Not going to lie, my head was in a swivel but my dealer was 100% and the management and his team didn't beat around the bush. I'm from Brooklyn so we are straight to the point and honesty is is key. This place was 100% perfect experience. If you go anywhere else your just not smart. I'm actually going back for my second car

I was at this dealer almost a month ago for a repair of my Jeep Grand Cherokee that had some mechanical problems and I had already consulted with my trusted mechanic and since it was a long job and it requires programming for some parts, my mechanic recommended me to take it to Jeep, which I thought at the time was the best idea because it is Jeep that will be doing the whole process for me and I would be more confident as it should be, but for me it was totally unpleasant because they took almost 3 weeks with my vehicle and when they gave me the estimate that it was almost $2,000 for me to take the vehicle, they did not fix it, they looked for other types of things to do to it and I was very specific asking if what they were going to do to my vehicle would solve the problem, which was that my vehicle stayed in gear 3 and did not go past 30, and they told me it was a transmission problem and that it cost almost $13,000, almost half of what it is worth. my jeed something totally ridiculous and unacceptable the response of the mechanic of this place that if it was not the transmission it could be something else but that they had to change it to know how a mechanic who has all the tools to know the problem you do not know what a car has wow, I looked for my vehicle after 3 weeks because that was how long it took them to steal my money because otherwise I can't call them what they did $400 dollars in simple parts and $1,500 dollars in labor wow they didn't even solve the problem or anything and I paid almost $2,000 for nothing and when I go back and check with my mechanic to do what needs to be done the repair process with them the problem was as simple as changing tires on a car it was the transmission module and the 4x4 module that had to be changed and the vehicle was already fine. wow how dishonest the staff of this dealer is, I do not recommend it at all. Be very careful with this dealer

Hello , ppl avoid this I got a grand cherokee I take it the service department because I have multiple service in my vehicle oil leaks and airbag light on. My advisor was ( William carey) very bad communication he tell something different everytime you speak with him this is my story. My vehicle have a code ( B0052-13) airbag service required. So to fix that, it can be simple connecting the computer, erasing the code and some calibration. I know basis mechanic and also my cousin is mechanic. So The advisor told me that the job was more complicated he said they need to removed the sit and they were gonna charge 490$ for that. They justify that it was some wiring problems. When they finish the job. I came to shop I ask the mechanic to show me what cable was disconnected , he didn't show me anything I also ask him if he removed the sit y said yeah . But I didn't belive him because I look under the sit I look a bottle of water under and flag under sit. I ask him again if he removed the why he leave the bottle water under the sit if that can cause a circuit. He didn't say nothing he just got mad and say that I was thinking that he don't do he's job well. After everything I didn't know how to prove that the never removed the sit . So I ended up payin 762 $ for service . I took my vehicle to my personal mechanic I ask if seen any prove that the sit have been removed and he say no . I'm uploading pics you guys can judge by your self. The thing is the charge more money and justify everything by saying that they remove the sit. Imagine a women that happens the same thing that they don't know nothing about car or anybody else. I feel scam not fair. I know we have to pay sometime for a service but we suppose to pay for what we get. So if you ever have this type of problem that's what they do. Just see the screw and thing between the sit like they never removed it. I know I'm right because I not mad just because of the money is about of unfair things I hope this get to the supervisor or corporate. I'm a loyal customer that's what they do.

Very good atmosphere, the salespeople are not pushy they allow for you to look at their vehicles in the lot without harassing you. I was there for a total of 3 1/2 hours and drive off the premises with my new vehicle all without leaving my down payment. Since it was July 4th i was allowed to come back 2 days later to leave the down payment. I’ve leased and purchased many vehicles before and this was by far the best experience I’ve had.

I saw hudson Chrysler jeep went in to check not planning to buy , then I meet wessam the sales man which was very respectufl and professional converted me to buy dodge Durango. Salesman Braulio was direct and no B.S. Gave me what I wanted for my 2016 Ram truck and even dropped 3,000 from the MSRP. Which in today’s market is unheard of. Got my interest rate 3 points less than the average 750 person. Dealership didn’t waste my time. Highly recommend them. My beast below.

***Updated 5/15/2023*** It’s been a year since owning my vehicle and it’s been in service twice for a noise coming from the engine that they can’t figure out. First visit they blamed it on a loose bolt coming from my bed rack which wasn’t the noise. Second time in I came in with video proof and the tech confirmed the noise and said to me to change the octane of fuel I’m using. I’m now using a higher and more expensive octane at the pump and still hearing the noise. I’m trying yet again to schedule a service appointment for the same annoying issue I’ve had since the beginning and they telling me the next service appointment where they can get me a loaner is two months ahead.

