Staff argumentative when ordering brake rotors. No, I do not need to take the old rotors so you can measure them. Ordered from AP store with no issue at all.
Drove 40 minutes to here after calling and confirming that the spindle socket was 2 1/2 inches at its longest point. Older gentlemen says "yep it is"
I get there and he has a socket for 2 3/8ths. Older Guy proceeds to tell me that 3/8ths and 1/2 an inch are the same thing
Napa clearly don't know how fractions work. What they do know is how to lie over the phone.
Excellent place, the staff was great. Needed a battery and they helped me out. Respectable prices. Would go there again. No complaints, would recommend them. That's just one man's opinion.
Even if you bring the exact replacement part still be prepared for not getting it and be ready for the being a bad backyard comment's. Go to advance or auto zone and get the right part first
They had exactly what I needed for my brakes, in stock, at a fair price and let me return what I didn't need without a hassle. Will definitely be back in the future for all my part needs.
Used to enjoy getting my parts here but my last couple trips not so much. A lot of new staff and it seemed all they wanted to do is bicker amongst themselves before helping customers. No longer my first call for parts.
I really enjoyed the time at Napa. I purchased everything I came for and received service with a smile. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating. I will always be a customer at Napa.
My experience was terrible. Everytime i go there its terrible. Emplyoees are not knowledgeable what so ever, and never seem to have what i need or even know what im looking for. I will never be shoping here again.
