I had a power steering line blow on my Toyota Tacoma, Jared took the car in first thing in the morning, went over different pricing for equipment and labor costs with me and was able to repair the car and get it back to me just after lunchtime. He had addressed a few little other issues and came in exactly at the price we discussed for just the steering repair, I will definitely come back again and recommend this repair shop to anyone.

If I could give a negative star review I would. Do not use this shop! By far the worst I've dealt with. Dishonest and not trustworthy. Shop takes advantage and makes up prices as they go. Jared is a complete scatterbrain who doesn't know his hand from his elbow. I dropped my vehicle off for a check engine light and was told by Jared that there would only be a $99 diagnostic fee. I agreed and told him to call me before ANY work is performed. Jared called me later in the day and explained to me the cause and costs. I declined and came to pick up my vehicle. I was presented with a $650 bill! As explained by Jared, I was being charged $99 along with 5 hrs of labor for additional services and diagnostics and for his mechanic to play around. I paid the $99 and demanded my keys. Stay far away!

Excellent auto repair shop. Jared is great at why he does and reasonably priced. He is quick and efficient. He takes care of his clients with respect and a great attitude and personality. Definitely recommend him.

Jared and his team of mechanics are the absolute best. I take my car and my wife’s car to them all the time because they are honest and reliable and all services are done in timely fashion. If you ever need your car worked on, make sure to bring it here. You will always get a fair price and even better service

This is the only place I will bring my car to. Honest, knowledgeable, and they always go out of their way for me. The only regret I have is it took me so long to find this place. If you’re looking for a place where they won’t take advantage of you and will fix your car right the first time, this should be your only option

It’s hard being a women going to mechanics, most take advantage, however cross roads is the nicest, best mechanic shop I’ve ever been to! My dad worked for them for years, (hes now passed )I of course still go to them for everything I need, what I love is they explain to you exactly each and every thing which helps so much since I don’t know much about cars, they are very caring and nice people, this is definitely the place you want to go to bring your car! They will never take advantage like others do. They even work on carteret police cars so that right there tells u how great they are ! thank you Jared and bill for taking care of all my car needs! :)! I will always recommend you guys

I really liked the friendly nature of staff and honest advice they give. My Car ? got stopped in the way and they did inspection ? of it and gave correct advice. Knowing my circumstances they didn’t charged much and gave advice for next set of steps. They also won ? awards for their service in Carteret NJ area. For any auto problems give them a chance. They also have some parking spaces available. Thanks ?

Very nice n honest mechanics i usually doubts some mechanics ,but they really go beyond proofing their work ,it may not look high class but it's diamond underneath it all, no wonder the carteret police trust them . Jared was the reason why I went there in the first place very kind young man good customer service especially on the phone made me trust them by just that one call some people just speed the conversation he didn't ,you the man Jared . Thanks guys, Bill his father is very nice too ,God bless as long as I live around here I'm going to go to Cross Roadz just wish you guys deal with more of my cars transmission n deep motor repairs.i guess you guys are up grading the shop looking better n now working on major engine n transmission problems ??????????

I went to Cross Roadz with an electrical problem on my 2013 Ford Focus ST. When I would drive my car, after a random amount of time all of my electronics in my car would turn off quickly one by one. It was really bad because my power steering and literally everything electrical would turn off completely and as soon as I would pull over and idle my car, everything would come back on. I called them pretty last minute on a Saturday and they were nice enough to squeeze me in to take a look at it even though their bay was full. Bill was really nice. They were testing my alternator and it was testing fine at idle, but then Bill suggested to rev the engine and that’s where they found the issue. Every time it was revving at all, the alternator/battery would drain. But as soon as it idled it would charge back up. So they refurbished my alternator and got me my car back on Monday, because I was in a rush to have it back. So they were super nice and accommodating and professional and helpful. They were very transparent with me and took the time to listen to all of my concerns and they helped me out with saving some money.

The guys are crossroads are great. Replaced my wife’s cars engine and got it back up and running in a short amount of time! All around excellent job. Have been taking my vehicles here for almost 10 years and have always had a great experience.

I only have one car, and had a big problem going on with my turbocharger. I needed some light fabrication work, and with so many shops around turning me away for various of reasons; cross roads took me in immediately. They delivered greatly, we’re very cool, and with great price. The customer service was wonderful from the moment I made the first call to the moment I pick up my turbocharger, they even went out of the way in giving me an extra part with it just in case. Would definitely recommend anyone to get their service done there!!

