Met Ken, and his son Gianni, both down to earth everyday people. I felt as though I had known them forever, however I just met them. They made me comfortable and at ease , and they were very easy to talk with while making my decesion. No flashy gimmicks, or blowing smoke about what kind of deal I was getting. I feel fortunate that I found AGL Auto Exports. I was only starting to look for a vehicle and thought it would take months to come across my ideal car and price, when I came across an ad for a car at their dealership. I went to there for the usual test drive, etc and found Ken and Gianni to be real easy to work with, knowledgeable and informative. Wow! Ken absolutely blew me away with his kindness, patience, and honesty. It's been years since I bought a new car, and I was a bit worried to go through the process. I found a car I loved at AGL and Ken was very prompt in his response. He was NOT pushy at all. Just very friendly and honest. My orginal financing plans fell through and I assumed Ken would sell the car to the next person in line. However, he was completely empathetic and gave me space to figure out a plan B with financing. Luckily my next financing option worked and we could move forward with the sale. I went to go pick up the car and met one of Ken's sons who was just as nice and welcoming. He helped set up my Bluetooth and other electronics. The car was in stunning condition, and he replaced the brakes and tires. It looks brand new! Of course I hope this car lasts forever, but if I ever need to purchase a new car again I will 100% check with Ken 1st. Thank you, Ken and family!

Ken had a car I was interested in but I was at first a bit wary of going with a used car dealer. His calm voice was very reassuring and as we talked, I got the impression of him as a very trustworthy dealer of fine cars. Ken was always very responsive to calls, emails and texts, and always ready and able to answer questions getting back to me within minutes. Ken is a fine man and our interaction with him was really great. While I was there, he talked an interested mother out of buying an overly powerful car for her 16 year old, which he could have sold her but knew that it would be too risky to give that car to a young, inexperienced driver. That's honesty and integrity for you. We had an excellent experience buying this beautiful car from Ken!

I have lived in the Cap region for 20 years. I’m a BMW enthusiast. I buy cars that are different from the pack. I want unique. The kind you have a hard time getting at a dealership. I’ve gone to many of the northeast states to try and get some of my BMWs. I never thought that in my backyard I’d find one! Just hearing Ken’s story about the car business made me a fan. When I walked the lot it was clear, he was honest about his story. I didn’t even get to the car that caught my eye at first because he had such gems on the lot. One after another of unique autos. BMWs that you can not find easily. Mercedes that have your jaw drop. Audis that are drop dead gorgeous. All of the cars are beautifully detailed and up to snuff! He makes his cars right! There is zero pressure here. This isn’t a place you go and kick the tires and pick out flaws. There are none to begin with. If that’s you then your not an enthusiast and this lot isn’t for you. We had a great experience with Ken! Even ordered us new rubber Matts and a license plate holder for the front of the Beautiful Audi Q7. It came from Florida so didn’t have a front plate holder. He has gone above and beyond to take care of that for us. Would definitely buy from AGL Auto again.
We had been to larger dealers, some that were pushy and rude & some that weren't keeping up with what was happening with their inventory systems (so the car on the lot wasn't available or was already sold). Plus it was all business and nothing personable with no impressive prices to deals to offer because, "there is a nationwide shortage of vehicles".
At AGL, for a small dealership, they exceeded our expectations in everything the BIG dealers weren't providing! After 2 weeks of non-stop looking and failure with several of the BIG dealers AGL had everything done with delivery in just a couple of days!
In fact, Ken's 14yo son Gianni was every bit just as good, if not better, than any of the other BIG sales people we dealt with when explaining the features of my new 2017 Volvo (a lot of features on that car). Anthony, Ken's 12yo, was polite/helpful with his mother, Yelena, processing the paperwork with Ken overseeing all the activity.
The prices were fair for the value of the vehicles, they take pride in their work, and they are genuine/kind people. We would HIGHLY recommend anyone to visit or discuss what they are looking for with them!
