He is the best mechanic in town, too bad I didn't know him before, a year ago a friend recommend me to go to him I couldn't believe how honest he was, very caring man, very humble he shut down to earth human being. Jack does not break the bank he is extremely Fair to all his clients I will never change him for any other mechanic. I highly recommend him he is worth more than five stars.

Recently, when my son’s car broke down in Monmouth County, AAA tried to push me toward one of their “approved” shops — all with bad reviews on Google. Even though I live in Ocean County now, I had the tow truck bring it straight to Jack’s. I called him the next morning, explained what happened, and by 1 PM my son’s car was repaired - fairly priced, fast, and done right.
What I respect most is that Jack’s shop is always busy because people trust him - yet he and his crew still move quickly and take pride in every job. He’s been there for three generations of my family, and I wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else.

Jack is the absolute BEST! he has been working on my family's cars for years now. I drive a 2019 Infiniti q50 r sport , he literally fixed every issue I had , even If i called him last minute . When I pick up my car from him I don't magically have any other issues ( as you do most of the time when leaving a dealership ) . His prices are great , I highly suggest his shop!
I read the reviews and decided to give Jack my business. He completed a brake pad and rotor job same day with a very quick turn around. Most importantly, Jack is very friendly and does good work at a fair price. I didn’t deal with any of the typical rude service I’ve come to expect at virtually every type of business these days. The work was also completed at a price 30% less than the competition quoted. Do not hesitate to go to Jack.

Came in no appointment at end of day ....he checked it .. water pump needed to be replaced ..i left it & done by 11 am next morning..

My family has been using this place for 3 generations now. My grandfather met Jack the owner well over 25 years ago. My grandfather owned a moving company and Jack maintained and fix all of my grandfather‘s trucks. Then Jack and his son Tony helped my mother with her cars, a motorcycle n RV. Now they’re fixing my first car. My mother said she price check them years ago and they were way lower than anybody else when I checked I saved 33% on my brakes, 28% on my air conditioner recharged. I stopped checking after that.

Jack is awesome. He changed a hub assembly for me about a month ago and just today he got my ac to blow super cold. I won’t go anywhere else from here on out. Highly recommended for your auto repairs.
Awful so far. Dropped my car off at 5pm yesterday, and it's 3pm the next day and no one has called. I try calling them, but no one ever answers the phone. I'm going to pick my car up and take it to someone a little more professional that won't keep my car and never let me know what's wrong with it.
Jacks the only place I recommend people and the only place I take my cars when they need fixing or just a tune up. Owner is very knowledgeable and friendly and not out to screw you over. Best prices and service in the area.
Jack and his crew are Great! They know what they are doing. Their prices are the lowest around! He's our local mechanic and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car!
Bottom line Jack is one of those rare breed of mechanic....He's honest! Once watched him try in vain to get a customer to understand that the repairs were more than the car was worth, anyone else would do the job and not care about the importance of being honest to the customer. Jack will get your car up and running like new again, you can count on that.
Just had my whole exhaust system replaced at Jack's Auto and I am very satisfied by how quickly the repair was made and the quilty of work was excellent. Jack himself is a very honest man and will not over charge.
Jack was so wonderful. My son's catalytic converter was stolen while he was away at school and Jack quickly fixed it and got him up and running. He was so compassionate and honest. I wouldn't go anywhere else from now on. Thank you Jack and your crew you are Amazing!

Weve a lot of car work done here. The more work we have done the more disappointed I am. How can you not tell me the axel is fubared when you remove the rotors and brakes? How do you not know that the drive shaft is dry, or that the bearings are messed up when you lift it for repair? Ill be going elsewhere from now on
I am domestic violence victim. Abuser removed the ignition from my car. Had car towed from Neptune to Hazlet when Jack volunteered to install the parts to fix the car that I had purchased. I dropped the car off on January 21, 2016. Today is February 5, 2016 and first Jack said that he could not repair my car because it needed to be dug out of the snow. I dug it out on January 31. Now Jack says that I need to purchase another part to repair the car but will not give me the name or part number. He will now not return my calls or messages and just pushes the FU button when I call. This man is holding my car hostage. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS SCHISTER!!!!
jack did the flex pipe on my mr2 for a hundred bucks including the flex pipe. i tried to tip him 20 extra and he wouldnt take it from me.. def. took longer than expected. had to wait for part to show up... unlike most shops he actually talks to his customers...
