Great experience. I had never been there, called with an issue, their manager Mike got me right in that day. He explained everything to me and physically showed me the issue, gave me clear options on what I can choose to do based on price, they got my the work done quickly .

Hyundai in Manahawkin said we needed new brakes front and back. we took it to Mastercraft today and they reviewed it and said we’re good for another 7000 miles. we have been servicing our Hyundai and Tesla here for brakes and tires and such for the past few years and they are honest and fair and do great quality work. Highly recommend them over dealerships.

You wouldn't think that a discount tire center would turn out to be an oasis of hospitality, but this is that place. My friend and I, a hundred miles from home, were turned away half a dozen times as we desperately searched for a shop on Long Beach Island that would replace a misfiring spark plug -- not a huge job, but an essential one if we wanted to get home. Then we tried Mastercraft, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of the New Jersey Shore. Even though the shop was busy, Mike, the manager, made us feel at home right away. While my friend and I sat in their nice cool office (it was a hot day), Mike had one of his mechanics immediately bring the car in to diagnose the problem. We were quoted an exact price, and even though there were other cars on the lot, because we were stranded (and my friend uses a walker to get around), they got to work on my car right away. For the entire time we were there, we felt very welcome and taken care of, and very confident about the repair of the car. In a little while, the car was done, and we were on our way. I really can't say enough about how it made our day to come here.

Mike is an absolute sweetheart! Goes above and beyond for you and makes you feel comfortable and confident. Awesome prices and fast service! Would recommend this shop to anyone!!!

Mastercraft is the best! They’re very honest and very reasonably priced. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! I called one late Friday afternoon and asked when they’d be available to replace my brake lights and he told me to come in right away. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Mike is very welcoming and very helpful on the phone. Always very friendly 😊 I highly recommend to everyone.

This place has taken care of my family for years and we would not go anywhere else. What began with me as a customer has now become my family's car repair shop. I'm a relatively new customer of Mastercraft but after my most recent experience I am a loyal customer. While running errands my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Fortunately I was near Mastercraft so I veered right into the parking lot and went in to speak with Mike. Mike told me what I already suspected, that it's not a good idea to drive around with your dashboard all lit up, but he said he'd take a look if I was willing to leave the car. Even though I had no appointment and it was near the end of the day, Mike called me less than an hour later to tell me I had no fewer than 35 codes and he had figured out why. He had two alternatives to suggest and I chose the one that worked for me. By early the next morning I was on the road and all for a very fair price. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the work or the excellent customer service. Hey, the even have coffee in the waiting room!

My first ever experience with Mastercraft was awesome. Mike really went above and beyond to do the right thing. He diagnosed my vehicle as soon as it arrived at shop. The major problem I thought I had wound up being a fuse. Within an hour I was driving my truck . Mike did not bill me, was forthright and pointed out a few issues in need of attention. Most of all Mike didn't make fun of me for missing the blown fuse. That's priceless. Thanks again Mike.

I Needed a wheel balance on my Mustang GT500 Shelby Cobra. Didn't want to bring it just any where. Had a shimmy around 80. Got a good recommendation while getting a haircut! Headed over here and met Skyler. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Got me right in. Gave my car to Garret to do the wheel balance which came out great btw. While waiting I decided to get four new tires! Skyler spent a good amount of time searching for the right ones that all matched since they are staggered. Found them and gave me a very fair price mounted and balanced. Came back the next day to have them installed and once again a great experience! Michael the manager also great. Highly recommend this place. Very clean facility and all very professional. Being now retired from the car biz for over 45 years I know when a place is run right by the right people.

Impeccable service. Called at 3 seeing if they could squeeze me in for an oil change, and the gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and easy to talk to. They had me come in for around 3:30 and was out before 4. In addition to an oil change they fixed my tire that had a screw in it and didn’t try to oversell anything else to me. Staff makes you feel very comfortable going in there. No major work was done, but I’ve heard great things from word of mouth, and the way they conducted themselves as a business I would trust bringing my car back for anything.
