My 2003 Suburban had a broken heat/air controller, a part no longer provided by Chevy. After a few cycles with aftermarket replacements, Lance and team refused to give up until a solution was found and charged me only for the original repair. Excellent communication, honest assessment and a very decent price since their was a lot of labor I wasn’t charged for.

Knowledgeable technicians that have the right scanners, diagnostic equipment, and training to get the job done right and fast. I had my 2008 Honda V6 transmission repair it was done on time and on budget. Thanks again!

Direct, honest, & communicative. That’s the experience I’ve had on multiple occasions with Lee Myles. Lance and the crew rebuilt a transmission for my 2000 Dodge Cummins which came out great, even helping me work through grounding/electrical issues. They worked on my ‘01 Sonata which had major issues going into overdrive. Took it there and the issue was fixed in a day and never reoccurred. They got my Corolla up and driving in three days (tear down, parts ordered, than installed) due to a shot out drivers side hub and bearing. They even replaced the break lights that I had no clue existed in my rear windshield. ALL of the issues were solved with no preplanning on my part. Literally called Lance, and dropped it day of and still they got it done fast and fair. Lance and the crew are solid; direct and communicative. I recommend this shop to everyone. Went there one time told Him I had a broken trans I wanted a quote and he told me tow the car there (which I didn’t need to do) he looked it over for the entirety of 30seconds said it’s a broken trans and told me I owed him $200

An outstanding shop, honest, fair, and efficient. OMG this shop is excellent! They fit me for a one hour, trans fluid service. Shared all the details about my vehicle. Almost made me wish I was getting a full transmission rebuild, even though I don't need one. Professionals!!! Don't forget to service your transmission on a regular schedule!!!

Hands down the best service I have ever received from an auto garage. Lance was very kind throughout the whole process and put my anxiety at ease. Very happy, my service was not rocket science job but it was an important job. I needed the Transmission fluid change on my 2015 Honda CR V now I did not want to go to the dealer but I wanted a place that was going to use Honda fluids I did not want a place that would put in one fluid fits all, well Lance and his crew did just that Honda Transmission fluid, Honda fluid. Now a days you can't fool around with stuff like this get the real stuff (LOL) Also Lance is truly a nice guy with my type of sense of humor we both busted each other you know what in good Fun. But really with today's cars us don't want to have the wrong fluids put in your car. This place is the place to go for the getting things right

Lee Myles is a chain but the service at the Hazlet location feels more like what you would expect from a mom-and-pop mechanic. Everything is explained in layman's terms, and you get to see the parts that were repaired. I highly recommend.

I've been in for a few services on the jeep. Transmission fluid/oil-changes/brakes. I've felt like a valued customer each time. The mechanics have a lot of experience, and it's been the same crew each time. I checked them out when my previous mechanic (a family member) retired and closed his shop. I feel the experience has been very close to being treated like family.

I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. I was having transmission problems with my 2006 Cadillac CTS. Trans fluid was leaking, causing my transmission to work irregularly and almost not at all. When the car got hot, it wouldn’t go at all when in drive. The previous mechanic told me he sealed the pan and filled it with fluid, but all signs show he didn’t do the job right at all. Lance at Lee Myles did an excellent job not only with my car, but with his customer service. It was very clear that he had my best interest in mind when assisting me with making the right decisions with my car. It seems like a miracle that my car is now running smooth without having to rebuild my transmission. I could immediately feel the night and day difference upon starting my vehicle and driving it out of their lot. Being that this was a couple days ago, only time will tell how long the repair will last, but I’m very satisfied with their service none the less

Lance is an upstanding and honest guy. I had my car towed to Lee Myles because the transmission went. After inspecting my car he called and told us how much it would cost. He then told us to reach out to Subaru corporate because we had low mileage. Turns out there was an extended warranty that we were unaware of. That call saved us thousands of dollars. He knew he would lose the job, and told us anyway. You can not be more honest than that. Furthermore he let us keep out car there until the red tape was worked out. He even checked back in with us to see how we made out. I can not thank him or say enough about him or his ethics. Not many mechanics out there today would do the same thing.

Truly honest establishment. While I am sure 99% of the businesses out there that do transmission would have raked me over the coals (meaning they would have charged me for a rebuild when my transmission needed a simple easily changed single part) for a simple fix, the men who work here found my problem and got me out and on the road in a days or two for under $300!!! I'm beyond impressed and couldn't recommend a auto-service establishment more!

I brought my car in for service and when Lance diagnosed the problem he told me the repair would most likely be covered under the manufactures warranty. It was and I saved over $2600 in a repair bill. An honest auto mechanic who does quality work, Priceless!!

As stated on a previous post, Lance and his team actually care about your car. That’s hard to find. I had another issue with my vehicle and The team at Lee Myles stepped up and corrected the problem. Lance is very sincere about making sure you are good to go after repairs are complete. He actually called me to say that he heard another issue and felt it was unsafe to give the vehicle back until he looked at it again free of charge. That meant a lot! looking for great mechanics, great service, great prices, and above all else honesty then this is the place for you. Jim and his guys are all that, finally after years of searching i have found my repair shop. i purchased a car recently with a warranty and the transmission was no good it took the warranty company 6 months to finally agree to the repairs and Jim and his guys were with me through the entire process. The transmission came in it took the guys one day to put it in and 2 hours the next day to program it. The car is running like brand new. Not only did they take care of the trans but they fixed a couple of minor things on their own with no charge. Best place around hands down.

Honesty is always something I'm looking for when it comes to my vehicle care..Lee Myles has always been honest, even when it doesn't benefit them. I have been bringing my car here for 2 years for just about everything that goes wrong with it and always feel comfortable knowing it will be taken care of.
