An update to my earlier review. Against my instincts, I visited this dealership on Saturday only to realize those instincts were correct. The car advertised for $18,888 was actually $23500 after all of the additional fees. That’s before tax. Extremely poor tactics to get you to come to the dealership. Follow your instincts! I called to inquire about an MB GLC listed on-line. I did not try to negotiate the price listed, however I wanted to know if I could expect any fees other than taxes, MV and a doc fee. The salesperson told me I had to come there and they would not negotiate on the phone. I totally understand this and reiterated that I was not trying to negotiate, I simply needed to know what to expect if I drove all the way to the dealership. He would not relent and said goodbye. Interesting way to do business.

Deceptive pricing and hidden fees — Stay away! This dealership is using classic "bait and switch" tactics. I came in to see a 2019 BMW 330i xDrive listed on their website for $17,488. Before the visit, I was told the dealer fees would be "around $2,000," which sounded reasonable. However, once we sat down to talk numbers, the consultant brought a sheet with a total price of $29,000. They somehow managed to add nearly $11,500 in hidden fees and "add-ons" to the advertised internet price. When I asked to see the breakdown closely or hold the paper to review it, the consultant refused to let me even touch it. It is incredibly dishonest to advertise a car at one price and then try to charge nearly double. This place lacks transparency and wastes customers' time. I strongly recommend looking for a more reputable dealer that respects its customers and follows honest pricing practices.

I just bought a 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron from Auto Club of Edison and the experience was great. I worked with Dave, and he made everything super smooth from start to finish. A few things that stood out: • The Prep: Being an EV, I was worried about the range for the drive home, but they had it 100% fully charged and ready to go. • The Fix: I noticed a small chip in one of the rims, and they actually took care of it right there before I drove off. • The Deal: I had to drive an hour to get here, so I didn't want my time wasted. They are very reasonable people. We had to negotiate a bit, but they were fair and we found a middle ground that worked for everyone. If you’re looking for a car, definitely check these guys out and ask for Dave. No games, just a solid, easy transaction. Highly recommend.

I recently visited this dealership and my experience was awful . The dealership had a welcoming atmosphere, and my salesperson was fantastic. They were helpful and patient, making the initial part of my visit pleasant. While my salesperson was great, I found the overall service from the management to be lacking. They seemed oblivious to my questions about the vehicle and were unable to provide the information I needed. I was there specifically for one vehicle, but unfortunately, I discovered many underlying issues after making the purchase. When I took the vehicle to a different shop for an oil change, I found out that the dealer had never actually performed one. Additionally, I discovered that the tires were dry-rotted and not safe to drive on. I was initially charged for an inspection, but that fee was later refunded to me. The shop also inspected the vehicle thoroughly and found an abundant amount of issues with the vehicle i had bought from a group of people who were supposed to inspect the vehicle before sale to the public . The pricing was reasonable, but I now understand why the vehicle was on the cheaper side of the spectrum. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting for my hard plates, which have taken two to three months to arrive, and I have received no updates from the dealership. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Overall, while the initial service was good, the follow-up, management support, and the condition of the vehicle left much to be desired.
