Decent prices good customer service just needs a little cleaning around the customer area

Just had my rears rebuilt from these guys. Hopefully all goes well so I'll be back for a transmission.

They are good they have almost all the parts just the guy that owns it takes it really serious and doesn’t want you second guessing him but overall they are good

Terrible customer service. They did not repair the truck’s transmission correctly and now claims that it’s a different problem after charging over $8500. Jason, the manager refuses to provide warranty or the contact information for a higher responsible manager or owner.

Talk about ripping off hardworking , small owner operators truck businesses. Take you hard earned money and give your business to decent people instead. They gave a quote for a repair and double the amount just because they can once your truck is inside. No authorization from owner for additional repairs. They just do as they please. Be careful! Inv# 20294- parts were replaced without consent and when Jason told me everything that was replaced after the fact I told him clearly it was not approved by me. He simply told me that that's the way it was like it not and to pay up or I can't take the truck out. This is unacceptable . From quoting $4000 to almost $7000.

Great experience! I've been here a few times and every time has been a good experience. Staff has a positive attitude and knowledge. Most recent visit had the pleasure of having Nelson place and order for an overhaul kit after we went over what actually would make more sense for the given circumstances. Very professional and again super knowledgeable.

Rude customer service and very unhelpful and impatient. If I'm about to spend several thousands dollars here I'd expect at least someone to be polite/helpful. No matter how experienced they may be, yelling at my face is one thing I wont tolerate and don't believe anybody else should tolerate.

This place is so unfair and wicked, I bought a water pump less than 2 weeks ago for $1700 and it’s leaking and they want me to wait 1 month for caterpillar to verify instead of refunding or replacing the parts.

Went to pick up a part from PARTS DEPT. Highly rude and nasty first and last time going there. Was waiting on line - customers were in-front (blocking the register) instead of asking me if I was being help or needed help the man yelled at me asking what I need with an attitude. Bad customer service - was most definitely a supervisor or manager because he wasn’t dressed like the rest of the workers behind the register.

This place is useless, they do not fix the truck well. You go for one thing and they damage another part so that you keep going and steal more money. the men named Nelson and Jeyson don't know what respect is they are unprofessional and very rude. They don’t have education.

Charged me 11 grand for a problem they couldn’t even solve. Very unprofessional, rude, and unqualified for truck repair. They first said the problem is in the transmission, ended up changing a lot more (full rear end) but the problem is still there. They kept playing a guessing game, changing so many unnecessary things and bringing up the bill. I asked them to fix the problem, and they got angry and demanded a full payment only in cash or they wouldn’t release the truck. So I ended up paying so much money in cash, but still have a truck with the same problems. Never go to this place for truck repairs. Terrible service by terrible people. Would give them 0 stars if possible.

Tried to offer me the CAT Gold Kit for almost $11k, I don't know what they were thinking. We all know that now parts aren't easy to get, but doubles the prices?

If you need truck parts,come here!!! Anything for a truck. Guys here a super knowledgeable and know their stuff. Whether you bring a sample of the part you need,part# or explain to them what you need, they have it. A+

Called ahead of time.. wait was a bit long as to be expected but the covering they have kept us warm while we waited.. great friendly service and staff.

Great place for the semi truck needs. Went here for a custom hose and fitting I was in and out with 30 minutes. Quality of parts very high! Highly recommend!

I dropped my truck off at 8am. At 11 they called me back and told me they won't fix the truck.they charged me $293 and did absoluty nothing to my truck. I think $293 for parking a truck in the Elisabeth area is to much. They charged me for a estimate when it is usually free.

Terrible place! the people behind the counter don't know how to treat a customer! The owner of the store treated me like I was one of his employees. I didn’t go there to ask for a favor...I was there as a customer and should have been treated with at list respect. Don't waste your time, look for some place else.

Good place to get parts n have ur truck worked on seemed to have a good inventory of new n used parts

I have no idea what some of these people talking about. Me personally, never had a problem and if I did they corrected it. But I guess at the end of the day you just can't keep everyone happy. I am.

Save yourself time and money....TRUST ME WHEN I SAY, THEY WILL ROB you for your HARD EARNED MONEY. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS BAD..CUSTOMER SERVICE, REPAIR WORK AND EVEN PARTS. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK BUT YOU BEEN WARNED...

Guy behind parts counter that drives the audi a7 has the typical a $$hole attitude. If you hate a job that much just leave. The rest of the people were great. In less than a year the transmission went out. They did not stand behind their warranty. Heard another customer being told the noise his transmission was making was normal and to wait. Lucky for him he said no take it out. Just be aware they are shady or just my bad luck. $5000 down the drain.

If you bring your truck’s information (Vin, Engine Serial #) they will do their best to help you! Reliable, and quick service, and the best place to get differentials, clutches, driveshafts, u joints, power steering boxes! You name it! This place has never let me down, if they don’t have the parts that you are looking for they recommend other places that might have it! Don’t be rude, and come prepared, and the staff will take care of you quick and easy! Trans American Truck parts provides better and faster service than the dealerships themselves!

Very friendly and efficient. The integrity and honesty was greatly appreciated. Put me back to work with reasonable prices for super effective work.

From day 1 these guys have taken good care of me. Everything they have done on my truck never gave me problems again. I always go back there for major repairs. They are the best!!!

This place is a rip off! They deserve a negative 1 star. They quote you at a certain price then they want to charge you to fix the old transmission that was removed from the truck. They charged my husband for installing a rebuilt tranny to his track and then they also charged him for the old one. Supposedly they charge the customer to fix the old tranny that is being removed so they can sell it to some other truck owner. Does that make sense. That is called robbery! And to make things worse; they don't even give any type of warranty. They also claimed that the dry shaft was improperly installed and they then fixed it. They did not do a good job at that! It was installed correctly when my husband took his truck to Trans America. The owner was very unprofessional and nasty when my husband complained after driving the truck to texas and back. When he picked up the truck at TA, the truck was making a very weird and loud noise. Which turned out to be the shaft that was worked on by Trans America. If you have a truck, DO NOT go to this place. They will steal your hard earned money and make your truck worse than it is when you bring it in yo them.
