This place was amazing, for a minor bumper crack. Their prices were hundreds less than competitors, thousands less than dealer, and they didn't try to upsell me. The car was detailed upon return and they quickly addressed a spot they missed. Today, upon return a few years later, they gave me a prompt and honest evaluation of a current issue so that I could make an informed and empowered decision moving forward. They are consistently trustworthy and reliable people.

I highly recommend these guys! They went above and beyond on the repair to my car. They not only took care of the damage done to my vehicle by someone else, they also took care of other minor scrapes and dings that were not part of the original damage. They also throughly cleaned the inside. Totally impressed! Fantastic company!

I had body work done and they did a great job.. They were helpful, friendly, and made an unpleasant experience a lot better.. the job they did cleaning, polishing and detailing the finished car was outstanding…. a really good place to get work done!!

This is a great place! Sheila is just awesome; this was my first accident and she walked me through was I needed to do. It only took a couple days to fix. Additionally, I’ve been unable to clean my car for months now (it be like that) and they completely vacuumed it up and cleaned it for me even tho they really didn’t have to. It was such a nice surprise and I’m so grateful 🥹 it made my entire week! One less thing on my plate. Thank you so much!!!

I searched paint jobs near me, reading reviews and this shop, is the BEST one around. I ordered my own bumper and had them install and paint it. They finished in just one day, thank you very much!! They are a busy shop and will still provide great customer service.

If you are looking for a top quality auto body shop this is the place. Owner Dwayne did some work on my car and i am a very particular person and let me tell you he did an amazing job. His comment to me was well if this was my car this is how i would want it done. That right there with the quality of work he does is why i will never go anywhere else for my auto boby needs. I have a 2007 Mustang GT/CS. Bumper scratched up,paint flaking off and side body same, thanks to huge pot hole. So I stopped in there for free estimate. Was just looking to see how much might be to repaint front bumper and side body mod. The price was very reasonable. So I scheduled for work. They did the work and it came out beautiful. George, Shelia, Dwayne and staff are very professional, nice and great at what they do. Highly reccommend!!

This is one Small Business I would Never stop reviewing or supporting. I have had it all done here from a tire plug to inspections to paint and repairs..Primeau's is the place to GO!. They are the BEST .

We have dealt with Primeaus's shop for about 25 years and have always received excellent service. Their autobody and mechanical work is topnotch. They have even taken the time to make sure that if a part failed during the warranty period it was replaced at no cost to us. There is no need to wonder if we are getting the best workmanship at reasonable cost.

Had my car done after a rear end collision through GEICO. The whole process was smooth and I wasn't even physically present for any of it except to collect it. Family owned business that excels in customer service. (Had pick the car on a Saturday, made one call and they arrived within minutes). The work on my car was so good that it looked like new again. No complaints, no issues. These guys are the best.

I brought my car in for a front bumper replacement. The job was completed on time for a reasonable price with no hassle or surprises. They even cleaned the inside of my car while they were at it. I will definitely bring my car back to Primeau if I need another repair!

Terrific family hometown business. Sheila sent one of the guys out to fix my tire at my work parking lot during a blizzard so I could get home... The gang at Primeaus was always accommodating and was walking distance to my home. I would use them again if I still lived in Cohoes NY

Primeaus has always been nothing short of amazing. Professional and friendly service. Anything from a simple nail in the tire to an oil change to major mechanical and/or body work - this is the place to go !

I had to get my bumper and hood painted So I looked around and this shop was in my area. so I came down got an estimate, prices were not to bad and the people were nice to. So I left my car for a couple of days and they painted it. When I came to pick up, the car it looked good, but couldn't really examine the work as it was getting dark, but I was happy it was painted. Next day I noticed they didn't remove the bumper to get a good solid coat of paint all around. Even with that I wasn't that upset and just shrugged if off. Fast forward 3 months later, I spot an air bubble in the paint on the bumper. Eventually after a week the paint started to chip away in different spots all around the bumper. So I came back to the shop and the guy there told me it was because I hit something that made my bumper crack and that was the result of all the chipping of the paint. Even if the bumper were to be cracked the paint shouldn't chip away like that, I've had cracked bumpers before and they never chipped away like this. The chips were in complete different areas of where the little crack was,the crack was on the way bottom where the clips get attached to to hold it in place and the the chips were everywhere. So I left and went to another shop to see what they thought about it, they told me that who ever painted the bumper never applied adhesion promoter which helps with the paint sticking to the bumper. Kind of a must when painting plastics but I guess these guys must of wanted to skip that step and save some time. Just don't go here, i know I won't after this.

Highly recommend!! Extremely helpful with assisting me in resolving and fixing "repairs" that were made by a dealership after an accident. Will only bring my car to Primeau's from now on. Fast great service done right. My car drives like it's new again!
