Your vehicle will be used as hourly milk. Things don't get done around there from what I've seen. If you care where your money goes, it won't be here. It's not professional either in my opinion. The end results suck!
I was traveling I-86 in July 4th traffic. Began experiencing a heavy vibration in the vehicles steering. I had just replaced the tires on my vehicle before I left home. Found Econo Auto on a quick 'search along route' map inquiry. Called, they said stop and they'd take a look.
The folks at Econo did a safety check over, re-torqued all four tires, and a few other small 'diagnostic' inspections. Back on the road in 25 minutes, and they wouldn't charge me. Personable, professional and accommodating. I highly recommend... Kudos Econo, and I thank you. Saved the day.
The nice woman who took my call in June 30 looking for the impossible- a NYS inspection on the last day of the month- somehow managed to squeeze me into the schedule that afternoon. Dropped the car off and was back home with it- inspected- in less than an hour! I don’t live in town - just a regular lake visitor- and had never given this place any business- and I was accommodated more than I get at our usual shop at home. Seriously considering bringing more work down here in the future. The other nice lady in office wore a shirt that said “Blessed” on it - and I really felt that was perfect. Gives customer service a good feel for a change. Thank you!
My window wouldn't roll up due to a broken cable. It was 19 degrees so I stopped at this garage in Cuba. I had to drive back to Rochester and no way was I going to do it while it was that cold out. Jason the mechanic came out and set my window and got it closed. They didn't charge me a thing. They just wanted to help me out. These are great people and I highly recommend them.
Had a car with brakes in super rough shape, took it in and even with a time crunch got it all fixed up and found another issue that was legitimate and got that too. Super kind people and the communication is stellar; alongside very honest and fair pricing. I would definitely recommend.
I have a lit of faith in the Glovers as my mechanics... Granted, no one likes paying to have expensive repairs do e to your car/truck, but I trusted them for 10 yrs now, and they never let me down! Thank you Econo Automotive!

Econo Automotive is owned/managed by Kathy, and her son Cory takes care of the Body Shop. Of course they are a great team - one stop shopping.
But the staff at both shops are excellent. Great customer service, and you will always be treated fairly, and with respect.

Visited the Body Shop division after I hit a deer last week. Hit the deer on Wednesday night, they looked at the truck the next (Thursday) morning, and told me to bring it in Monday. It needed a bumper , a grill, a headlight, and a some plastic parts. They gave my insurance company a favorable quote that was approved fast. And I had the truck back that Wednesday afternoon! They only had the truck for two and a half days. Wow! All parts used were genuine Ford parts. Great service by Cory and Brandon, brothers that grew up in the business, and their crew. They work hard to make the customers happy!
They were awesome. We had an issue with our tow truck while visiting from out of town. They arranged to get us in before we needed to head out. They were friendly and honest. Didn't try to sell us repairs we didn't need. They also had a propane fill up station here. Very convenient to the express way.
Very flexible with appointments and very friendly staff. Had a routine oil change and made the appointment same day, as I was just visiting the area. They were very quick and the receptionist (or manager, not sure) was very nice and provided information for my new car. Will be going back next time I’m up there.
I hit a deer again and every one from econo was soooo helpful!! Especially Kathy!! I was having problems with my insurance. My insurance messed up on their end and Kathy helped me call after call, out of the goodness of her heart. We were there for hours dealing with this stuff back and forth!! I would recommend econo a thousand times over again because they actually care and do a wonderful job!!

Stopped in on a Saturday morning to replace a headlight after I had been pulled over twice the night before trying to drive from Bolivar to Cuba. In 5 minutes I was on my way with a used bulb free of charge. Thanks so much, Econo Automotive!
Corey Glover, at the body shop end of this business, did a fantastic job for me! He worked with my insurance company to completely take care of the business end of the repairs. He went above and beyond to get the work done quickly and he did the job right the first time. His paint work is amazing!
He even followed up with me after I picked the car up to be sure everything was working well, and that I was happy with results. I highly recommend Corey and Econo Automotive and Body Shop if you should need collision repair service!
After hitting a deer that caused significant damage, we were able to get our vehicle right in to be repaired. Because our insurance didnt cover a rental vehicle, Econo graciously offered one of their shop vehicles for the week. We dropped the car off on Monday and it was completely repaired, painted, and cleaned inside and out. My family is very happy we chose to work with Econo Automotive & Body Shop.

Econo Automotive is a great place for any car repairs. The staff there are very knowledgable and they are always up front with you. They have great prices for their labor too. Only mechanic I take my vehicle to.
Our car was towed to there shop after it broke down at my sons college. Even though they were busy, they were able to fix it the next day. They did a great job at a fair price. I would highly recommend them.
On the road home to KC when tire pressure indicator light came on. Gal at Cheese Shoppe called Econo Automotive to let them know we were on our way to have tires looked at. A screw was found imbedded in front tire, a very nice young man had it repaired and we were back on road. Thank you.
Econo got my wife's car right in and repaired rear wheel bearing and on safety check found a bad bearing in front. They asked if I could stay and get it fixed right then, no come back tomorrow or that. Now that's great service, caring people and always there when you need them.

Had car reviewed for medium scratches (not to substrate) on the hood and medium scratch (one not to substrate on the trunk) with swirl marks on the passenger C pillar.
Called to verify the quote again. "yeah, unfortunately that's how long it takes"
12 Hours to buff and additional "taxable costs" of 150 bucks?
End Quote for 800+ dollars.
I have been going to Econo Automotive since moving to Western NY about two years ago. I have had multiple things done to multiple vehicles and have always had a very positive experience. Top notch work at very fair prices with reasonable turn around. Can't get much better than that. They also did outstanding body work on my truck. Highly recommended!
