Scott came to help us today when we broke down. He was so kind and friendly. He made me and my daughter feel so comfortable and made the whole experience so pleasant and easy!!! I’ve never had a better experience with a tow company before in my life til now.

I would highly recommend this company! Especially The gentleman named Vinny Trotter who was able to tell my disabled vehicle. He was fast, competent, an extremely hardworking! I don't know if you're able to request certain individuals from companies, however, if you can, I would suggest asking if vinny trotta could be the one to do your service call! You will not be disappointed!! five stars!!!!!

Tragically, I was stuck Tuesday morning with a car that wouldn’t start. I went through my insurance and they sent over priced right towing, and I had the pleasure of meeting Vinny. I was so stressed out, but he made the process smooth and easy. I also had to return a battery. He patiently waited while AutoZone Took out my battery and replaced it. Mind you it was like 100° But he was so professional and just amazing all around. He was even giving me pointers if the dealership tried to rob me if it was my starter lol I would highly recommend using price right and if You want a cool professional dude Vinny is your guy. 😊🙌🏽

The service here has immensely gone down, in recent months. I miss their driver, Eric. He was incredibly compassionate about what he did for a living, and was always kind whenever we dealt with him, regardless of what time of night it was

Good experience from start to finish with car battery issue . I called AAA, then AAA contacted Price Rite Towing. Within 15 minutes I received a text, driver was on his way. Stephen arrived within 10 min of me receiving the text - on our way! Stephen performed tests on my battery-Results stated battery was ok. Battery needed a jump start from test results. I need to let it charge for 2-3 hours. Stephen was courteous,explained what he was doing and showed me the actual read of tests that he performed on the tester. Thank you Price Rite / Stephen Ipock

Well this was certainly a very poor experience. I broke down on Garden State Parkway GEICO called Price right for a tow when the guy got out of the truck. He looked rude. He asked me if I had triple AAA I said no that the GEICO told me I would have to pay out-of-pocket to them and I’ll get reimbursed. He looked at me and said I know how this works. I left before him. He didn’t have my car on a toe yet somehow someway he reached my house before I did. I was five minutes away. He calls me and tells me to hurry up. I said I’ll be there in five minutes. When I got to the house all he kept saying is hurry up. I have another toe. Hurry up. I have another toe hurry up I have another toe so finally I lost my cool and I told him off and I used some very obscene language. I went in the house and I called the company and I talked to the guy and I told the guy how Rudy was well. The guy on the phone says well he has other toes. We have people that are waiting well I didn’t do anything to prolong them so I called my insurance company and I told the insurance company the treatment I got and I told them it’s not my fault that I broke down on the highway and I’m sorry you have other toes, but I don’t know what I can do to help you so if you’re ever on a parkway my advice to you don’t them tow Let them your find another company

Truck broke down on the turnpike. Called and Vinny arrived within 15 minutes. Truck was loaded within 10 minutes. Very reasonable price wise and the service was top notch.

Priced Rite provided a AAA battery replacement and did an excellent job testing my battery and alternator. Kyle the tech communicated with me every step of the way and arrived at the early part of the 1 1/2 hour time window I was given. Great experience and kudos to Shelly the scheduler as well

AAA called Priced Rite to help with keys locked in car after local police weren't successful. He was super delicate and had the correct tools and did it under a few minutes.

Jake S. was incredibly efficient and polite while helping me get into my car. He was there promptly and was super friendly.

AAA had tow estimate at 3.5 hours, Priced Rite towing showed up in under a 30 minutes!! John was very nice and personable. Very pleasant experience all the way around, would definitely recommend!

AAA called Priced Rite 24 HR Towing & Road Service. They called me to confirm a time and the driver John B. arrived shortly thereafter and was really friendly. He very quickly detected that my battery needed a jump and that I was also in need of gas. I apologized to John for not having any cash to be able to tip him. He honestly couldn’t have been any more gracious and kind. I could tell that John is a very hardworking guy who likes his job and helping people. This world would be a much nicer place if we had a lot more John B’s in it. Peace all.

Have aaa battery replacement plan my battery is 5 years old and because its not a AAA battery they said i have to buy one from them Jumped started my car after 5 minutes car would not start again was told to drive around for 10 minutes and if it dont start its something else had charging system ck and everything is good Driver was rude Update next Day Went 25 Miles out of My way and an hour out of my Time to a triple a Center. battery failed test Replaced battery With no problems for Free.

