Terrible work. Cracked part of the door trim. The paint is peeling after a few months. Only reason I used them was because of my car insurance. I should have went somewhere else. I highly recommend finding a different place if NJM sends you there.
This shop is the best , their honest people with great price and their work was so fast for me they fixed my car in just 3 days just amazing . Thank you Walter’s auto body I will recommend you to everyone .
Great work and service. First time I've ever been to a body shop that finished on time and under their estimate. I hope I don't need them for a while, but if I do, I know where I'll go.
This place is the best. Wayne and his wife are the nicest people I have nice conversations with them. The guy Woody is so nice and friendly. I would recommend this body shop for anyone to go to they are the nicest people ever. Woody is funny too 🤣 he will make u laugh. thank you guys for doin the work on my car despite that it was bullets🤣 .

The customer experience was outstanding highlighted by excellent communication and transparency throughout the process. Wayne and team helped turned what was a difficult set of circumstances into a very satisfying end result.
If you need body work on your car, this is definitely the place to go. Not only do they do excellent work, they were amazingly helpful handling our insurance company. Very friendly and helpful. Do great body work. I just received my vehicle back after having a small fender bender, with today's new cars if your headlight has a crack, the led lights don't work, it's only an $800.00 dollar part yes cheap. Well my insurance wanted to pay for an aftermarket part. My car is only 2 yes old, and the after market parts, just don't fit right. Walter's negotiating directly with my insurance, explained and got a factory part. They still had my car fix at the agreed time. Also returned my rental for me. They go above and beyond. Hope you never need they, but if that terrible day comes call Walter's. Auto Body.
Brought my car here for repairs after it was damaged at a car wash...staff was very nice even assisted with rental car through my car insurance they did a beautiful job I'm very pleased
Used them years ago and they did great work. The most recent time will be my last. The quality of the work has really gone downhill. Between me having to constantly call to find out the repair status after they said they would call me and then trying to pass off horrible repairs, I'll never go here again.
