Call and get put in hold immediately and never came back online. Walk in and deal with poor customer service. These guys seem to hate their job and are more interested in talking to each other than helping out customers. I see why there are so many bad reviews. It's been like this for awhile and nobody seems to care.
This place has no structure, wait times are unbelievable. After you speak to someone parts don’t get delivered on time and when we finally spoke to someone about our order it was canceled with no refund or warning. Worst place to buy parts from.
They are tough to get a hold of, and their customer service is bad. They hang up on you if the job becomes tedious to them. My local Ford dealership has stopped doing business with them for this very same reason. I highly recommend you look elsewhere. Just my experience.
