They always go above and beyond whenever I need to bring a vehicle in or if I just need to call and get an opinion. They are the most reasonably priced garage around and have never been out just to make a buck off of me. I cannot recommend this garage enough and Fran is amazing to work with.

Had a very bad front tire. Called at least 6 other places and no one could make time to get me in. They got me in early after noon and took care of the problem at a very fair price.
That's not the whole story. Was able to sit in the waiting room and observe how other customers were treated.
They definitely are a consumer friendly business.
Can't say they treat people like family because we all know how family can be.
They treat you like their business depends on you which is how it should be.

I was stranded in the mud of the woods My water pump was lose and needed repairs and my ac wasn’t blowing heat currently working on it as I write this out decided to make it early due to how fast they took it in these guys are super hero’s just know not all hero’s wear capes
These guys were fantastic! We had an issue with our oil and it could have meant a tow but luckily this garage was the next exit and they identified the issue and had us on our way quickly.
Great people that work there they are wonderful I deal mostly with Fran he’s a real nice gentleman and the prices are very fair and they Very helpful they explain to you what’s going on with the car I really really like them I would give them high recommendation to everybody I know I’m gonna keep going to them.
The best auto shop I have ever been to and have done business with. Jasper, and the people that work here, are some of the nicest people I have ever met, are extremely knowledgeable, and actually give you a fair price and don’t try to rip you off. Jasper and Nate helped me sooo much. I was driving a 2005 convertible pt cruiser and just needed something more practical for me and my kids. Jasper went above and beyond to make sure I got into the perfect car. He was willing to work with me money wise, and gave me the best trade in price. I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience !! I went to his shop at 8am and by 10am I was driving my new car down the road. They definitely put the needs of their customers as top priority ! He even ordered me a 2nd key fob for my car free of charge. Thank you so much jaspers auto !

Let me start of by saying that I am located in southern NH and had been looking for the right truck that met my requirements. Initially found the truck listed on Cargurus, and noticed that it was located in Cuba, NY. I don't have a problem with traveling for the right vehicle, but the problem i often run in to with talking to dealers further away and out of state, is that they are very lax in getting me the info i want because i am out of state and nowhere near them. Jasper's Auto was a different story. I contacted Jasper's via the Cargurus email inquiry. Within a day I got a call from Jasper's colleague, Nate. Nate was extremely helpful in getting me every bit of info i wanted on the truck. He went out of his way to go back out to the truck multiple times, and even pulling it inside on the lift to take multiple pictures and video that i asked for in a very timely manner. At one point, i thought i wasn't going to get any more replies because of how much info i wanted from him. I knew the truck was right after all of this and drove over a week later on a Saturday to check it out. Jasper seemed honest in the knowledge that he had of the truck and the services they performed while owning it. The vehicle had bad windshield wipers and a front running light that was out. Jasper had those items fixed right there on the spot no questions asked. The running light was even delivered from the parts store nearby because he didn't have one in the shop. I looked over the truck outside, had them put it on the lift to look it over and plug it in. Took it out for a drive. Put the vehicle BACK on the lift to look over AND plug in again. Jasper had no issue with me scrutinizing it like i did and catered to my every concern. I traveled 8-9 hours one way to look at this truck and if they had not let me plug it in or scrutinize it like i did, i may have just turned around and left. Well after all that, we agreed on a price, and shortly after I left with the truck. It is a 2007 GMC Sierra 2500HD Classic and a picture is attached here. Overall a fantastic experience with both Nate and Jasper, and would buy from again without hesitation. Thanks guys!
