Rude and not what you think the company might be, opening my door instead of knocking or getting my attention, when called out asked not to open my door without permison. He procceds to get upset.
BAD BUSINESS
Be careful, they are a deceptive and dishonest company. My father had an accident; the police called them, and they picked up the car. I called them at that moment to have the car taken to my house, and they told me it would be around $150, but that it would be better the next day. I asked how much extra it would be, and they told me it wouldn't be much, and that it was already late and they had to finish picking up the car. The next day when I went, they charged me an extra $200, and when I called to confront them, they told me that the managers did not issue refunds.
I wish I can give 0 starts for this company. Absolutely disgusting and very disrespectful. I don’t recommend this company at all . They didn’t care to hear me out they’re just so money hungry and like I mentioned before rude . Don’t call this place I rather call Ron and sons .
Unfortunately, we needed a tow for our truck. My husband spoke with Pat who was super responsive and helpful. Mark came to our house, knocked on the door, explained what he was going to do and was super nice and professional. Thank you, Mark, Pat, and Bunky’s!
Called them in an emergency situation and they were on scene in 10 Minutes! The driver Joel ( hope i got it correct ) was professional and knew exactly what needed to be done to be loaded up on on the road in less than 10 mins. 5 stars all day
Today, Mark from Bunky's Towing picked up our car in Berkeley Heights and delivered it safe and sound to Joyce Honda in Denville. Mark was friendly, helpful, and did the job like the seasoned pro he clearly is. Many thanks to him and Bunky's! Will certainly use them again if needed.

AAA Towed my car into Bunky's and they were a pleasure to deal with. Work was performed as quoted and they even called me after to follow up if I was satisfied on the work performed.
They came very quickly and the driver was super pleasant. Got a ride to the repair shop with the driver who knew all the back roads to avoid traffic. Great company.

Super nice over the phone. Waited not even 10 minutes for the truck to show up. Al was great and got my truck loaded up quickly and even pulled it right into my driveway for me when we got to my house. Would give 10 stars if I could.
Called at 4pm on a Tuesday broken down on the side of I-80. Prompt help getting our work trailer to a local repair shop. Very helpful and communicative during rush hour. Thank you!
Management and staff are top notch and the service here is second to none. A different shop had my truck for almost three weeks before telling me they didn't want to fix it. Bunky's had it done in less than two days.
I will be going back in the future and would recommend them to anyone, especially for diesel repairs.

Faced with Somerset Hills Towing (the very worst) holding my car for ransom, not answering calls, etc., Bunky’s came through for me big time. Friendly, cooperative, honest, good explanations, went out of their way to rescue my car and get it to the body shop. Timing was crucial to prevent SHT from keeping the car over the weekend and charging an exorbitant fee, and Bunky’s was there right when they were needed. Kudos!
Everyone at Bunky's is great to deal with, they are fair with their pricing and have actually fixed some issues that the dealership had messed up! Jay is a great guy to work with, we've been taking our cars there for years. They have worked on our old corvette and fixed it up to get it back into working condition. Keep up the good work!
Got a flat requiring a tow. I've heard horror stories about towing companies, but this was painless. Service was fast and cost was reasonable. Would gladly do business with again, but hope I never have to.
