Outstanding Service – Fast, Friendly, and Reliable! I couldn’t be more impressed with Inter City Tire! We have multiple trucks that travel in that area through out the week, we’ve had flats on the side of the highway and at the facility we deliver and pick up from; within 30 minutes of calling, they were on-site and ready to help us get back on the road. What really stood out was the convenience and peace of mind they provided, and I have to mention by name Welliane Soares for her kind, courteous, patient and professional attitude she displayed, this also made the experience an enjoyable one especially in a stressful situation. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprise fees. If you’re ever in a bind and need roadside tire help, this is definitely the company to call. Highly recommend – five stars all the way!

Showed up about 30 minutes after calling them out had the tire off and the new one on within 10 minutes back on the road within 15 minutes

I had a terrible experience at this place. After paying a lot of money to fix my brakes which I initially didn't require, my truck's braking system got messed up. After they installed the new brakes My truck started pulling to the right when you hit the brakes, I had to pay another mechanic to correct the issue.

I brought my truck to them to get my truck serviced. Unfortunately they wasted my 3 hours. They did everything I asked for in the wrong order, after I paid and decided to test my truck on the road, I found out that the truck was driving 2 times worse than it was before. I explained this to them and then they pressured me to buy new wheels from them and started telling me that I don't understand anything in what I'm saying. Disgusting service, I do not advise anyone to service their truck here.

Broke down on the turnpike after 2 town and an unefficient road service I found them. Called to make sure I was able to be seen that same day. In no time they had me back on the road. Fair prices. Complete transparency and even spoke Spanish with for my driver's benefit.

O/P BEWARE!!!!! i changed my control arm beam and bushings on 2023 on my trailer and one of the bolts snapped in half last week. call the shop told me to come so they could check it out. when i got back to the shop from Kansas City, MO and the manager said maybe because the bushing or overweight that’s why it break he didn’t even look at it and making excuses. so they want me to pay again to replace the bolts. 1inch thick and 6inch long bolts can snap in half. check your truck before you leave the place. i will definitely not coming here ever again. good luck drivers

They do the job, but be ready to get ripped off They'll jack up the price on everything I think they are hungry for money

Dis the hubs in this place and came to find out that they left them loose the play on the tire was non aceptable. Thank God i got to it before it went loose completely. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE.

You're lucky if they pick up the phone when you call. I arrived at the site at 4:00pm and wanted to align my SEMI but the person who assisted me told me that it was impossible and that in order for me to do it I had to arrive no later than 1:00pm. By the way... I spoke to him in Spanish and he acted like he didn't speak it ???. You work with pure Hispanics, you are in Elizabeth, NJ and that guy didn't have the slightest bit of Anglo-Saxon or European. He spoke ?? and ?? which was not a problem but, he makes life difficult for others who don't speak ??.

I have used Inner City multiple times and they are a great shop. I have had emergency service the day before a holiday & on weekends and they are always available and eager to help. The owner is extremely hands on and you can see his work ethic spreads through the team.

Good Company, Great Service and Cool Dispatcher. Broke down on the side of the road Christmas Eve and they made sure everything was good and I made it home for the Holidays. Thanks for the Great Service. Happy Holidays.

Oil level over maximum a lot when I change I asked for wheels balancing I just pay for but that do it nothing on that alignment I will see soon I hope how thay did thanks

Honest trustworthy experienced truck mechanics. They won't over charge you or tell you you need services that you really don't need. They are the only place that work on my trucks and so an awesome job!

I called them for a road service to change my rim on trailer. Very professional and reasonable. Mechanic very nice guy. I would recommend anyone needing road service on NJT ti call them directly.

Intercity I came here 12 years ago. And haven't been back no I'll will towards them but if you have some money to spend and don't really care when you get your truck back this is place . Dont get me wrong they do a great job in certain things like any other shop out there but for the most part whatever issue you have they will fix it it will cost you decent amount of money buy it will be fix more or less but what ever is it will take you all day there to fix maybe even 2 days slow slow slow but a very professional facility they do it from A to Z but make sure you have the time I went there today for alignment just open already backed up one guy had a spring problem that's it for alignment the only luck if he decides not to fix it but not here today....

I called them ahead to make sure they will have time to do a wheel alignment, after 3 hours of waiting I had to look for the guy to be informed that they are to busy and they would not have time to do it

Honestly I thought these guys were pretty good when I got here. But they couldn't really figure out my brake problem pulling to the right the first time around. I came back and they told me it's the drums which makes sense cause I haven't change them in maybe 2 yrs. Here's where they tried to sell me drums "OEM Webber original from factory. $245 each!!! Naahhh I called freightliner and ask them about this and they told me that's not a crossover drum they use during manufacturing. I don't know what they tried to pull here but I just left still paying a bill for time but nothing resolved. Be careful with this place they also take 3-4hrs to get you in smh.

Came here for an alignment , there were some issues with newly changed king pin so I had to take it back to the shop that did the work , they charged $139.68 for diagnostics that was credited towards the alignment ! Great place if you need tires. I’ve witnessed customers come solve their problems and go !