These guys are the best! You get quality work at a fair price and excellent honest customer service. Crossroadz mechanics get to the root of the problem quickly to find the best solution for their customers. I started out as a customer, but we’ve evolved into a friendship. They offer competitive prices and they’re damn good mechanics! On June 23, 2021, I dropped my car off to get my brakes done. Not only did the repair my brakes, but suggested that I get the oil changed and two new tires that was needed! These guys are great at what they do and are also honest. June 1, 2022, I needed a battery but couldn’t get the car to them. Jared sold me one and made sure that I was to connect the battery correctly. I installed the battery and brought back the old one. Jared checked to make sure that there were no other issues. That’s going the extra mile to insure that the customer is getting good service.

I pulled off highway with brake issue and called the shop 30 minutes before they close - coming here was a lifesaver. Bill went above and beyond to ensure I will have my car back on the road before they closed for the day. They drove out of town to get the parts needed and repaired my car in under an hour. Beyond grateful for this team and how much they went out of their way with my last minute emergency repair. I would give 100 stars if I could!!!

The techs at cross roadz are really good. The one guy Jared has helped fix my Nissan and my Mercedes even though they typically don’t do German cars. He was very professional, affordable, and fast and my car runs smoothly again. I’d recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys

Crossroads is a great autobody shop the guys there really treat you like family the mechanic Xavier is first class I recommend this place completely !

Jared and his team were very professional and up front about repairs needed on my vehicle. They also presented me with other issues I was not aware of but told me it wasn’t an immediate concern but should some time down the line address the issue. They are very friendly professional and courteous. Would recommend going here 10 out of 10 times

I have been taking my cars to them since i moved to the area. Jared and the team have been not only patience but very fair with pricing as well as transparent when i comes to the actual repairs. If something needed to get done but could wait they are upfront with those details and work with getting your car up and running as quickly as possible.

I was so very fortunate to be told by a friend to take my car to Cross Roadz for an oil change. Since that first time, I have gone back for different things to be done on my car. Bill and his Son, Jared, are a fabulous Father/Son team. They are very honest, everything is always explained in laymen’s terms regarding what needs to be done with my vehicle and they are very fair with their pricing. They will work with you on any level and I feel that I am treated like family when I go there. A friend of mine is now a new customer and she was extremely pleased with all the work she had done. I have been driving for approximately 47 years and Cross Roadz, is by far, the best auto repair shop I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I will always come back for any repairs I need done. First and foremost, I want to give a HUGE shout out to the guys at Crossroads Auto! Jared and his father went above and beyond to fix my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I put off fixing my car for the longest time, due to the fact that I was nervous about the potential repairs on my car due to the history of the vehicle, but without question, this was the best shop I've ever been to. They were super honest about the repairs, gave me great prices on the repairs, and made me feel like my Jeep was undeniably in GREAT hands. MANY MANY THANK YOUS are in order, will definitely be coming back to handle maintenance on my vehicle!! 10/10 would recommend, I'll definitely be telling my friends.

Impeccable service!!!! The affordability says it all! It’s not only about the person but it’s about the vehicle. These men take pride in what they do as business entrepreneurs and it shows. The probability of work unable to be done to your car is slim to none and honesty is everything. When it comes to auto mechanics, people miss the part where it’s not just an easy fix (depending on what it is) but, the fact that money shouldn’t be the shroud of ones mind. When it comes to Crossroads Auto, you’re met with honesty as well as great service. My trust for their top notch service comforts me when my cars repairs don’t become a financial burden. These guys are AMAZING!!! Extremely fair prices, get the job quick, no fuss no muss. I brought my Cadillac CTS there to get it looked at after making funny noises and they were done a few hours and it sounds beautiful. I'm sure if brought it to dealer it would have cost 3-4 times as much as they guys did. I am a loyal customer from now on with all my cars. THANK YOU!!!

Crossroadz is phenomenal They always quickly diagnose my car’s issues and fix them once and done. No waiting around for days on end. A lot of times they fix while I wait. Their pricing is very fair. I wouldn’t trust my cars with anyone else. Billy and Jared you rock!!!!!!

This is a great shop for all your automotive needs. The prices are fair and the manager does an awesome job with the customers. Even some big repair jobs are done same day!!! That is almost unheard of even at larger shops. All the guys are well trained,friendly and knowledgable. Even bought me lunch while i waited for my tires. I live in south jersey...i drive an hour just to get my truck serviced there. I swear by these guys.

They really saved my bacon yesterday. My car started bucking and felt like it was about to fail right on the road, but it just so happened I was right next to this auto shop I haven't been to before. It was just about closing time but they still helped me out. They'd take care of the car first thing in the morning, but they offered me a lift back to my house that night and sent someone to pick me up today. And now the car is running much better. Bill's a tremendous guy. I'd say my own singular experience is fine testimony. But seeing other mechanics at the shop when I was there was extra reassuring.