Horrible place they literally robbed me of my car and my belongings. I was involved in the collision and was charged the DUI while on probation. I was sentenced to 30 days for violation and when I called them the other day to try to get the rest of my important documents that I had the vehicle the lady was very nasty and rude and told me I am not getting none of my belongings i had close to 4k in music in my car and 3k in tools they are thief

Fast, efficient & reasonably priced. Shelley in the office was friendly and knowledgeable as well as Chrissie the driver. Both are an asset to this company. Thanks

Did they tow my car when I got a flat tire...Yes. Did they bring it to the location I requested, or let me cancel when I heard their price? No, and no. They also put a higher # of en route miles from their HQ to my location (they charge per mile). Led to two unfortunate tows by them totalling ~$400 when it could have been much less. Add how crudely they spoke with me, yelled at me, talked over me, and stated I was threatening him when I said "I'm trying to be pleasant;" when I asked for this person's name, they played the childish game of "I can't hear you/we're breaking up," and hung up on me. Maybe it depends on who you get. Hopefully you have a good experience and never have to call them again.

Chrissy was prompt, deftly manoeuvered her large tow down a small pebbled Long Beach Island lane, and delivered my vehicle efficiently to a local garage. Excellent service!

Thank you so much for coming to my rescue. That cold night in Mcdonald's parking lot. My battery was giving me problem. And the car wouldn't start and you started my car up. Then you told me how to take care of my battery. And to invest in buying a battery starter. If you don't have jumper cables. Again thank you!!🙂

Overall horrible experience from the beginning. Everyone I spoke to was rude and nasty. "Melanie" who was by far the rudest called me to let me know my insurance dropped the check off to pay for my storage fee and that I could get the vehicle. I called to get info to pick it up to find out they moved it to a lot 30 minutes away from the original storage location and they would not even give me the address that the car was stored at. While at the same time being told if I didn't get it that day then I would be charged extra storage! (what???) After some persistence and too much trouble I FINALLY got my car (which was missing the bumper and had considerable more damage than when it went there which I have photo proof). Most rude nastiest workers I have ever come into come into contact with. I wouldn't even use the one in Toms River now.

I would rather push my car home than to have to rely on these people again. Greedy, lying, overall ugly business. Destroyed my car in the process of moving it to another tow yard and took no accountability. Everyone I talked to was rude and the overall customer service was terrible. I would recommend anywhere over this place.

I blew my tire out on my way home from work after a crazy long day. I was miserable to say the least and just wanted to be home. Tiffany came to take my car to a service center. From the time I got into the car and got home… My whole mood had turned around. The service she gave was above and beyond, and what a kind person she is!! She even drove me straight to my home. I will keep this business card in my pocket for life. Thanks again… you guys rule!! And thank you again, Tiffany!

John was the man who helped me, my key fob wasn't working due to Key Fob battery issue. He showed me how use till I was able get new battery. John even cleaned off my car from snow storm. Men like this you can tell he was raised properly. With all going on in the world, nice have help and caring like this. I even tried tip him, stated no thank you. God Bless him!

I want to go get my car on Friday was involved in a wreck. They proceeded to tell me that my car was impounded which it was not. So they made my drive 45 min out of my way for the police to tell me it was not impounded After getting back from state police they were closed I had to get out the next business day but yet h they charged me extra days storage due to their mistake. All of the managers were very rude except the driver I will never use this company again and suggest you shouldn't either

Priced Rite is my go to company for any towing needs. Twice John came and towed my mud truck when it broke, quickly and efficiently. He takes the time to ensure it is secured on the flat bed very well because of my trucks size and is able to precisely drop the truck in my driveway right where I need it to be. Definitely recommend John and Priced Rite Towing!

I am not one to usually complain or post anything, but DON’T EVER use Priced Rite Towing company!!! This company damaged my vehicle after the accident. I spoke to the fire chief as well as officers at the scene. Katrina at their office refuses to allow me to speak to the owner Pat and they will not own their mistakes. Jason the other manager was very rude and I cant even begin to describe how he spoke to me. Just posting to make everyone aware.

I unfortunately had no choice but to use this service as the truck came right to the scene of my accident. The driver during the accident was awesome & very kind. It was another driver and the office that were down right rude and inconsiderate. I just got into a major accident and I’m now dealing with young, rude people who obviously don’t care about customers. I’ll admit I got nasty back to them but did not start it. They should have a little more compassion for people in their line of business. I hope in the future, I never have to deal with them again.

I was shaken up as my accident was far from home on a late rainy night, when the police got the tow truck so quickly. But once he arrived the driver carried all my belongings so I could safely walk between the guardrail and the truck. He directed me with verbal instruction which calmed me down and he told me he would wait with me at the tow yard until my parents arrived. He was empathetic and sensisirve to my experience The accident happened on my way home from work and I was lucky enough he allowed for a restroom stop which he called in on the radio He stayed on the phone with my mother using immense patience to give her specific directions as she got lost in the area... and he provided my father with additional business cards and next steps One complaint I have is that I live very far away and I need to get my car towed by Geico so they can begin repairs. Priced right will not relase my car over the phone via fax I can’t send my license sign a form and fax it back, none of these are options and instead I have to come down in person which is a tremendous inconvenience especially with no vehicle.
