Unfortunately it’s always hard to get someone from parts department on the phone; it’s always “please leave a message”. Last time I called, I gave them my number to have a call back and the person literally called me 20 minutes before closing.

By far the worse place to get part for your peterbilt the part department doesnt care they keep you on the line until you get tire enought to hang up the phone .....once they pick up they wont even ask you what part you need they say tell you right of the back we dont have and we cant give you thr part number .......everyone that sells part in the area they already know how thei people be acting

This was one of the worst part purchasing experiences of my life. It has nothing to do with price. They failed to deliver parts on time, failed to tell me parts weren't out for delivery. Sales staff has zero care.

This peterbilt hands down the best in the northeast. The employees and management handled my concern flawlessly. Not only did they help me in every step of the way but I was greeted and appreciated. Derek the manager gave me his personal contact. Stated that if I ever needed assistance with any part or service to call him directly. My business was appreciated. I’m a custoner with this location forever. God bless each and everyone of you. Continue the amazing work you guys do.

Very professional staff that will try to help you always. Very surprised or is a young staff and they all do great and are very knowledgeable, Juan is awesome and the lady who checks you out to pay named Maria is such a sweetheart. I would recommend anyone coming here.

Third and last time at this place, helpless useless rude people, very slow. Parts are way too expensive if you compare with other dealers. 1 hour 20 minutes awaiting to get buy filters.

Unfortunately I really wanted to like this place but, it is the most gouging I have experienced. We went in Friday and they were busy but said we can get you in Tuesday morning after the holiday. My driver waited at a local hotel until Tuesday morning. They got my driver in first thing in the morning and kind of left us waiting the whole day. We had a problem they sourced very quick that was the root of the reason we were there, however they decided to search over the rest of the truck to find little odds and ends to add to the service request. They told us they were quoting for parts, and us not knowing they were quoting for parts for other items we didn’t ask to be fixed. They day came and went, so now we are into weds, I finally get the invoice and they are way out of Wack on their pricing and added items we didn’t want, so I said I just want the issue fixed that we are there for So they now finally fix the issue, it took them about 50 mins of total repair time as our camera and the driver was checking. After the repair was done they said they needed to take it for a test drive, so my driver waited 5 hours for them to finally come and say we can’t test drive it until they replace the brake light that was out and they wanted 1 hour labour to replace the light plus the cost of the light, $190.00 for a hour labour, so I said nope just give me the bill and I’ll have him leave and he can replace the light up the road for a few bucks. The invoice was for $1237 bucks, they cleaned up a wire that was chafing, after they sourced that issue within a few mins. They added time to the bill searching the truck all over to try and up the invoice. It was a maximum $400 bill, but being 3 times higher, and the lack of info, or communication I recommend going someplace up the road a little. They are a busy spot, so taking advantage of situations is such a small minded thing to do.

Great shop but please understand they have a heavy workload. They got me in for a oil pressure sensor and a leaking axle flange gasket. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Great experience.

Very expensive and the customer service really bad. Representative make me order some parts, they don’t fit the truck and no way to return them. ?? do not recommend this place at all.

Recieved brand new 2022 peterbilt 337 may 5th. Speedometer was not working. Contacted Cambria peterbilt in Elizabeth. Schedule appt. Dropped truck off night before. Was fixed next day after scheduled date. Jordan was great. Under warranty. Thank you

Called Cambria Peterbilt to get a part , left 4 messages and called 16 times to spak to someone in parts Dept. No callback at all and when phone transferred to a managers extension, phone get picked up and sent to a voicemail to leave a detailedessage and phone number , no call back after messages left, makes people wonder if anyone is working the parts Dept

Avoid at all costs. Absolute train wreck of a service facility. They do not answer phones, respond to emails, return voicemails. Employees claim to not know who their manager is. @peterbiltmotors should be ashamed to have their logo hanging on this building

If you need your truck to make money, then don't bring it here. They'll keep it longer than they tell you and will not update you. I called for a completion ETA, on the day they told me it would be done, and got an attitude when I called asking for the ETA. They needed an extra 2 days for 5 hours of work. I don't believe their phones can call outside since I never received a return call from service, I had to keep calling them.

