My driver-side windshield wiper literally flew off while I was driving in the rain (great timing, right? 😅). I pulled in right after they opened and even though there were already cars lined up, Rizwan kindly prioritized my situation and fixed it almost immediately.
What could have been a stressful morning turned into a really positive experience. Friendly, fast, and clearly someone who cares about helping people. I’ve actually been looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and reasonable mechanic for a while, and it looks like I finally found one.

Came here initially to drop my wife’s CRV off to fix a tire issue. A couple minutes after, I turned around and brought my Santa Fe too because of a burning smell. Riz was able to diagnose the engine valve cover leak immediately and did the repair that same day for a very reasonable price. And the shop repaired the tire on the CRV so quickly (and at no cost) that I was able to swap the two and not be left stranded. The repair was done thoroughly and Riz was easy to deal with. Also, he noticed the serpentine belt on my car needed replacing and did that at no additional cost. Very satisfied with the work they did, it’s a helpful and trustworthy shop that I’ll definitely go to again.
The work that was done was incredibly quick and handled extremely well. My car was towed late at night to their garage and they were able to get working on it ASAP the next morning and turned it around in a day. The price and work provided was more than fair and the effort put into repairing my car included driving to Brooklyn to pick up a needed piece, all while being able to fix it and have it ready for me in the same day was amazing. I can't thank these guys enough and they will continue to have my business.

Rizwan is Very friendly. Minor issue with body part, fixed it immediately. Initially when it was opened he was.
But when I went 2nd time for a work he charged way high (I didn't know the price of rotors and break pads at that time) with no other checks, usually they do basic checks and break oil change when we do breaks that I got to know later. When I went 3rd time thinking small issue, he tried to influence me to replace certain item with even higher charges. I left that place and went to other service center, they charged me 70% of what he quoted.
I came here with my toyota camry 2001. It was making a weird hissing noise. I came here and let them take a look at it and they found the problem under 10 mins. It was just a hose and something that could of been expensive. But he replaced it free of charge. I will continue to bring my car here and tell my family and friends about this place aswell. This place is the best. And most important these men are honest and they wont rip you off.
Rizwan was the only mechanic I called and agreed to install OEM TPMS sensors that I had bought myself and charged me less than half of what others quoted me for that. Even though I had to do the relearning process on my car by myself, it was such a relief to just have them replaced. Will definitely consider him for future work on my car.
Rizwan had definitely earned my trust and business. I have given him a complete list on what to do for my 120k mile service and he delivered for a very reasonable price. He also worked on my fuel pump I personally installed that had a bad float arm, much appreciated. If you're someone who's involved and hands on with your car, he is your guy.

Amazing amazing service. Came in for a check engine light that was bothering me for so long. He fixed it within the hour and charged me near nothing for the labor and got me the best price on the part I needed. As a girl this was really relieving. The owner was very nice and didn’t try taking advantage of me. He was very considerate when I explained my financial situation. Thank you Rizwan!!
Best mechanic shop in the world. I had a headache fixing my Honda and Rizwan understood my situation and took care of me like I was his son 😂. The world needs more mechanics like him. So down to earth doesn’t up and doesn't charge you for ANYTHING. Best part is that homeboy does everything the day of. It could be a 4 hour job and this man will have you driving the work the next day in your fixed up car. I went to 2 different shops for a fuel injector replacement. One quoted $2600 and another $1900. RIZWAN did it for $1200 and in only 2 hours. 10/10 this mechanic shop should be the standard for all places and if it was the world would be a better place.
Best in town and will straight up tell you whether something is a waste of money or not. I take all of my cars to him and send referrals the way because of the level of trust

I had my AC compressor, brakes, and rotors replaced at A1st, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Their pricing was extremely reasonable, and the technicians are top-notch — skilled, honest, and dependable. No rip-offs, no gimmicks — just solid work. Highly recommend!

This is hands down the best place in town for car repairs. I had my car’s brake pads and rotors replaced here, and they did an excellent job. The best part is, they completed everything the same day. On top of that, they even fixed an electrical issue in my car at no extra cost. Truly the BEST PLACE IN TOWN!

Rizwan truly helped me save a significant amount on unnecessary car repairs that was not accurately noted my car needed. I have a much older car with high mileage and what he did made my car ride amazing with a fraction of the cost I was told. He is such an honest and smart man. I highly recommend A1st Auto on Oak Tree Road and you will receive 1st Class care. I even watched him help several others while I was waiting with similar stories as mine. I had an issue with my check engine light and AWD. I was told by another repair shop it was my catalyst converter and would be about 2k. I went to Yelp and found A1ST and spoke to the owner Rizwan who was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. He laugh at what the other place told me and saved me a substantial amount. Before replacing the converter he wanted to clean it first. I got a much needed tune up and some other minor repairs. My car runs like it’s new again and I have 370,000 miles on my Toyota Rave4. If we need to replace the converter he noted it would only be about $600 dollars not 2,000.
Rizwan with A1st is now my new go to place. Honest, fair, and knowledgeable place you would do best by taking your car there for any repairs. I promise you , you will happy you did. I rate the 11 out of 10.
The experience you get from A1st auto repair is first class service. I had a screw in my tire, and within a few hours, they were able to ship in a tire from a local shop and replace it. Their communication was better than any mechanic I’ve been to. They even texted me an update. They are very trustworthy, and it’s nice to have a mechanic around with integrity.
