked why with the receipt in hand?? He said he can’t it a special order that he make the mistake on !! Now the receipt stated no cash refunds with out receipt, but I had that !
Now watch the game they play on on the receipt,
no returns on special orders ?? What’s that ??
No returns on electrical parts,?? What parts??
So it’s a bad part your stuck?? Or he ordered the wrong part??
Then on the bottom of the receipt it states
No cash refund , all claims and returned good must be accompanied by the bill / receipt??
I was just told no and he did understand me clearly, he ordered the wrong part I showed him the right part to exchange for me or even let me get another part . He said no
So with this being said your at your own risk don’t do it save your self the trouble

Total waste of time ever!! Worst customer service ever! If you call he will say he have it in the back/ basement but in reality he doesnt have the parts in the location he will charge you and then make you wait outside while he goes and get the parts from another location!! If I could give 0
I am very big in supporting local/community mom-and-pop shops and avoiding big corporations and this auto part store did not disappoint! He was attentive and dedicated to finding the proper parts and miscellaneous accessories. Great gentleman and remarkable service. Thank you!!!
Mal servicio,pésimo, mande a buscar una pieza,dijeron era americana y resultó china,encima que despacharon la pieza que no era y les envié prueba y no me quieren devolver el dinero. La mande a buscar desde Puerto Rico y mira que pésimos son, se le pago en efectivo y no quieren devolver el dinero. Ellos son los del error y me quieren cobrar un 20% por pieza mal despachada. Son irresponsables.N0 confíen en ellos jamás
Bad service, lousy, I sent for a part, they said it was American and it turned out to be Chinese, on top of that they dispatched the part that was not and I sent them proof and they do not want to return my money. I sent for her from Puerto Rico and look how lousy they are, they were paid in cash and they don't want to return the money. They are the ones who made the mistake and they want to charge me 20% per piece mis-delivered. They are irresponsible. Don't ever trust them
I always buy my auto parts there,Raul is a great person and has always been helpful,I've known Raul since I was young cause my stepfather used to buy car parts from there,I order my car parts from Raul,I call and then I go and pay and pick them up.
This place is horrible! I give it no stars! They ripped me off a $1000 for a transmission that did not work. Then replaced it with another transmission too small for my car. I would not advise anyone to deal with this place. Horrible service and the gentleman is very unprofessional. I will be reporting the business to the better business bureau!
Hands down they have the best prices in town. I will never go to a big box store again. The owner takes his time and explains to you what you are buying for you are clueless like me. The owner also give you suggestions on what you do and where you should go if your car needs servicing. You will leave Westchester Auto Parts with a good feeling knowing that you have not been cheated.