Parts department is a mickey mouse playground. Dont waste your time going there sadly is the only peterbilt dealer in the area. being going there for years but i had it not planning to go there anymore. To start long waiting lines/time the parts department personnel looks like they pretend to be working on the computer while costumers stand there like a statue. Once you get to them some of them will give you attitude and if you’re lucky they have the parts you need in stock so bottom line you will waste your time going there rather take a drive to Pennsylvania to the nearest peterbilt store surprisingly they always have parts in stock quick in and out. Seriously this store needs a change if attitude or maybe employees that will appreciate their job.

Should have employees dedicated to the customers at the store and not to the phone calls. Have somebody else to take the calls and take care of the customers inside. I had to wait like 10 mins cuz the were all on the phone. For me that's bad customer service.

Great people from service desk to the tech's. Arrived with my truck in derate, Without an appointment they were able to work me in to their heavy work load. Replaced only what was necessary and worked with me on the budget I had available. Thanks guys I will be back but next time I'll try doing it with an appointment.

My truck has been with Cambria for almost a month, i have recieved the run around from almost every staff member. It seems like no one knows whats going on in this place. Do not take your truck here if it is the last service center in the universe ! I wish i could had given them zero stars ! WROST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE !

Stay away. All they can do is take your money. I brought my truck in because the APU wasn't working. And after several days (4). They couldn't fix the problem and gave a list of excuses. One of them was...the factory put that on..and that's why they couldn't fix it. Hmm factory run classes on how to repair the APU. Guess they don't attend. And had no problems charging me $400 for that experience. BTW it was a 100 amp relay. Weak dealership network. Stay away. Trust me you'll be better off.

Customer service lacks. Told Prime they would get me in first thing Monday morning. Then don’t get me in until 1600. Then tell me it’s 8-10 hours of work and me and my dog now have to find a place to stay. Had to walk a mile in the drizzle and rain because no one here was nice enough to offer a shuttle service. Then once the warranty work was done that failed my DOT inspection was done and they went to do their DOT inspection now my breaks need to be replaced. I’m a lease operator and I’m the one having to pay for these repairs and this place has had poor communication with me.

the counter guys are experts at truck parts. they are friendly.the prices are good and the warranty satisfaction too. yes they also do a fantastic job at repairing trucks too.

The line moves pretty quick and they are open until 4:30pm on Saturdays. Price wise is just like any other dealership guys at the counter are pretty friendly.

A little on the old side of things but the gentleman behind the counter in the parts department, can't remember his name, tall white fella, great guy. Knew exactly what I was talking about, even saved me money !! And that's a HUGE PLUS, considering that I'm an owner operator! Thank you again sir!

::)I checked into the shop here to have a service done and check engine light was on so they can take a look at it. They fix the check engine light, they said it was A injector harness. They proceeded to do an overall check to see any issues. They came up with my clutch was worn and need to be replaced so I told them go ahead , replace it then. I went into the shop with no oil leaks and came back out with oil leaks, I told them what's going on there oil is leaking from where the transmission is where you guys change clutch. They proceeded to checked it out and said my crankshaft is bad that is why I have the oil leak. I said are you sure?? The reply was oh yeah my mechanic is 25 years plus experience, it was going on to the third day my truck is in the shop so I'm thinking something is not right I told him I'm going to take to truck just has it is. I got a load to Idaho and all the way through the truck stop wherever I stop I left a mess of oil leak. So I went to another dealer they looked at it and said the rear main seal is leaking it was not replaced back properly on the transmission to the engine. I said okay can you replace it they proceeded to replace it and I ask them about the crankshaft to see if anything was wrong with it, they told me no it is fine. This was two years ago and to this day I still have the same crankshaft. They had a mechanic supervisor there and he told me that I be needing an overhaul on the engine pretty soon I said how do you know?? He told me the blow by was giving a lot of smoke and I had $23,000 hours on the motor, at that time I had 800 thousand miles on my truck, I told him well I'll take care of that when the time comes. To this day I've got 1.1 million miles on my motor and the engine has never be in touch. If I can give no star for this place I would have done so they are slow and they don't know what they're doing. Don't go to this place you regret it
