I do not recommend this branch.
As manager is completely disrespectful and rude.
She does not knows how to run a business.
Very unprofessional.
She should not be running this location.
Whenever you speak with a CS rep on this branch I hope you get Stacey to assist as she is so helpful and absolutely great at what she does. Didn't get to wait not even a minute for her to pick up and the whole situation resolved within 5 minutes.
To the lady who wrote a bad review about Teresa, you must be out of your mind. Teresa is one of the kindest, sweetest people I've ever known, and if she was short with you, you must have been extremely annoying yourself. That said, this is one of the most pleasant businesses to deal with, from the office staff to the yard staff, they're great people.
I was contacted by a lady name Teresa to schedule a pick up for my vehicle. She was extremely rude. She talked unstoppable with a very unpleasant tone like she was having a terrible day. I tried to ask her to slow down and to answer my questions , but she was too busy cutting me off and talking over me. I was frustrated with her attitude and ended the call. I believe her poor customer skills cannot reflect the value of the company, but it's important for any company to have employees with excellent manners on the phone and pleasant voices to show respect for customers. I hope her day improves so other customers won't experience what I had to. No excuse to be rude .
Been going there for over 30 years great little establishment family-owned Pleasant polite reasonable prices always a pleasure to do business with hope it doesn't change
Customer service were very nice, but you have to sit and wait all day or a pick up of your non running car. I wish they could give you a smaller time frame, 7-4 is a long time waiting.
Went to get some personal belongings out of my car. The ladies at the front where very helpful. Since no auctions were being done they were able to bring my car up pretty quickly. I went and took out the belongings. It was difficult for me to see my old pathfinder. She was such a good vehicle. Saved my family from getting really hurt.
