The Good: We had an issue with our Jeep Gladiator and called them due to the proximity to the Jeep at the time. My wife was able to drive it to them and everyone was incredibly nice. They did an evaluation and charged us 110 for the work. It was 107 degrees outside and they let my wife and our two dogs stay in their breakroom while they did the work. The Bad: They found three issues that needed to be fixes. A oil cooler, a valve cover gasket and spark plugs/ignition coils. Every part they listed, they marked up 60% from a quick google search. Making almost 600 on me to buy the parts?!?! Their hourly rate is very reasonable at 110. But they claim it would take 13 hours to to do the oil cooler, replace the valve cover gasket, and the sparkplugs/ignition coils. that is highway robbery in time. If they billed it to be done separately, that would be fine. But they did not say anything and they never replied to the email. Seems like a giant miss. good customer service, but highway robber on their parts policy and labor hour billing.
I have been going here for quite some time here and let me tell you, it has been the best service to ever receive. The mechanics here take care of you and they are straight up honest when it comes to problems your car has and their work. If you have a Jeep of any kind, especially an older model, this shop will take care of you without a doubt!
I'm a jeeper I have 3 red white and blue.. the red 89 one is a 4.0 4 door my white one is a 89 2 door 4.0 with wing windows and my 86 blue one is a 2.0 4 door . I wouldn't trust anyone to touch my jeep but All j.e.e.ps good job to you and your family business... Jared Siebel
