We love these guys! Eric is a very knowledgeable technician and a working owner. Not some guy in a polo shirt padding the bill like most shops. He’s saved me from overspending several times and always finds a way to get the job done right the first time. Once I had to bring something back and he was honest enough to take care of it. Others would easily tell me it’s another issue. I won’t go to anyone but him. His office girl is a sweetheart to deal with as well. Always a good experience

I came to this shop the first time after receiving a free car from a relative. The young lady at the desk is always so knowledgeable and helpful. All the mechanics including the owner answered every question and worry I’ve had. Their pricing is reasonable and they are truthful about the work they do.
Been going here for over 20 years. Eric and his team are amazing. Direct and honest feedback No BS or surprises. They stand by their work too. I’m torn on writing this because it’s so hard to find a good and trustworthy mechanic and much like a good restaurant in the city - once the word is out it’s hard to get in. But they deserve the business.

I found Eric's Premier Auto Center when I moved into the area, and I can not be happier! It is so hard to find a good, trustworthy mechanic. I have had a few issues and they have resolved all of them for me, even things that big name mechanics could not figure out. The pricing is very fair in my opinion, they explain everything you need to know, as well as noting things that will need attention soon, all while getting the job done quickly! Definitely recommend and I will be back for any future maintenance that I may need.
After getting the run around from the dealer and other shops, my vehicle went to Eric’s Premier Auto for multiple issues. Not only did they find out what no other mechanics or shop was able to do, the problems were corrected, fixed and done right the first time! Could not be more impressed with Eric's Premier Auto Center. I called him, as a new customer, to diagnose a problem. He was able to diagnose the problem within 2 hours of dropping the car off, when another shop couldn't get me in for an appointment for 3 weeks to do so! Not only that he had the car fixed by the next day, and there were quite a few things that had to be fixed! He also kept in contact with me the entire time. I highly recommend this shop!
My mechanic Benny started working here a while back so I followed him to Eric's. I love this place. The entire team, Eric, Tom & Benny are all honest, knowledgeable, & hardworking mechanics and their rates are affordable. You get quality work for a great price. They have treated me very well and have helped me immediately when I had car emergencies and had to have my car towed there. Also, if you have to wait for an hour or so, you can go next door to the bagel shop and eat. I always highly recommend them to friends and people I know. I will go nowhere else as long as I live in Middlesex County.
