I called J & E Auto Salvage, to see if they had a part for my car. First of all, he didn't answer the phone in any kind of civil way. Then as I was asking if he had the part I needed for my car, he just hung up on me. I thought we might have been disconnected , so I called again , and he sent the calls straight to voicemail which is not set up . Bad attitude bad service I wouldn't call him or support his business in any way, if I were you.
Nice guys, drove me across the lot and helped pull the part I needed. Gave some good advice on the repair I was doing, too. As a woman, it's refreshing to get good customer service but not feel like I'm being talked down to.
Agresive, intimation on the the part Business owners trying to prevent the owners, of a totaled car to remove ,there personal property from the car,like a expensive car system. NOT ETHICAL, NOR PROFESSIONAL, WOULD NOT RECOMEND,Greedy ,sad People. Who Try to take advantage of people.
