Unfortunately the machine wasn’t able to grab the codes, but they referred me to a reputable mechanic (Brothers Mobile Services) who I had an excellent experience with. Worst experience ever! the employee Alonzo D. Had the worse attitude and wasn’t trying to give me my refund he called me stupid and acted like he was bigger and better than me , the end he called another Manager to give me my money back , auto zone should really let this guy go I have multiple friends and family not going to autozone because of him
Awesome service and 5 stars for Alanzo - I was missing lug nuts and he went out of his way to make sure they fit and that I was safe to go back on the highway.
i had my friend buy me 2 cans of your free - eon too refresh my ac unit in the car ..the cheap price under 30 dollars for 2 cans is so amazing and so simple thanks and so simple too fill.thanks again.
When we got to the AutoZone the gentleman working there was very helpful testing my battery and I had a great experience I wish I could remember his name
Not helpful men working here. Im 64?and disabled and i did not get an offer to put on my rear view mirror that fell off that i puchased here.. I am disappointed that no helpful or friendly men work at this location
Went to o'reilly's first and they didn't help me the people that came in after I was there was better I guess
Went to autozone and it was way better. I will quit shopping at O'Reilly and shop at autozone.
Had an issue with installing new wiper blades. Alonzo, a manager, came right out and installed them correctly and quickly. Have always received great service here.
This location is the best! I had a great experience here while getting parts for my vehicle. Alex was amazing. He was very professional, welcoming and patient when helping me to locate the parts I needed. And this store is also very clean.
Worst customer service, i traveled 40 minutes to pick up parts that I had placed on order and when I got there they didn't even knew when it was gonna get there, they need to have people that's actually willing to help
I stopped here for parts and oil, Diego the manager was very knowledgable and friendly,, and let me change oil in the lot also. I highly recommend thos store.

3 days ago me and my fiancé ordered parts, they told us every day it would be in the next day so we waited and called everyday since then I’ve had to re order my parts for my car, and there still not in! There hiring little kids to do men’s jobs what a shame!!
Alex Almanza and Daniel Rodriguez were a great help. Went to have my battery checked and found out I needed a new one. They took the time to replace it. Great service.
So my Fiance william rager and i went into the Deming auto Zone and was walking around you know found what we needed went to the front to pay and witnessed a customer being so rude to the employee...i can tell from his name badge the employees name said "Mathew H". i wanted to remember his name because he was so calm through the whole thing was NEVER rude in return to that overaggerating, rude customer....i can tell you ME i would never reacted in such as a perfessional way as mathew did. Because of him we are writing such a good review because let me tell you we all have our bad days and to know there are people out there like mathew warms our heart! Thank you auto zone for being the most friendest place ive ever shopped at.!!!
Our alternator died as we were passing through on I-10 on a Saturday. I went in to this shop Sunday morning to get the part and Manny was very helpful. He ordered the alternator for me and told me to come back at 6:30pm that night to get it. The part was not in the store at the promised time (the driver makes their own schedule, apparently) but Eddie went to get it and delivered it to our hotel at 9pm on a Sunday so we could get the repair done and get back on the road first thing Monday morning. I couldn’t be more grateful! The knowledgeable, helpful employees really made our bad situation much better.
I was coming back from El Paso on 09/20/2020. My air cleaner fell off on the highway. Thank fully it fell on my foot (harley davidson). Well made it here and although yall weren't open yet your manager was most grateful and courteous and helpful enough to get me the tools I needed to put this back on. Cynthia was very knowledgeable in the part we ordered. She gave us high end prices to low end prices and which ones were in stock. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Cynthia was also wearing her PPE's due to the virus going on as we were.
Always treated properly and feel like employees really give 110%. Very good crew here in Deming. Even if what I need isn't available. I still leave satisfied.
I purchased windshield wiper blades here yesterday. The associate, Nidia S was helpful and kind. She found the right sized blades quickly, adapted them at the counter to fit my truck, and then replaced them as well. Very satisfied and grateful.
My boyfriend called ahead to see if they would read an engine code on my car (which came on unexpectedly) as I am enroute on a long cross country trip. They were more than willing to help me as soon as I pulled in and already knew why I was there as soon as I said who I was. Very attentive and respectful of my needs. They also gave me alternatives to help me get to my destination before I addressed the actual non critical issue. Excellent customer service.
The best car service in town! I had an appointment in cruces and had only 15 minutes to get a new battery and they took my urgency very serious and got it done in 15 mins and wished me safe travels. I will continue to only go to auto zone for my car care! Great customer service!! A+++
We are so happy that AutoZone's now have code readers that will come out to your vehicle take the code and put it in their computer and tell you what is wrong with it. This is the second time that we have done this and the reason I'm giving it a 4 is because when our first glow plug went out, at another location, they not only told us what it was but looked up where it was located. Such good customer service it should be commended.
We were travelling from Phoenix, Ariz., to Huntsville, Ala., when our battery died in Deming, N.Mex. After the second text from Roadside Assistance about a delay, we called the local AutoZone. It was a 5 minute drive, but 25 minute walk from our location to the store, just as it was getting dark. Luckly, the manager was about to leave for the day and was kind enough to bring us a battery-- he even installed it for us since we didnt have a single tool in the truck. He was careful to check our IDs and Card info, and go over the receipt - which made us feel very secure. We were back on our way within minutes of his arrival (even with the guys discussing the game). Even though he was on his personal time, he would not accept any gratutity. We made sure that we went straight to the store and bought jumper cables, etc. The staff at the store was just as wonderful as the manager. We are very thankful that he was able and willing to come to our rescue. Thank you guys so very much! Roll Tide!
Excellent. I was there from out of town and bought a battery after returning a rented fuel pressure tester. There was some confusion getting my deposit back, partially because I didn't catch it, and partially the cashier's mistake. I was able to call them and speak to a manager (over 1000 miles away), he found the cashier had left the extra money I was supposed to get back, in the safe and I received the money today. Extremely honest people here, don't bother going anywhere else!
