Not only did he get to me within 20 minutes, Gabriel pulled the snow plow out of a very precarious position with precision and without causing a lack of damage. I truly could not have done it without his expertise.

Excellent service for towing. Responded immediately, even with their busy schedule, to retrieve our property from another towing company's impound lot. Charged a fair price when the other company charged an exorbitant amount for same job. Will definitely be using Kovi for all our needs

Jim from Kovi towing responded to our request to a dead battery. He arrived in a timely manner and quickly jumped the battery starting the car on the first try.
He was efficient and courteous. Highly recommend Kovi towing.

VERY poor customer service and attitude. When I asked to check on the condition of the vehicle prior to signing any release paperwork, I believe his name was (Tim), Kovi got agitated, put up a fight for me to check the condition, and mumbled under his breath. He also got in my face almost starting an altercation. The vehicle wouldn’t start after receiving it back and has a scratch on the rim. Then to top it all off, as I was leaving he mocked me saying now he has my money. The service bill was $500!!!! INSANE. Abby at the front desk was nice at least, but overall extremely unprofessional and poor business ethics.

STAY AWAY! This company is horrible. I initially needed a tow to the dodge dealership to get my car keys programmed and the driver of the tow truck damaged my vehicle by knocking off the exhaust pipe. Driver lied and said that the exhaust pipe was hanging off already which made me come out of pocket $220+tax to get repaired and the company did not want to reimburse me. Drivers and management was also very rude. Very dishonest company.

You could tell this guy was ready to go home when I called him at like 7:30pm for a call about 30min from where his last drop probably was. He took the call and helped my guy out of the mud and got there before he said he would. Gonna save these guys number in case I ever run into any trouble in the future. Appreciate the quick response and being straight forward with me.

If there was a possible way for me to give a zero rating I would. There was a posting for a vehicle to be sold and I followed up with it on Gallagher road in Plymouth Meeting as well. As my brother and the 1 person that they chose to sell that car. His name is Brian and he is completely unprofessional. And has no will to sell a car.I believe it is a bait and switch situation and not sure what they are actually selling.But if you are looking to buy the black Pick up truck or aradescent color Buick on Gallagher road and Plymouth Meeting. They're not actually trying to sell it and Brian. Their sales person has no.
Sales experiences and doaren't you saying it doesn't not wish to sell anything? Isn't it bait and switch situation? I just don't know how.

Howie our tow driver went so far out of his way to help us and was a thoroughly kind and caring person.
He drove 30 extra miles to get us over the bridge in PA and back down to drop off our car near our home. He never complained despite the ridiculous detour due to the weight of his truck. He also drove us with him and was extremely kind to us late at night.

I submitted roadside assistance request through my insurance app and they assigned Kovi towing. The initial estimated arrival time was one hour but the truck actually arrived just in 45 min. Great service, very satisfied.

They were on site within 20 min, loaded truck and got it home in one piece.

I called this company for a tow and was towed 800ft if that was charged 147. Then I called the company to see if u could get a better price and the guy on the phone guess he was the owner told me that was the quoted price,that he has 25 trucks, his insurance is out of the roof so he needs to charge this amount along with surcharges for miles towed,gas service charge and the original charge. I was on the phone with this so called owner and was told he would not refund any part of the charge,called me and my son a "scumbag". I will no longer do any sort of business with this towing service and would urge all others who call them or have there auto insurance companies that use them for roadside assistance not too use them at all. I plan on calling my credit card company and disputing the charge if this is the kind of business a so called professional wants to run.Mo one should be treated with any disrespect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

My car service assigned them for a jump start and I got a message that they are on the way. In a few minutes after that I got a notification They cancelled the service.
His exact words were “We were not aware it’s a military base” and when I told him I’m at the parking lot near the base, not inside of it, he said “Well we are very busy and can’t come out over there” I talked to him an hour before that and he told me he will have the guys come out at 8 am.
What type of service is it that doesn’t come out to you just because you are parked near the military base?

My van had a flat tire that we couldn’t get off the vehicle due to a swollen lug nut. We called our insurance company and they sent Kovi Towing to come pick my van up. I’m sorry I didn’t get the drivers name. He was quick, efficient, careful and a very nice man. I would definitely use them again, if needed!