They did a great job on my trailer and it only took them two days to finish. You have to be smart and aggressive with the manager, cuz he is a wise guy always trying to raise the price...! They will overcharge you for the labor, but this is a NYC area after all, and these guys are the smallest crocodiles in this swamp.

Reliable service, just be there early(630 am). These guys work fast and solve all problems you report. You have to report all the issues and they will work accordingly. I will go there again for my trailer roof.

B&L company has with me 0 stars, They travel us to INTER CITY TIRES 745 DOWN AVENUE ELIZAVETH, N.J. 07201 I gave them 10 stars, they are anazing, Iam very greatful to God and to them the special way they treat us, i went crying to them, how B&L company treat us so bad and how they throw us out of their company because the boss said.they was paid from our insure and want to put money in there pocket with out telling us, but they bring us against them ro this amazing place, INTER CITY TIRES I was crying and explain to them the all what happen with the other company B&L, They couldnt belive what their eairs was hearing from me, but there was this guy by my side giving me confort,and i call him a Angel,because he told me all the time "things are going to be better you would see, don't worry. Inside of the company this nice lady gave my grandaughter a ice cream, They check the brakes in a way that they look like a puzzles piece to piece, i was so afraid because i knew that work will cost us a fortune, money that we didnt had. It was a work that cost likes $700.00 dollar.When they put all together and call us i was scare. My husband look at me, so my daughter, I said to my self " Ohh my God is going to be to much" For our suprise the cost was $0.00 They fix my motorhome, they put it to run, and thanks to all this Angels inside this company, we cameto La Florida wirh out a problem in the motorhome. I think they are not mechnic. Just they are try to shrink their responsible I did repair for wheel seal. They writes the receipt making excuse about their doing(repair) Later. I complaint But they said about their excuse. I went other shop. Mechanic said Who did this? He is "Rubbish" I recommend. Everybody don't go there

Great service. Great prices. Great people....took the time to explain all the work to me after they checked out my truck BEFORE they started the work. I ok'd what I could afford and truck feels solid now. Will be back for new tires next week.

Sevice was not so good but got the job done but the front guys are not there to be your friend .it's about your money an they can see too it that they get it.very oh Humm atitude .rod or Ron can also be assinin.go find out an remember u get what you pay for .good luck there.....?

The service at this place is ridiculous. I don't even know why I try them anymore. Every time I go there they never have anyone available to assist and I feel like I'm doing them a favor for trying to do business with them. Today I was on hold on the phone for 12 minutes ( I wish I could attach a screen shot of the phone)...all I needed was pricing on tires and an alignment. I'm now being courteously and promptly serviced by the competition nearby.

I needed a tire I had put on a rim, and wheel alignment for my RV. My vehicle was pulling hard to the left and my steering wheel turning constantly to the right. I was told intercity was the place to go. I get there at 0800 and tell them what I need done and a work order is written up. I am told they 'don't know if we can do an alignment on this but we'll have a look and see' and I'm told to bring in my RV to bay 8. After 30 minutes a worker comes over and looks at the work order then starts getting the RV jacked up. He gets a light and looks behind the wheels. Then a few more come over and they all look under the wheels. The first worker gets red pads out and places them under the front tires and proceeds to take my wheel stimulators off by removing 4 nuts on each wheel. He then attaches the wheel alignment machine to each wheel. One of the other workers comes over and pushes on the tire (as if to put it into place by pushing it?! What the f. The other watches). This whole process takes around two hours. By this time it is 1030. I decide to go get some food from the diner, 1/8 mile down the road . I walk down and get food. I was surprised at the great quick service. My food was on my table no more than 3 minutes after ordering. I head back to the shop to see the progress. I had been no longer than 20 minutes. When I got back I was surprised to find my wheel stimulators and nuts back on, the alignment machine detached and away. I thought they must have been quick at their job or it wasn't too bad and only needed a little adjustment. My car was still up on jacks. My tire wasn't replaced yet so I went over and informed the desk and they said 'why didn't you tell me' I said I mentioned it to the guy originally serving me. They got onto it right away and all was well. I paid my bill and told them my car was up on jacks still and I can't go. They said someone will be out to assist me soon. I walk over to my car and wait. No one comes for 10minutes. I go over to a guy and ask to put my car down and he responds the mechanics are at lunch. I ask him again to just lower it so I can go and he does so. I leave not too unimpressed with the service I received. It was quick and I didn't have to book. I get out of the building and onto the highway. I immediately notice the car is still pulling hard to the left and steering wheel is cocked right. THEY HADNT DONE ANYTHING! I can't believe it. If it couldn't be done they could have so. Instead, they put on a little fraud alignment theater production for a couple of hours and took my money. Have contacted them regarding this consumer fraud and will take it further if I do not get a refund. Will keep review updated.

This place is awesome! There is a reason its always packed out with trucks. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait but they always try and work with you. I pulled in there with an air leak from my tractor brake system. I told them I was in a hurry because I needed to drop an air freight load. They diagnosed a leaking brake chamber AND a leak in the dash valve, fixed them both and had me on the road in less than 2 hours.
