I can't say enough about this location and all the North East Parts Group locations I've been to. Staff is always very courteous and willing to make the effort to help me find what I need or make a good suggestion when I don't know. Will continue going.
Guy behind the Counter couldn't be bothered to find the right part and was just use the website when the website didn't verify part fitment (2 different parts depending on vin number)
Great experience shopping at this location. Needed some hard to find items for my vehicle and the staff were more than knowledgeable and willing to help.
The guys that work here are awesome, but their service sucks. I have never gotten the right part. Always had to go back at least once. My vehicle is now down for Christmas. I ordered parts on Thursday. Got two incorrect pulley belts. Gentlemen on the phone proceeded to argue with me, swearing he was right. He wouldn’t stay open until the hours stated on google, to help me out, as he “was the only one there and wanted to go home.” Now am without a vehicle for Christmas
I’ve been a long time customer, and have had good experiences in the past. That changed in November 2021. I purchased a Napa Eclipse rear brake caliper from this store. Fast-forward to January 2022, and my mechanic says that the caliper is leaking brake fluid out of the bleeder screw. He tells me the caliper is defective, and to return it. I couldn’t find my receipt, but other major auto chains keep purchase history in their systems so I didn’t think it would be an issue. I get to the store, and was told, by a rather rude employee, that there was nothing they could do if I didn’t have my receipt, and EVEN if I did that they wouldn’t take it back without the original box. HOGWASH! It’s 2022 Napa! If I bought the caliper online through your site I would have a record, but in-store the system is oblivious to transactions???
So I’m out $100. I will not be purchasing from them in the future, and would rather buy parts through a retailer who stood behind the products they sell.

NAPA (Flemington) is now my go to store for auto accessories thanks to Rob. I had really messed up my tires…overinflated, under inflated…and was beside myself with worry when I drove my car. I had tried at least three times to rectify the situation on my own but to no avail. I finally stopped in at NAPA and explained my situation to Rob, and he was kind enough to go outside in 14 degree weather to adjust all my tires. One tire was over 50! I know many will think this was such a minor problem, but to have someone help me without making me feel like an idiot was welcome. Thanks, Rob. A big shout out to you! :)

Very fast cheap and easy. I went in when the phones and card's were down and still they stayed calm and were very nice about it and helped me a lot. This is my go too spot in Flemington for car parts. Even the customers are super friendly hahaha. The employees are so willing to help even when getting close to closing time!!
Excellent service! I needed a small tube for my weed wacker. The associate went to the back of the store, came back in five minutes with a role of tube. Cut me a piece free of charge.
I had similar experience last year when another associate spent 15 minutes trying find a substitute for a part I needed.

super impressed with the staff! went in to get some new wiper blades and the employee i worked with was kind enough to remove one of my old ones that was extremely stuck, and adjusted the wiper arm itself, which was loose. thanks for the help!!!
Great experience. I wasted my Saturday morning driving to every parts store I could think of looking for materials to replace some hydraulic hoses that blew on my tractor. Got next to no assistance anywhere and couldn't find the proper fittings. Went to Napa (extremely frustrated by this point) and I was out of there with 2 new hoses with proper fittings in no time. Wish I got the employees name but younger guy working on 8/3 was outstanding. I appreciate the customer service and that has won my future business.
Good customer service and parts, but felt a bit duped. Walked in with my spindle in hand and bearing, to order a new hub and drive shaft. Told them I need the bearing pressed into my spindle with the new hub. It wasn’t until after the transaction and payment had been processed that I was told they no longer press bearings or do that type of work there. Was told to visit the gas station next-door, which I did, but unfortunately it took a good three days to get the bearings pressed into the spindle. Quite an inconvenience, but I now know to ask first next time.
This store is amazing. The first place I think of going when I need parts is napa. The employees are very helpful and they almost always have the right parts. If the part isn't there it is shipped pretty quick and you could get it within a day.
Hey, I hope you never work with Here We Tow Transport LLC again. Here is how they damage your reputation:
This is a sham. I had a car fixed at their location on Route 202 on February 16, 2016. They installed a new starter. This starter broke on April 25. After calling their original phone number as listed on the receipt, it was out of service and they had left the Route 202 location. Within days, we found a new listing and I was able to talk to a mechanic. I sent them the receipt and they confirmed that they had purchased the starter from Napa and would find out the warranty information and come to our residence and replace the starter. They never contacted us. We then called from a different number and they said they were still waiting to hear from Napa and they would call back shortly. Again, we did not hear back and they stopped answering their phones. My wife then called from a third number and they told her they were still waiting from Napa and would call back in 30 minutes. Surprise, no call back. My wife then used another phone and they told her that a starter is only under warranty for 2 months and ours was 2 1/2 months old. There was nothing they could do. We called Napa and they said a starter has a 3-year warranty. There should be a zero-star option.