I was in an accident while driving in NJ and Kovi came quickly to pick up my vehicle. After I called to file a claim with my insurance company, they directed me to call Kovi and release the vehicle to them. I called around 430-5pm on a Friday and kindly relayed the message to the man who answered the phone. He, in turn, was incredibly rude and cut me off by saying “ok well no one is coming tonight because we’re closed”. I advised him that I understood and was only calling to relay the message for their records so they weren’t taken by surprise when the insurance company contacted them. He continued to be rude, cut me off by asking who my insurance provider was, and said “consider it cleared” before ending the call. Honestly, that interaction was the worst thing about my car accident and that person’s attitude ruined my entire night. 3 stars for the service itself is more then fair, but because of the way I was spoke to, i would never use this company again nor would I recommend it.

My car broke down 1.5 hours away from my house and I had to have it towed home. The KIA dealership sent this company and said that they would be there in 60-90 minutes. The driver of the tow truck reached out to me within minutes to confirm my location and arrived within 5 minutes. So I was very happy only waiting 7 minutes instead of an hour. I rode back with my driver, Colton, and he was kind and professional and it was a very nice drive despite my dead car in the back. Couldn't recommend this company enough.

Had a flat tire in Trenton, NJ. Called my insurance company and they dispatched Kovi Towing. The driver was the best driver there is. He assisted us with putting the spare on and was an absolute pleasure today. We couldn't be any happier with the service we received. We highly recommend them.

Professional, flexible, and patient. After my insurance company submitted a claim someone was dispatched immediately (I'm guessing it was a slow day). The initial driver declined to take my vehicle without the keys as he insisted on putting my car in neutral (I appreciated that after my bro's car suffered more damage from his car not being placed in neutral). I asked to schedule for a later time as I was unavailable. The second driver came an hour earlier and offered to wait for me to arrive after seeking approval from his supervisor. Upon arrival, the 2nd guy inquired about the issues, looked under the hood and under my vehicle. Great experience, quick and easy

I broke down at a rough time and some distance from where the car needed to be towed. I figured my night was shot waiting for a tow, meeting them at the drop-off, etc. Kovi Towing was contacted by AllState Road Service for us and the driver, Darryl, took it from there. They were coming from a distance but made great time, getting there sooner than we thought. While he was in transit, he spoke to us about just leaving the keys hidden to the car so we didn't have to wait for him, and that we didn't have to meet him at the service location for drop off - that he would put it in the night drop for us. He saved us from driving all over the place that night. the next day I checked with the Acura service location and they had the car and were looking at it. Darryl provided great service and was really friendly and professional. Kudos to Kovi for hiring great people! Thanks for helping make a bad situation easier to deal with!

I requested roadside assistance through my insurance company and they contacted Kovi Towing in Flemington. The driver called to confirm the address and arrived very quickly. About 15 minutes. Much sooner than I had expected. The estimate from my insurance company was for one hour. The driver was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company. Alec from Kovi Towing helped me with my Bmw 528i dead battery. He was very professional, courteous, called me to give me a heads up, was on time and did a great job.
He is very knowledgeable and provided me multiple options for replacement that will give me better warranty and price compared to what I had from the dealer.
He also let me know of a break issue which I was having in my car.
I definitely recommend him and give 5 stars and two thumbs up for going above and beyond.

There weren't any signs saying no parking or any towing signs. The only reason we found our cars is the old business card on the ground. We were stranded in our bathing suits with no cell service for hours. Our friend had to hitchhike back to the town. Also, there were several other people that were towed and stranded. Sounds like a scam to me.

Kovi came to my work to help me not just once today but twice and both times I had a great experience. I thought it was my battery so the first guy came very quickly and tried to help but it turned out it wasn't my battery. He offered to tow it for me, but I had to check with insurance and other things, so I told him that it is okay to leave. He asked multiple times if I was sure before leaving. After contacting insurance they sent out someone else to tow me and once again that gentleman was absolutely amazing! Showed up very quickly again. He got my car out of a very tight spot with ease within minutes. He made sure that I had a ride to where I was going before leaving. They are very kind and punctual!
