Place is a joke. They do not honor their Coupons. Charge 120 dollars for a simple oil change. Will never go back and do not recommend.

Had a tire blow out on the 72 bridge, on a Sunday. They had a tire in stock, squeezed us in before closing up for the weekend and got my daughter back on the road. Friendly service and very reasonable prices. Thanks!

Bill was very kind and explained everything as repairs were being made. I had one of my calipers replaced and they realized the caliper replacement they had was leaking so they immediately got a different one sent over so I could be on my way.

I will never buy another tire from Manahawkin Mr. Tire. I bought 4 tires 4 tires a couple of months ago and they couldn’t do enough for me. Spent over a 1000. Today I had a flat and called and they told me to come over and they would fix my flat. I was in a jam scheduled to leave for Georgia tonight. I got to Mr. Tire and the counter person said no way am I fixing that today it’s too cold for my men. They would have to remove the tire outside because my truck couldn’t go on a lift. I guess they should have told me that when I called and gave my truck year and model. No more business from me or my family. I hope that if they ever need the fire company or EMS it’s not to cold for them. Went to Quality Tire and they took care of me right away. Same temperature outside as Mr. Tire. It’s only a few hundred feet down the road.

Came in practically last min with a broken valve stem. The guys were so nice and really helped me out especially in this freezing cold!

First time there, everyone was very professional, very friendly and knowledge. Car was in and out within a reasonable time, and I was extremely pleased with their services

DO NOT COME HERE FOR BREAKS!!!! I took my car in to put 4 brand new tires on and they told me I needed front break pads. A couple of days later as I back out of my driveway I heard squealing , I gave a few more days and it's still squealing. Today I brought it in for them to inspect it and they are now telling me I supposedly need rotors which was never mentioned the last time I went. I do NOT need rotors , the guy didn't even take off my tires to look at it!!! My car NEVER had this issue till this shop touched it .. do NOT GO HERE !!!!

The staff was welcoming and accommodating...they drove me to work and then picked me up when my car was done. Oil change and 2 rear tires with outstanding service and prices. Highly recommend

These are the best guys in town, they play the long game and want to be your car service/tire guys forever, great to work with, highly recommended

Last week I stopped in Mr. Tire without an appointment. I explained that the day after we had gotten a couple inches of snow I started my SUV not realizing that the windshield wipers were on. I was going to warm up my vehicle before I started removing the snow and ice. The snow and ice was too heavy for the wipers and one cracked off. I happened to mention to the gentleman at the front desk that I had just come from the vet bc my dog wasn’t feeling well and I had her with me. Within 5 minutes he called a young man out of the garage and asked him to go to the parking lot to replace my windshield wipers. He was very empathic and compassionate towards my dog. He put the wipers on in about 2 minutes so I could take her home where he said she’d be much more comfortable. He then wished me a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I was extremely impressed with both of these gentlemen. They were both beyond helpful and accommodating. They both said for me to come back anytime my vehicle needs repair. I 100% recommend Mr. Tire for all of your vehicle needs and maintenance.

I got a flat on my way home so I pulled into Mr. Tire with no appointment, just hoping they could help me. They greeted me and immediately were able to assess the damage and recommend how to fix it. Great, friendly, and fast service at a reasonable price!

I came in for a leaking valve stem on my Honda. Was told that it may be the sensor leaking and that would be more expensive. They checked out the tire and said that it was only a rubber valve stem!! I appreciate their honesty and great work on such short notice!!

Good so far. Told me i needed additional work to the tune of 700 dollars. Hmmm makes me think. Yes i know i need a tune up but my battery has never given me an issue and that is sus to me to say it needs to be replaced NOW! Like it was urgent? . Also my alignment seems fine. My car goes straight when i let go of the wheel. Just seems like they want to upsell me so bad. Now i distrust them. The oil change was too expensive but fine.

The manager Fernando quoted me the price 850 for replacing leak tube connections to the coolant box . And he quoted me 850 to complete the job . When I picked up my car I signed my card without checking the price when I got home I looked at the bill was $1150and change I call him next day morning to dispute the over charge price and complained it was not we agreed on the price . And he hanged up the phone , hope it only a mistake and hope he will correct it .

