For the first time in my life I've actually met a tow truck driver that was kind and amazing. I had interstate Express tow my Nissan Maxima which was stuck due to a lower radiator hose popping, the driver showed up on time was amazing. Answered all my questions and was very careful with my vehicle. I'm extremely happy with this company and would highly recommend them to anybody that needs a tow from any location this company deserves more than five stars.

Johnny and Hector really helped me out of a jam. Was my 1st major accident I'd been in and my first accident at all in NJ. Immediately after the accident I had by mistake brought my wreck at a crawls pace into a nearby parking garage that only had a 6 ft clearance... No one else was going to be able to get me out of there, but Interstate Express said they could do it, and they did. I was blown away by their level of ingenuity and quick thinking in towing me out, they really do do their due diligence for their clients. They're also very cooperative in working with you to help square away your towing reimbursement if your eligible for that with your insurance. And like many other people have said on here they do long distance towing. If you're in a similar tight spot like I was, you can save yourself from any further headaches by just going with Interstate Express Inc. They'll give you no excuses, they'll just help get you out of there.

Called a person to tow my car at a different place and this person came in smoking in front of my face with no care in the world. Waited 45 minutes for this guy to say he can't do it.
After that I called Johnny and he clutched up. Came in 15 minutes after calling and finished the job in 10. Quick and easy and reassured me along the way, explaining what's going to happen. Price was crazy good too for the service I got. Never had an interaction go so easy with towing until last night

I had a very good experience with this tow service Additionally, having Johnny as the operator made my experience even better and the best of all . I am very grateful that I had an operator like Johnny. Johnny was professional and very nice. He was so patient with me . The distance between the pick up and drop off location was pretty lengthy and even so knowing that there was heavy traffic and I was in the midst of my mess with my dilemma on about where I should take my car to , Johnny was calm, collective and very nice with me. He was communicative and kept me posted from point A to Point B. I was very grateful to have had Johnny as my tow operator.
The AAA towing dispatcher said the tow truck would be there within the hour. He actually got there around 20 minutes and loaded my van pretty quickly and we were on our way. great experience