Updated from previous 1 star review . During a $2300 repair (+ 8 days of paying for rental car ) for my heating core, I originally left a 1 star review because of the sloppy condition my Jeep Wrangler was given back to me in (airbag light lit up on dashboard, backup camera disconnected, dashboard not assembled back together with parts sticking out in photo, and AC stopped working, and coolant temp still gets up to 228 degrees during normal driving ) . It took me a lot of complaining to find a solution . Updating to 3 stars . I do appreciate that some of my the mistakes the mechanics made during my repair finally got resolved and that a loaner car was provided this time. My backup camera and airbags got fixed. My dash is still not perfectly assembled back together but the piece sticking out is noticeably better than before, it’s not perfect though . According to dealer my air conditioning has a problem that I think they said will cost around $900 to fix , which I chose to decline . I wasn’t told anything about why coolant temp still slightly overheats to 228 degrees after having my heating core redone . In order for this to be 5 stars would have needed the folllowing : 1) dealer should be accountable enough to correct these things on their own the first time I communicated my disappointment with the condition of my Jeep after service , I had to repetitively make phone calls, play phone tag, leave messages , type out emails that were left unresponded to which caused me to show up in person, waste gas/time , and then type out a nasty 1 star review until they finally helped me 2) it took almost 2 months for this to finally get done and while I understand nothing can really be done about making things quicker when the whole world is short staffed and overbooked, there’s other ways of being courteous that could have justified it - like maybe a complementary or discounted additional service that I need ? That would have made me a little happier. And 3) I would have needed some answers about why my coolant temp still reaches 228 degrees especially after a big job on my heating core was done . Does not seem normal , and that concern was never acknowledged or explained to me. Still not sure if something was left undiagnosed or what. I have had good experiences at the dealer with purchasing my Jeep , Raymon was my sales person and was very helpful in the purchase process , and he even participated in helping when I had issues with the service department - he communicated with me about resolving the issues more than the service department did themselves. Also it’s not my first major issue with my wrangler, If I ever do buy another Jeep I would definitely invest in some kind of extended warranty , not just the limited one.

I had a noise coming from my 2015 Jeep Renegade. I came here in hopes to resolve this issue and they insisted it was my tires and my brakes. They “fixed” my breaks and left a metal piece loose on the bottom of my SUV. A mechanic apologized for leaving a screw loose. They then said the charges for 2 tires would be 400 dollars so I got them changed elsewhere. I took my Jeep to the dealership in Springfield and it turns out my car’s engine mount was broken. This new dealership said it was easily spotted. I will never be going back to this clearly inexperienced and unprofessional establishment.

I had gone to a Kia dealership to try and get a new car but the sales man was to aggressive so I was recommended to come here and deal with ray . Ray is an amazing sales men who was very kind smart and start to finish he gave me world class service not once did I feel pressured to buy something or felt like I was being sold something I don’t need . Went into Hudson Chrysler/Jeep just to look. I'm a jeep owner and my husband wanted me to look into getting a new car. We were serviced by Carmelo Macalindong. He did an exceptional job from beginning to end. We looked at a 2018 Jeep Compass. He gave us all the information necessary to make us want to consider going inside and start the process of possibly purchasing this vehicle. Once inside, we sat down to work the numbers, between Carmelo and the manager John G we arrived to a price that was within the budget we wanted. I took the Jeep for a ride with Carmelo, in which he continued to show me features of the car which validated my decision to buy! He's super knowledgeable which I appreciate in a salesperson. The process of purchasing is a long one but Carmelo made sure we were comfortable, everyone at Hudson offer a great level of service and hospitality. He made sure we had something to eat and continued to check in on us. After the deal he walked us to our new car and has continued to follow up with us on our purchase via phone. I'm over the moon with my new car. If your looking for a new vehicle be sure to stop by Hudson Chrysler/Jeep and ask for Carmelo. He's simply awesome!

I would like to thank the sales consultant Bernardo, because he helped me during the whole process of getting my new car! He was very patient with my wife and I, he showed us several models and trims that were within our budget and he explained every detail during the whole process! I am very happy with my Jeep Compass and after visiting several dealerships I am glad that I made my business in this place! I also had the opportunity to speak with the Sale manager and he was very friendly and helped us to finalize our latest details. Also the financial manager was very kind and explained to me all the papers that I needed to sign in order to complete the plates and vehicle registration documents. All the staff was very warm and happy to help us during all the time! And if this is your first time getting a car, please tell Bernardo to help you with the car insurance. With his help I was able to get a better rate than the one I quoted myself on internet! I definitely recommend Hudson Jeep (believe me, I went to a lot of other places doing my car research haha) and thanks again to Bernardo and all the staff that was very welcoming with me and my wife!

Amazing Service and staff that makes the car buying experience amazing. I would not take the time to write this if it was not true. This staff really cares about it's customers and how their dealership operates. I've visited other dealerships in the past and heard stories about the car buying experience and how difficult it can be. I had done my research and prepared haggling tactics in case I had to use them, I was even keeping my hopes low to prepare going how with the same car I drove them in. However I was surprised on how different the atmosphere was. Let me tell you about the staff that I had encountered at this dealership. The sales person was not pushy, we had told him what we had wanted to look at and he had shown us our options and test drove the cars. At no point he delivered the famous line "what can I do to get you to drive away with this car today". He has simply shown me respect to what my dream car would be. No haggling over what the figures might look like, he simply got the price to the most responsible range it can get before proceeding onto the next purchasing step. The sales manager did not yank my chain about being young and having no "major purchase" prior in attempts to intimidate me. He simply laid it out as it is. The financial manager was not overly baring on making me feel like I "need" to get the addons. As a first time car buyer he made me feel easy about signing all of the documentation as well as helping me understand what I was signing. Car buying is a big decision. I'm over the moon happy that I had choose to do business with this dealership. Big special thank you to Julian, John, and Manny.