This location is awesome! All the guys are so helpful and kind. If I ever need anything done they take me right away!! Thanks so much guys Maureen

I came in I was in a rush to get my brakes done The manager named fernando was at the desk He took me right in Was very courteous and helpful Pricing was less than i expected I will definately go back

I’m from Philadelphia. I was around manahawkin Nj doing a construction Job and one of my breaks popped and the shop closest was Mr. Tire auto center. I took my truck there and was immediately received with attitude from Fernando which was very unprofessional! I’m not from around there so I just really needed my breaks to get fixed so I could drive back home and was shocked to find out they did a horrible job when I paid $1500. They ordered wrong parts to my truck that don’t even match. My truck came back to me in a worse condition. The breaks were definitely not fixed and incase of accident they would have been liable . I then had to take the truck to Mr tire in the philly area so they could correct the mistake and they automatically told me they did a bad job and were charging me even more money to order the correct part to my car when it was the same company that messed up in the first place. I refuse to pay even more money when it was there mistake in the first place I highly suggest you never come here because they are all clueless Please don’t go here if you don't want to feel robbed…

I had a great experience at Mr. Tire in Manahawkin! I really appreciated that they were open on Sunday and made it super easy to schedule my appointment. I came in for a tire patch, and when I asked how long it would take, the advisor told me about 45 minutes — and they finished in 43! The advisor was friendly, welcoming, and professional. It’s nice to find a shop that’s both efficient and personable. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service!

My Durango's battery is under passenger seat, not real convenient with a dead battery for moving an electric seat. The guys on a Sunday late afternoon accepted my tow and had it done in no time. Completely happy with their service. Thanks guys!!

One word...DON'T. 1. Let's start with the fact that they force you to make an appt before you can even speak to a service manager, Fernando Cartegena. Fernando confirmed he had three of the Nexen tires that were B1G1. He would ask his supervisor to "bring one over from the other shop". Appt confirmed. 2. I show up for my appt. and first words from Fernando were that his "supervisor got too busy and was unable to bring the tire". Why didn't i get a call that the 4th tire wasnt going to be there? 3. He proceeded to offer Goodyear Eagle Sport for their original price. Not even at the same price as the Nexen. When I balked, he stuck to the price saying the Nexen cost more. I stated they were on sale and the site quoted a total of $509 while he was offering me the Goodyear tires at $700+. I walked out and sat outside looking for options. He came out after about 10 minutes and said his boss said he could give me the Goodyear tires at the price of the Nexen tires. At this point I wasn't trusting him at all. Besides the fact that the mileage difference is over 25,000. Fernando's arrogant, poor communication, bait and switch tactic, and lack of customer service skills are reasons enough to stay away from Mr. Tire. I went to BJs and purchased my tires where I will receive free balancing and rotation with an even better set of Nexen tires. PS. Called parent company, Monro, to complain. Useless. The first rep hung up on me. The second rep sounded like she was in a tunnel and had a mouthful of marbles. It took me almost 20 minutes to get through the complaint. I asked what was going to happen. She said the DMs travel a lot so she wasn't sure if and when they would reach out. So don't believe the responses to these posts where they say they are always looking for feedback to improve.

Do not go here. Total rip off. I Cleary asked the price out the door and they quoted me at $177 and after the work was already done, now I get the bill and it was $355!! They said we'll there's all these NJ fees and whatnot. You should have said that on the phone when you gave me the OUT THE DOOR quote. Total bullshit. I will never return. Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere for tires.

All the guys working on my car today were so helpful!!! Willing to work with people and have a great personality as well. This is the second time I have visited and they have saved me tremendously both times. THANK YOUU

Had my tire patched today at this location, they quickly took my vehicle, got me in and out quick. Fernando checked all of the tires, and ensured they were balanced properly. He was incredibly professional, and helpful. Will definitely return here.

They are so professional and kind. I had the dreaded low pressure notice and of course I freaked out. Went to Mr. Tire and they fixed it in a jiffy. All four of my tires were low. Technician fixed it, entered info into the system and reset so the alert was erased. They are the BEST!

When Goodyear said “No I can’t help your emergency tire replacement because we are busy” Mr. Tire came through for me and replaced my rear back tires. I had my tire explode off my mini van and Mr. Tire squeezed me in their tight schedule and got me back on the road within an hour. I had Mr. Tire replace both rear tires because the other tire had damaged to it as well. They quickly found replacements and gave me a great deal. Thank you Mr. Tire

I went to get my brakes done/ checked thinking I just needed pads. Well they said I needed rotors and pads in which I didn't. I asked why I needed rotors they said because it was to thin. Quoted me 585. I didn't get it done. Took it to my mechanic and he checked it were the rotors were not thin and just fine. Pics to show. Beware that's all I got to say.
