Amazing people! I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and a flat spare. This shop saved my family from a disaster and gave an extremely fair price. Have used Kendal Karns for a while for my automotive needs. His prices are right in line with all the other mechanics in the area, and he gets the job done fairly fast.
They charged me 590$ for a repair that they said they think it was fixed but if I drive it and it wasent then bring it back. It wasent fixed so I brought it back and charged me another 298$. Crazy and will not be going back to them. Several people told me not to go there because of several different reasons. Wish I would of listened.
I took my car there (this wasn't my first time) about a month and half ago to swap out my all season tires for snow tires. After a day or two from the swap, I started hearing some rattling inside the left rear tire, but I ignored it because I'm not car savvy enough to know what just happened. On Feb 11, I took my car to West Herr in Orchard Park to fix the recalls on the vehicle but also to check out the rattling noise, well I was told the last place that changed my tires(Kendal Karn Automotive) broke my TPMS sensor when they did the tire swap probably by accident and the rattling noise in the left tire was due to the sensor floating in there. I called this place on Monday, the 13th and explained to them the situation, they understood and told me to bring it over on Friday, the 17th (today) and they would replace the sensor and cover the cost. Well, one of their employees told me today that they would not cover the cost because "I was the one that replaced your tires and I know that I didn't break the TPMS."
I really did not want to leave this bad review considering they have done a great job in the past, but their negligence and not owning up to it is gonna cost me a $200 or so to get the OEM sensor and have it replaced, so the least I can do is to let other people know how unprofessionally this situation was handled.
Kendal Karn's automotive repair shop is a very friendly, knowledgeable and reputable business. I have made appointments here for both my car and my g'son's car for service. Work is done in a timely manner and the fees are very reasonable. Great to have such a caring and ethical business in this community.
Had them rebuilt my 99 jeep TJ's front axle (danna 30) when I was in high school in 2017. Daily drove it for a few years and moved to TX leaving the jeep at my dad's house. I went home in the fall and got it going again and the axle is still sealed up with absolutely no problems. They did a great job and will be taking it back to have them fix it up for a summer driver for when I'm home.
They always seem to get me in in a timely fashion. This was the first time I had any work done other than NYSIs. I bought four new tires from them and had them mounted and balanced. On my way home I noticed the tire pressures were all 9 pounds over inflated. I would have returned but I had other appointments to get to and I thought I would just reset the pressures the next morning. When I went to reset the pressures I noticed the wheel center caps were not installed correctly, and, the original wheel weights were still on the wheels. I am a retired auto tech and any place I worked would never leave old wheel weights on when mounting new tires. Now I am re-thinking my using this place for any other work I may need in the future !
We are traveling through the area, had a tire issue. He got us right in and took care of it even though they were really busy. Super friendly.

Easy to get an appointment here. I had a wheel alignment and they did it very quickly. I was very satisfied until...hubby and I took the car on the highway and it shimmied until we got where we were going and shimmied all the way back. I called and got an appointment for the next day. They fixed the problem, but charged me for labor. I felt like that was unfair because it wasn't my fault that they didn't do it right the first time. I paid $86 plus tax when others pay $70 plus tax. I probably won't return.
Kendal Karn just went above and beyond for me in an emergency situation. A brand new tire (purchased elsewhere) literally tore in half on my way to get an inspection.
I called and told them my situation from the highway, and 10 mins to close I was told to have the car towed there and that there would be a loaner waiting for me at Kendal's.
I got both a new tire mounted and an inspection for an incredible price by the next day. I've been coming here for years and I would definitely recommend to anyone.
I've been coming to Kendall Automotive for several years now and I always receive excellent service. They've always been courteous of my schedule and get me in, and they are always on time - and I appreciate that. Everyone is always friendly , I don't know much about cars - they are always respectful and kind if I ask questions, and never condescending. The prices are reasonable and the work is quality. Recently the plastic bottom to my frame popped off , I didnt have an appt and just popped in. They got me in right away , got the piece secured back in place , and it only took a few minutes, no problem. Highly recommend! My family uses Kendall Automotive as well, and are always recieved top notch service. Kendall, Brad, and John are great!
Had an issue with my trailer while passing through. The issues I had would have prevented me from making it home. These gentleman were very helpful, I was able to repair my trailer and make it home safely. Thank You!
I took my truck in to have a plow frame on. Told them I needed everything for the truck side they gave me a price and I was happy with it. When I picked my truck up I noticed they didn’t put the plow pockets on the frame. I was told those are $500 more. Very disappointed. Now I have to lay another $500 on top of the price I was told because they needed up on the price that I was given. Definitely do not recommend this place at all.
Took my truck in to have the computer changed and it took them over 2 months to do it. The first time I got my truck back, it died about half way home, after waiting a month to get it back. Then the second time, I waited another month for work to be done.

Was on a road trip and discovered a fuel leak at 4 pm and called up these guys who were close by. They put my truck on the lift immediately, found, & fixed issue (someone who worked on my truck back home right before I left screwed up putting a hose back in right).
Such quick service on such short notice -had to give these guys a good review!
